Nice slightly aged 5-Star hotel. The rooms are OK with moderate central Heating and Ventilation system. The beds are not well stabilised and you feel Avery movement of your partner. There are nice shops in the lobby. Breakfast options are nice and the coffee is also OK. Washing service is rather very expensive. The Hotel is located inside the Historical part of Xi‘An and you can reach everything by walking or Bike. There are a lot of shops in walking distance.

Great location close to major Xi’an attractions and subway. Breakfast was fresh and very well served. Bed could be a bit softer. Great value for the price

The rooms were spacious, modern, and very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining everything.
The breakfast had a decent spread with both Chinese and Western options.
Location-wise, it’s about 45 minutes from the airport (taxi/shuttle available), but the upside is its proximity to local night markets and eateries. I loved being able to walk to nearby food streets and try Xi’an’s famous skewers and roujiamo

For the price, this hotel delivers solid value – no frills, but comfortable and well-located for exploring the city.

The room was a decent size, but not super modern hotel was OK for one night. Breakfast was good.

Room was designed for kids. Excellent bed config for 2A2C. Anna Huang was excellent to help with some issue with parcel delivery. The other staffs are less friendly. The breakfast is quite disappointing though with limited spread. Breakfast Child policy on height limit is weird

The restaurant & food very nice with plenty of choice. The room good size & clean, however to find an electric socket that worked with my travel adapters was a challenge
Unfortunately hotel WiFi worked only once in a while ; my eSIM was more successful

Great location and enjoyable stay in Xi’an

The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old city and main attractions.
Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed.
The staff was professional and helpful.
The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of both local and international options.
Overall, a great choice for a short stay in Xi’an!

Good location to the city wall area and subway and shopping. The hotel staffs are friendly! In general, the hotel can use a update facility inside.

Stayed 4 nights during my trip to Xian, pretty decent and well maintained hotel in overall. Buffet breakfast offers good selection with minimal change in menu daily, however coffee is good. Drink beer instead of Perrier as it's cheaper. Room itself is comfortable, just feel warm at night even with temperature set at the low side. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. English does not work well with staff.
