This is an older, established five-star hotel with great value for money. The breakfast spread is excellent, with delicious Shaanxi cuisine. The rooms are spacious, and I particularly liked that the walk-in closet, toilet, and shower are all separate. Conveniently, there's a restaurant called 'Tang Ren Li' right across the street, offering fresh ingredients and attentive service. The hotel's location is perfect, situated between the City Wall and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, making it easy to get around.

Facilities: Excellent, although the pool is a bit small and doesn't have a shallow and deep end, it didn't affect our fun.

Environment: A large hotel. The breakfast variety wasn't extensive each morning, but everything was absolutely delicious!
Location: Close to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Daxingshan Temple, and Xi'an Museum. It's about 1km from the subway station, which is quite convenient.

This five-star hotel offers incredible value for money! 👍👍👍 The location is excellent too, right in the city center and close to attractions. A huge thank you to the wonderful Manager Lin Lu 🙏🙏🌹 During my business trip, she kindly upgraded my room for free, letting me experience a suite, and even gave me a lovely cultural and creative gift. It was truly a thoughtful gesture ❤️😊 The hotel breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious food. Enough said, check out the photos! 😄

Stayed for three days and had a pretty good experience. First, the pool, while small, was at a perfect temperature, so my child didn't get cold swimming. Second, even though the hotel is a bit old, it's incredibly clean. I constantly saw cleaning staff tidying up and even using a small blade to scrape off almost invisible stains from the floor tiles. The breakfast was plentiful, but there weren't many delicious options; by the third day, I'd lost my appetite for it. The restaurant on the 51st floor was great – tasty and not expensive.

The room was excellent, well-designed, with high-quality amenities. The service was great, and they even gave a little gift to the student taking the art exam, which was a lovely touch. It was a fantastic experience overall.

Choosing Crowne Plaza for our family trip was a brilliant decision! Its location is absolutely perfect, making it super convenient to visit the Bell Tower, Muslim Quarter, and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The service response was incredibly fast. A special shout-out to Nicole from Guest Services for giving us a complimentary kids' breakfast and for her helpful information about the hotel's surroundings. We were so happy with this trip, and we'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza again next time we're in Xi'an.

Seeing is believing! I kept seeing recommendations for the Crowne Plaza on Xiaohongshu, so when my friend came to Xi'an, we decided to stay here. The location is excellent, close to everything. The building itself is old, but the facilities are well-maintained. The staff are all very professional. Food delivery is quick and handled by robots, which is a nice touch. Vivi at the front desk was very patient and answered all my questions during check-in. There was also a bellboy, Mr. Xia, who always greeted us with a smile and proactively asked if my friend and I needed bottled water. Our stay was fantastic, and I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!

Decided to extend my stay for a couple more days. The client manager, Lin Lu, a lovely young lady, very thoughtfully upgraded my breakfast. And get this, I actually had *Yangrou Paomo* (pita bread soaked in lamb broth) and *Youpo Mian* (hot oil noodles) at a five-star hotel! Can you believe it? As someone who's been away from Xi'an for many years, I have to say the *rouwan hulatang* (meatball pepper soup) tasted pretty good. Also, the lobby cafe is very quiet and comfortable for having coffee and chatting with friends.

My stay was excellent, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to our client manager, Irene, who promptly helped me with any issues during my stay. Also, a big thank you to Zhao from the concierge team, who proactively assisted me with my luggage to the car after check-out. Overall, my experience was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.
