Excellent stay two times in December/ January 2024/25. Reception is okay and helpful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet is perfect for all needs at breakfast and dinner. Beds are clean and convenient. Gym and swimming pool are perfect. Didn't missed anything. Below the hotel there is a huge huge shopping mall with endless number of restaurants for any kind and need.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Staff were exceptional. Food was amazing. Rooms were very well appointed. Highly recommend.

The room is very new. I took my children to see a concert and it was a great stay. I booked in advance and the hotel is not expensive. It is really worth it. Friends who like it can consider it. It is worth the money.

The service was very attentive. After checking in during the Mid-Autumn Festival, they provided snacks, fruit, and mooncakes. It's about 3 kilometers from the Olympic Sports Center, making it easy to get there by bike. Consider staying here if you're attending a concert.

First, I'm giving this hotel a bad review regarding its amenities. The reason I booked this hotel was because they listed a ping-pong room, but didn't specify that it wasn't for guests' use. Since your hotel displays this facility on their website, it means it's available, and whether it's free or charged by the hour should be clearly stated. Second, the hotel's front desk staff were incredibly unfaithful...

It's an older five-star hotel. The rooms are large, but the facilities are old. I booked a suite, but was given two extra beds. The room smelled a bit musty once I entered. The biggest drawback is that there is only one bathroom, which is inconvenient. The gym and swimming pool upstairs are great.

The breakfast is weak. The room is OK after renovation, but it is weaker than the emerging hotels. The room is large and the breakfast should be improved.

We booked a suite specifically for our family trip. The room was huge, and the kids were running around everywhere. Thankfully, the hotel gave us a room with a bathtub and two separate bedrooms. The hotel is also very close to the zoo and water park, and convenient to major shopping malls. I highly recommend it.

The room was clean and tidy, the breakfast was plentiful, and they had robots delivering food. It's very close to the subway. How close? Just a half-minute walk, haha. The surrounding shopping malls and parks are a ten-minute walk away. I was very satisfied and it was so convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I visit.

Checked in around 6 PM, and was warmly welcomed by Yao Peiyan at the front desk. The room was standard, nothing special. There was no air conditioning at the moment, so it was a bit humid and stuffy.
