Five star only because of its facilities (pool etc) rather than its luxury feel, but a decent enough hotel, in a good location. The room was a bit tired, with furniture that was scuffed and a bit old. Bathroom is small, and the shower is difficult to get in and out of due to the space. The rooms have a coffee maker and they are generous with the coffee pods, which is excellent. Strangely, there is no light switch as you come into the room, so you have to feel your way to the bed side before you can turn on the lights.

Lobby is nice and is very close to a metro entrance and a big shopping mall, so if you feel like avoiding the typically extortionate hotel breakfast prices, you have plenty of options on your doorstep.

Rooftop pool is fine. Small with only s as limited number of loungers, but it’s in the middle of Hong Kong, so that’s to be expected.

Overall, a nice hotel, in a very convenient location, but don’t expect a five star experience.

Though we only stayed one night in Hong Kong Langham Hotel we felt that it's very difficult and rare to find such quality service hotel these days in Hong Kong. Breakfast is excellent. Valid parking is convenient though a bit expensive. I have no hesitant to recommend to visitors particularly in Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area.

Location was nice! Hotel exterior was nice. However, there was things that I didn't care for. Our toilet stopped working and our room wasn't ready til 4pm. Which wouldn't be an issue if we weren't exhausted from traveling. Staff was cool!

The design of Langham Hotel Hong Kong gives a sense of pride, beauty and simple elegance luxurious. The hotel is located in a location where it is easy to find food and there are many shopping areas. Breakfast has a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. If I come to Hong Kong, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect location in the Tsim Sha Tsui. First class service and facility. A great stay overall. Really nice bar in the lobby too!

We were greeted by very friendly staff when we arrived last Thursday April 17. Since my husband was temporarily disabled, they were very nice and accommodating. Special mention to GOLD who was so nice.
Room make up was also very well done.
Kudos to the hotel.

Pretty average but staff service was good.

Seems like a nice place at first, but then:
You have to wait for seats.
The order takes a while to get to the table. Water is dripping from the ceiling onto you or your plate.
The beef (dish n.1) is plastic like.
The dish n.2 is called spicy but none of us were able to eat it, and the noodles were cold (yes the dish is supposed to be cold, but it was freezing), and they refused to warm it up a little.
So you pay 80$HK for a dish were you can only eat the dumplings (which were good and warm by the way).
Very disappointed by the food, and even more by how the employees reacted (they just laughed at us because we couldn't eat the entire plate).

Crystal jade has some of the best noodles and dumplings you can get at reasonable prices. It’s one of my staples in both HK and Singapore. There are always queues but it’s also very organised so you usually get seated within 10 mins. The Xiao long bao are great and must be eaten, but I have literally not had a bad dish here.

Great food, excellent & Super fast service, good ambience, decent music gelling with ambience.. The desert taste & presentation was really impressive!

What particularly impressed me, was that the manager, who saw us viewing the menu, noticing that am Indian, might have a possibility of being vegetarian, and so promptly suggested about the vegetarian options as well.
All in all, I had a great experience & would certainly return.

Service, for the most part, was great. The manager and our server were lovely. The food is a bit average though, unfortunately. The Parma pizza was constructed very oddly so the rocket was all in a pile in the middle under the ham so it was quite soggy and difficult to cut/eat. Seemed like a bit too many ingredients for the base. The cannelloni was not really well-seasoned and kind of bland. All you could taste was the wine really.
