Golden Flower Hotel in Xi'an

Room was large and spacious. Convenient location by the subway. Breakfast had a good variety.

Clean. Great breakfast spread. Facilities are a bit dated, and the elevator had some minor issues.

We brought our kids to Xi'an for the May Day holiday and chose this hotel based on reviews – and we definitely made the right choice! The room was spacious and clean, and it was a rare find to have two 1.35-meter beds, which made our stay with the kids very comfortable and roomy. The hotel has its own large parking lot, and its central location right next to a subway station makes getting around incredibly convenient. What really stood out was the hotel's service. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were attentive to our experience, offering exceptionally good and thoughtful service, even giving a welcome fruit platter to the children! The cleaning staff were also incredibly thoughtful; they proactively disinfected our luggage and left a sweet note. It was a wonderful stay, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Xi'an!

During the May Day holiday, hotels in Xi'an were generally raising their prices, but this one was quite fair and didn't hike prices much. Plus, it's the first five-star foreign-related hotel in Northwest China, and I figured a foreign-related hotel would have excellent service, so I chose it. I was a bit worried the hotel might be old and that the rooms and service wouldn't be up to par, but after checking in, I was very impressed – it offered fantastic value for money. I originally booked a Superior King Room, but Director Wang Qian helped upgrade me to a Deluxe King Room. Later that evening, I discovered a leak from the ceiling above the bathtub. The hotel handled it very quickly, upgrading me to an Executive Suite within ten minutes of reporting the issue. Director Wang Qian also gave my child some snacks as a gift and provided a welcome fruit plate. The handwritten card was both sincere and childlike, showing great thoughtfulness. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym available for free use, and there's a hot spring pool (around 38℃) with a depth of 70-80cm. I took my child for a swim once; the main pool wasn't crowded, but the hot spring pool had many kids. Overall, the experience was excellent, especially for just over 300 RMB – it was an absolute steal. My child said they want to stay at this hotel again next time we visit Xi'an.

The hotel's location is excellent, making transportation very convenient, as it's near Tonghua Gate Station on Line 1. The rooms are generally clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The decor style is more mature and classic. The breakfast buffet offers a standard variety, and the taste is decent but not particularly outstanding. Overall, it's pretty good value for money.

Very comfortable, clean, and refined. Some people say this hotel has fallen from grace but i disagree. It’s by far the most comfortable one I stayed in across multiple different cities.

The service was exceptional! One day, I left a pair of dirty socks on the floor, and the cleaning staff actually washed them and left a note. That's incredibly thoughtful! The location is super convenient for getting around, right next to the subway station. The breakfast buffet was also good. Special thanks to Xiao Luo for the warm reception.

Extremely satisfied with my stay. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it's still a classic. The service was absolutely impeccable; they even washed my socks! The attention to detail makes me feel like I'd be embarrassed not to stay here again next time.

This was my second stay at your hotel. Upon checking out, I couldn't take some personal items with me immediately, so I left them at the front desk for temporary storage. I later called the hotel to arrange for them to be mailed to me. Manager Qin at the front desk was incredibly meticulous in arranging for SF Express to pick them up. However, the courier station informed us that some items were considered special and couldn't be sent via express delivery. Out of options, I had to ask the hotel to store them again temporarily.

A month later, I returned to the hotel to retrieve my belongings. Manager Qin quickly located my stored items from the storage room and personally handed them back to me. The entire process was smooth, communication was excellent, and everything was handled efficiently. I truly felt their dedication and responsibility; it was a very pleasant service experience.

Our stay at this hotel was great, the room was comfortable and the family room we booked was perfect for kids. Manager Liu at the front desk even gave us a welcome gift and checked in with us during our stay. The location is excellent, and although the hotel has been open for a while, it's very well-maintained! I genuinely recommend it; despite being an older hotel, everything else is top-notch! A special shout-out to Feifei and Huanhuan at the restaurant for their excellent service as well!
