We stayed here for 4 nights. This hotel is very big and has lots of places for you to take pictures. It was voted best Instagramable hotel in 2025. One thing to note is we are not allowed to eat at the lobby. We asked. The breakfast area was not crowded for the past few mornings. There is a wide spread of food. The tea leaf eggs are good. There are pancakes with different fillings. Sweet and nice. You can also cast your phone on the TV but Netflix, FB and YouTube cannot be shown as you have to use their Wifi. Overall it was a very great experience 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Perfect hotel and location for exploring Chengdu! The 2 queen bed room is perfect for a family of 4. Staff was very helpful - we had to leave early 1 morning for a trip to Panda Valley and since we didnt have time for breakfast, staff gave us 2 takeaway coffee cups and a bag for some pastries!

Service is incredible good, hotel is very centralized, near to everything within walking distance. The only downside is the room is extremely hot, we booked 5 rooms, all rooms is hot and humid. It's very uncomfortable to sleep. We stayed there for 4 nights and can't sleep well due to its too hot. They offered us a fan, but it couldn't help much. The weather in Chengdu now is 20 degree, we do not need any heater, should have change the system back to AC.

Lived four nights in Feb. The hotel decided not to turn on cooling during this time of year, which makes the room quite hot during afternoon and early night. Asked them to fix it but got rejected. This is unacceptable.

This is one of the best hotel I stayed in China by far. Location wise is good, the hotel is very clean and quiet. The room is very big, we ordered 1 room for 4 pax (family), they give 2 queen size bed. The best part is their toilet, it’s so high tech. Staff is friendly and breakfast is delicious and we can see a nice view from the restaurant

The hotel was a little hard to locate, but upon reaching the 31st floor and entering the lobby, we were immediately captivated by its design. The hotel's style is very modern, yet it seamlessly incorporates distinct Chengdu elements such as Gaiwan tea sets, bamboo chairs, pandas, and Sichuan Opera masks.

Our twin room was incredibly spacious, and the cleanliness was quite good. A particular highlight was the large table in the room; it was perfect for our family to gather around, enjoy some tea, and take in the city views – truly relaxing!

The restaurant boasted an excellent ambiance with expansive views, offering a clear sight of the Tai Chi pattern of Tianfu Square. We ordered a steak set meal, and it was absolutely delicious!

My standard room didn't come with a bathtub and felt a little cramped. It was difficult to fully open a large suitcase without encroaching on the window-side sofa area.

Breakfast wasn't included in the room rate, so I decided to try it once. At 88 RMB, I felt the price was fair, and the food quality was good. The *youtiao* (fried dough sticks) were crispy, and for *chaoshou* (wontons) and noodles, they offered both clear and spicy broths, along with a comprehensive selection of condiments – essential in Chengdu cuisine. I was particularly happy to find *Dan Hong Gao* (egg pancakes), available in both sweet and savory varieties.

I ordered room service for dinner. The steak was average, but the Dandan noodles were absolutely delicious.

Housekeeping was very prompt and kept the room spotless.

The smiling greetings from the floor staff were a genuinely pleasant touch.

The location is superb, right next to Tianfu Square and opposite the Chengdu Museum. I imagine some rooms would offer excellent views.

Getting to Shuangliu Airport was quick, about 30 minutes.

The hotel is very well kept, with the exception that the lobby AC is not strong enough if you are checking in. I stayed in a corner king room and the TV reception was extremely poor where I couldn't get any channels clear.
Otherwise, all is good.
