Conveniently located in the elements mall, very easy to travel from and to the airport. The room has a full kitchen, a washer dryer unit and can provide a crib upon request. All makes it perfect for families traveling with a baby.

We stayed at Harbourview Place for two nights and it was very impressed. As a family, we loved the spacious three-bedroom suite with a full kitchen and washer as it made our stay so much easier. The location is unbeatable ! Direct indoor access to Kowloon Station and Elements Mall, with plenty of dining options. We catch MTR from Kowloon station to Disneyland with our children and it is so convenient. The staff at the front desk, Alex was courteous and even arranged everything for us. House keeping lady was really friendly and helpful. Nice Harbour view ! Highly recommended for travelers who value convenience and space in Hong Kong! Love it !

I recently had the pleasure of communicating with Rea Lang, Senior Leasing Executive at The HarbourView Place, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service he provided. From the very beginning, Rea demonstrated professionalism, clarity, and genuine care in his response.
His email was impressively detailed, he took the time to carefully explain the short-stay package, including a clear breakdown of the discounted pricing and applicable taxes, which made everything extremely easy to understand. It’s rare to receive such a thorough explanation that leaves no room for confusion. He even went a step further to provide an example calculation, which was incredibly helpful and thoughtful.

The hotel's service is good. At first I booked a one-day sea view suite and a one-day garden suite, and the hotel upgraded me to a sea view room for two nights for free. The environment outside the window is very good and the room is quite large. It is a cost-effective room in Hong Kong, and the transportation is very convenient. There is a subway station not far from the hotel. Next time I go on a family trip to Hong Kong, I will choose to stay in this hotel again.

There are no bathroom supplies in Hong Kong, but the rooms are big and convenient for shopping. As soon as I entered the door, I found a small nail on the floor. Fortunately, I found it early, otherwise I might have to see a doctor if I am not careful!

It is very convenient for tourists entering Hong Kong from West Kowloon. You can just walk indoors with your suitcase. The room is also well designed and is large compared to hotels of the same price!

Great Burgers with Poutine Fries & Shakes
To me, the BEST feature of “Triple O’s” is the special/LIMITED EDITION burgers they launch every month. ???Those limited edition ones are some of the best burgers you could have.?
Some of the “heavyweight champions” that have featured in their Limited Edition section are (and which I’ve tried over the past months) .......
- The Ebi Burger (this one might be my all time fav... if there was ONLY ONE Ebi remaining on earth and it was guarded by a pack of hungry Hyenas....then I WILL fight for it!!)???
- Monty Mushroom burger;
- Pulled Pork burger;
- SOUTHERN BUTTERMILK CHICKEN club (with Bacon);
- CCM Chicken Cheese Mushroom burger, etc.
THE OTHER 2 GOOD THINGS at Triple O are: 1) the POUTINE FRIES which I love “pou-tting” in my mouth ??, and 2) their SHAKES.??
Also, a Special shout-out to their GARLIC PARMESAN FRIES.... those are very good too!??
Coming back to the LIMITED EDITION burgers....
whenever I go to Triple O’s in Elements mall, I DON’T EVEN BOTHER looking at the counter or the Standard menu, because I’m busy looking on the right-hand side of the counter ..... that’s where they advertise the LATEST special/LIMITED EDITION monthly burger..?
This time at the Elements mall Triple O’s, they had TWO special burgers and I ATE BOTH OF THEM in less than 10 minutes! (should I be on MAN VERSUS FOOD show ??)
First one was the SOUTHERN BUTTERMILK CHICKEN CLUB (with bacon)....the bacon was crispy.... the chicken fillet was crispy on the outside as it was fried in buttermilk.... while soft on the inside.?
Not sure how long this limited time item will be available, so be prepared to wait for next time in case you miss it this time.?
Second one was the CCM Chicken Cheese Mushroom burger. Another great burger that should not be missed while it is available, otherwise wait for the next time when it comes back.?
Hope to continue seeing new flavors of those “limited-time” burgers!

OK burgers, quite pricey for what you get, I had expected something a little more spectacular. However maybe that's due to me not being local and having had a ton of different burgers in Sydney.

Noooo..... What happened? Tripple O used to be so good but last night we were served a hard & dry bun, soaked with excessive mayo and soggy chips. The only item that preserved their previous standard was the choc shake. :(

Easy to find seats during lunch hours. I tried the new Korean Galbi Burger. The burger has good quality Korean beef and good mix of vegetables and kimchi. French fries are better than those you get at McDonald's.

Food is top notch like all other caffe habitu's but service is just terrible. Long wait, dirty seats and tables, staff is slow to respond to situations and will give you THEIR demands and ask you to move out of their way then you are seated. Very unfortunate that staff knows no manners.
