Great service from reception. Helpful and obliging. Room design was amazing. Power outlets all over. Very spacious. Two TVs. Separate toilet/bath areas. Coffee downstairs. Thank you for welcome snacks and gifts. Much appreciated. Thank you for the late checkout too!

The rooms are great, and the ladies at the front desk are very nice. There are also good food options nearby. Highly recommend!

The room keeps its promises. It's clean and the amenities all work well. The pool is really as impressive as it looks in the pictures. Also, the staff is very nice. Can absolutely recommend it!

Whenever I visit Chengdu, I always stay at this hotel. It boasts an enormous pool-sized bathtub, and the rooms are really spacious. The family room is perfect for those traveling with kids, featuring both a large and a smaller bed. The hotel's front desk even offers a complimentary coffee machine, which is a great touch. My kids absolutely love this hotel too! It's conveniently located close to Chengdu South Station and not far from Shuangliu Airport. Highly recommended!

The room was very spacious. Since it was a bathtub room, we had to wait a bit for the cleaning to be finished when we checked in. However, the cleaning was thorough, and there was a faint smell of disinfectant when we first entered. But when I was taking a bath, it felt stuffy, probably due to ventilation issues, even after opening all the windows as wide as possible.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, though an extra trash can would be a nice touch. The room type I stayed in had very smart amenities.

Service: The service was impeccable. During my five-day stay, every staff member I encountered was incredibly patient. They'd always stand up and greet me when I entered, making me feel truly at home.

Environment: The location is just outside the South Second Ring Road, which makes getting a taxi easy. During the Spring Festival, the surrounding shops were closed, so it was quite quiet. The lighting in the room was excellent.

The bathtub in the room was large and very clean, perfect for families with kids – it really added to our overall experience! The staff at the front desk were also super patient and attentive. Great value for money!
