Hotel staff were helpful with any questions we had. Room facilities were very clean and comfortable and clean. Bed was extra comfortable. It was a lovely stay for a short visit to Tianjin. Highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable. Location is a bit outside of the center, but getting anywhere in Tianjin is connected to a half hour drive (minimum) so that’s not really a surprise. Close to the train station which was important and nice new facilities. Overall a good stay.

Rooms and services available are top notch compared to hotels around the world, but actually rather normal for hotels in China. Food is great and hotel is located next to 3 malls, with one of the malls (Aqua City) being linked to the hotel at level 3.
