The room was clean and well-equipped. They even provided throat-soothing tea and drip coffee. There's a self-service laundry and a gym on the 22nd floor. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, including soy milk and 'Bo Bo Chicken' (skewers in chili oil). The front desk service was excellent too. Overall, my stay was really great, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel facilities were complete and very well-maintained, making for a comfortable experience. Breakfast was definitely a highlight – the variety was beyond amazing, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was fantastic. The location is excellent, right next to the subway station, which made it super convenient to get to all the attractions and shopping areas. For travelers, the laundry service was an absolute lifesaver – so thoughtful! Everything was impeccable; I'll definitely choose this place first again next time I visit.

I booked this for a friend, and they had a very satisfying stay. They particularly highlighted the excellent check-in service at the front desk, and appreciated the complimentary egg tarts and a panda puzzle they received upon arrival. My friend also found the environment to be great.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Kuanzhai Alley and Du Fu Thatched Cottage. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The service is incredibly attentive. They offer complimentary late-night snacks in the evening and even provide 'Warm Sun Tea' in the room. The breakfast is delicious! I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I checked in, my suitcase was a bit dirty on the outside. The housekeeper who was tidying up my room noticed it, found a cloth, and meticulously cleaned my suitcase until it was spotless. A special thank you to that wonderful staff member! The room itself was also very quiet, and the ambiance felt quite spacious and elegant. The front desk lady during check-out was equally impressive – so gentle and attentive. Highly recommend!

The room was quite decent and a good size, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The complimentary congee provided by the hotel was a lovely touch and tasted pretty good. I absolutely loved the night view. They also offer laundry service, which I found to be a very thoughtful and helpful amenity. Overall, I was very pleased.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, right down to the smallest details. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the hairdryer felt premium – I even asked the front desk and found out it's a Laifen, which I'm now planning to buy for myself! The housekeeping staff thoughtfully replenished our mineral water, and there were also plenty of water bottles available on a table by the elevator entrance. All facilities were comprehensive and in excellent condition.

The front desk service was both warm and professional; they answered every question and even proactively helped us plan our routes. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, and the surrounding area is great for dining and shopping. It's also close to attractions like Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Qingyang Palace. Our room was on a high floor with a large window, offering a truly beautiful night view. Plus, there's free laundry service, which is a huge bonus!

This will definitely be my top choice for future visits to this city. Highly, highly recommend!

The room was spacious, and cleaning was decent. If you don't mind it being a little dated, it's definitely a solid option. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the local neighborhood has a wonderful, authentic vibe. My only complaint was that upon arrival, our hired car couldn't pull up directly to the hotel lobby. We were told the property management had no parking spaces and had posted signs prohibiting access, which meant we had to get out by the roadside and carry our luggage quite a distance ourselves.

Facilities: The room was spacious with a large bed, easily accommodating our family of three without feeling cramped.
Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and there was plenty of hot water with good pressure for showering/washing.
Environment: It felt like we were at one of the highest points in the area. Our 22nd-floor room offered a panoramic view of Chengdu's old town. It was also very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep.
Service: The breakfast was superb, comparable to a five-star hotel. The staff service was also excellent.
