This is a newly opened hotel and the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff have a good service attitude. The facilities are also quite good!

The hotel is new with modern facilities. I was traveling with my child, and a series of minor issues arose on my first day, but all were promptly resolved after I contacted the front desk. Surprisingly, the next day at breakfast, the manager and relevant staff apologized again for the issues raised and offered solutions, making me feel respected and valued. Having traveled frequently and stayed in various hotels, this hotel provided a truly unexpected and delightful surprise. The staff were attentive and attentive to guests' needs. The housekeeping staff listened patiently to my requests and promptly fulfilled them, and the breakfast staff greeted me warmly. For this price, it completely exceeded my expectations. All the thoughtful service deserves to be seen, so I'm writing this positive review in the hopes that it will be helpful to future guests!

The bedding was incredibly comfortable and clean. There are also many dining options right outside. I hope to come back again next time. The breakfast was plentiful and the environment was great. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night, so I hope the rooms can be equipped with earplugs.

The room was quite spacious and clean, with prompt housekeeping and ample bottled water replenishment. The view from the window was lovely, and there were many local restaurants nearby. The Chinese restaurant served delicious food with excellent service. There was also a self-service laundry room, and charging stations behind the restaurant, which was convenient, although there were only two, which might not be enough when there were many people.

The environment is great, the service is warm and welcoming, and the location is excellent. It's perfect for a family trip to Dali. The price is very reasonable. We booked a suite this time, and the breakfast was also very good. Superb!

Visiting Dali again, I'm so glad I didn't choose to stay in a guesthouse in the Old Town.
I chose Huayu Guesthouse, which is located in the High-tech Zone. I was very satisfied; it was clean and tidy, the breakfast was delicious, and the nights were quiet.
During the National Day holiday, the traffic around Dali Old Town was terrible every day.
Luckily, I chose Huayu Guesthouse. A taxi arrived within three minutes and picked me up directly from the hotel.
It was convenient to go anywhere, as long as I didn't go to Dali Old Town.
I had two trips that required taking the high-speed rail, and Huayu Guesthouse was very convenient.
I'll definitely come again!

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the environment was fantastic. The kids loved it and could feed the fish while the adults sat and chatted over coffee. There's also a billiards room and a gym. Overall, it was a fantastic choice. I definitely didn't miss it. Highly recommended!

Ms. Arui at the front desk was very attentive. When I arrived, she personally gave me yogurt and flower cakes. The service attitude was super good. The hotel is newly opened, the environment is very good, clean and hygienic, there is a bathtub indoors, and you can drink tea on the balcony in the afternoon. 🍵 I love this place and will stay here again on my next business trip.
