Overall, it was great. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's rest. Moyna provided efficient and attentive service. Thumbs up!

Five-star rating! The hotel consistently meets Hilton's brand standards. The location is excellent with plenty of amenities nearby. Moyna from Guest Relations was incredibly responsive whenever I needed anything. The service overall was attentive and proactive; after learning about my travel plans, she even offered a late check-out.

The butler's communication was smooth. I informed them I was checking in with two small children, and they specially prepared two 1.35-meter twin beds in advance. Although the hotel isn't brand new, the room was cleaned very well and was tidy. There are also two robots that can deliver food. The gym and pool are both excellent; the kids loved them. The transportation is also convenient, as the hotel is right outside Exit 5 of Metro Line 2. I'll definitely come back to this place next time. Thumbs up!

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm on a business trip to Nanjing. It's a standard business five-star, delivering both on appearance and substance. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and there are plenty of local eateries nearby. Plus, Wanda Plaza is right next door, which is incredibly convenient.

I chose this Hilton by Wanda Plaza for a business trip to Hexi. The hotel has been open for a long time, and the lobby still feels grand. However, on the day I checked in, there was only one receptionist, and no one offered to help with my luggage. I encountered two staff members on the way to the elevator, and neither of them greeted me.
What truly shocked me was the room's cleanliness – I've stayed at many Hilton properties, but this was the first time I encountered such a terrible standard of hygiene. There was a thick layer of dust on the surfaces, various stains on the floor which were super disgusting, and even a spider crawling in the bathtub. After reporting it to the concierge, no one came to address the issue; they just called to offer their condolences. The hotel definitely needs to improve its internal training. I hope other guests who prioritize cleanliness will be cautious when choosing this hotel.

Staying at the Hilton Nanjing was a great experience. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive, and you can even add a dedicated butler on WeChat. The hotel really cares about the guest experience, especially Domi. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The hotel facilities are also well-maintained. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay. Five stars, highly recommend!
