I have to start by praising the hotel's service! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming. Check-in was efficient, and the lady at the front desk had an excellent attitude. Any requests I had were promptly met. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with convenient transportation, right next to a subway station, making it super easy to get to all the attractions. Overall, I highly recommend it!

Nice clean room, good location. The breakfast service was a bit chaotic but nice quality especially with the special xi'an delicacy of the day.

The room was very comfortable and quiet in the evenings. It's a historic, international hotel, and you'll find many foreign guests staying here. The breakfast offered a great variety of dishes; however, it would be even better if they rotated the options daily. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the subway, and it's close to popular spots like the Drum Tower, Bell Tower, and the Muslim Quarter.

The window offered no view, just greenery on a third-floor platform. While the hotel lobby was impressive, the room's decor and amenities felt dated, similar to an older budget hotel. At this price point, its main selling point is undoubtedly its location. Breakfast was decent.
