My go-to hotel in Dalian! It offers some of the best value for money in the city. The rooms are spacious, and the shower room is surprisingly large—almost the same size as the one at Four Seasons Dalian.

The service is exceptional. Aimee at the front desk always goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. From the doormen and front desk team to housekeeping and in-room dining, every staff member is friendly, professional, and attentive.
An outstanding business hotel in Dalian. I will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in town for business. Highly recommended!

One of the better Four Points that I have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, new ly furnished, clean and well equipped; steam iron, 70” tv ( I think) , a nice shower and comfy beds.

Looks great when you arrive. Rooms are modern & clean, beds are a bit hard though

The main issue I have is the rules of this hotel is that the air conditioning temperature is centrally controlled. Yes it's cold outside however the air-conditioning in the room only goes down to 25 degrees. You can open the window but then cop all the street noise.

Unfortunately not having the ability to control the temperature of my room whether that be hot or cold is a deal breaker.

1. The hotel is newly opened, with a stylish and elegant exterior that looks just like a 5-star property.

2. Front desk staff are highly professional, friendly, and provide top-notch service.

3. The room is bright and spacious, and the bed is very comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Free washing machine available.

4. Excellent location — only about a 3-minute walk to the Convention Center Metro Station and Bus No.16 stop. Kaidan Plaza is right across the street, making it very convenient for dining and shopping.

5. About a 10-minute walk to Donggang Park Music Fountain and Venice of the East.

6. Metro Line 2 provides a direct connection to the airport, making transportation extremely convenient.

Service: Dany at the front desk was excellent. The room we arranged was quiet and had a great view. She also thoughtfully provided buckwheat and latex pillows for a comfortable sleep.

Environment: The hotel is nice, with a gym and laundry facilities.

Breakfast buffet: The breakfast was very varied and delicious! The tiramisu cake was delicious.

I came to Dalian for an in-depth tour. After comparing many star-rated hotels in Dalian, I found that most of them were quite old. I finally chose to stay at the Sheraton Dalian Hotel, which opened in 2025. The experience was beyond my imagination. I have to give a big thumbs up to Helen at the front desk! When checking in, she was very efficient and helped me get it done in a short time. She also helped me upgrade the room type, which was very thoughtful. I was very satisfied after checking in. The room facilities are modern and meet the aesthetics and needs of young and middle-aged people. The smart guest control is very convenient, and the auntie cleans the room every day very seriously. Although it is a newly opened hotel, it does not have any decoration smell, so I feel very at ease staying there! This trip to Dalian, thanks to Helen's caring service, my accommodation experience was perfect. If I go to Dalian again in the future, Sheraton Dalian Hotel will definitely be my first choice, and I sincerely hope that everyone can experience Helen's high-quality service! [Strong][Strong]

The hotel has just opened, and the facilities and equipment are very new. The aromatherapy in the lobby smells great, the breakfast has a rich variety, Mily at the front desk is very professional, and the location is even better. It is about a 10-minute walk from Donggang Music Square and Venice Water City. Choosing the Four Points by Sheraton Dalian Donggang is a wonderful stay experience, and I sincerely recommend it.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The lobby is large and the environment is great. The front desk service was very friendly. It's very close to the scenic area and I can enjoy the sea breeze at night. I will come again next time. Linlin, the beautiful front desk lady, is also very responsible.
