This is a very established five-star hotel. While the facilities are a bit old, the overall cleanliness is good, and it was a comfortable stay. The high-floor views are also great, and the transportation is convenient. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely come back again.

This hotel is fantastic! The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bed was especially comfortable – I slept really well. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. I'll definitely be back!

The food options around here are incredibly convenient and delicious. We had seafood non-stop during our vacation! Plus, you can easily experience the tram nearby. The sea view from the room is stunning, and it's super easy to get to all the attractions.

The hotel was old, but it was very very well maintained. Everywhere was clean. You can feel, it was maintained based on japanese standard. The breakfast was amazing with many options of japanese dishes.

I came to Dalian for a trip during the Chinese New Year, specifically choosing the off-season in winter to avoid the holiday crowds. I stayed at Hotel Nikko for 5 consecutive days. There was no room service, but the value for money was pretty good. I'm not used to having strangers come in to clean my room when I stay at hotels. Some hotels I've stayed at before like to do turn-down service and send complimentary milk at night, and sometimes the service can be a bit too enthusiastic for me. This hotel basically had no service; every morning I just put my trash outside the room, no extra social interaction needed.

Staff could be more pleasant, but this being mainland China, smiling and being pleasant isn't part of their culture. Especially towards westerners, who are typically viewed upon with suspicion.

They classify this as a "Starbucks Reserve" store. The title is meaningless.
