The service was not bad,but I waited several minutes to check in,as the staff was busy dealing with some group travelers’ issues.The destination is nice,overall,only hundreds meters away from LiJiang ancient town.However,as a five-star hotel,it is a pity that there is neither Safe nor refrigerator inside the guest room.

Excellent reception service, and I love the housekeeper!! The hotel is designed in classic Lijiang-Chinese architecture. The facilities and amenities are very accommodating. Even though some may find this hotel a bit outdated, I can guarantee the conveniences, as it is located on a big road that is easily accessible. There are tonnes of restaurants within a stone's throw walking distance. There is a pharmacy a 3-minute walk to its left where you can buy Hong Jing. Tian relieving herbal supplements for altitude sickness and plus a lot of local convenience stores. You do not need to stay in the old town, which is, for me, hard to exit and find the main road. 接待服务非常好，我喜欢管家！！酒店采用经典的丽江中国建筑风格设计。设施和便利设施非常齐全。尽管有些人可能会觉得这家酒店有点过时，但我可以保证它的便利性，因为它位于一条大路上，交通便利。步行距离内有数以吨计的餐馆。左边步行3分钟有一家药店，可以买到红精。田有缓解高原反应的草药补品，加上当地很多便利店。你不需要留在老城区，对我来说，很难离开老城区并找到主干道。

The hotel's front desk staff are very welcoming, the location is excellent, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The cleaning staff are also very friendly. It offers fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Lijiang.

The hotel boasts a luxurious and grand design, with spacious rooms offering a distant view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, featuring a variety of Chinese, Western, and local Naxi chicken rice noodles – all delicious! Outside the restaurant, there's a lovely little garden with a swimming pool. Although the pool was closed for winter, the flowers by the poolside were in full bloom, and the still water beautifully reflected the blue sky, creating a truly therapeutic scene. Upon check-out, they even gave us tea as a parting gift, which was a thoughtful touch! I'll definitely choose Lijiang International Hotel again on my next visit to Lijiang! Five-star rating, highly recommended!

Very nice and big hotel, in a very convenient area. Close to shops and walking distance to the Ancient Town. Many restaurants too. The rooms are very comfortable too.

The hotel lobby is luxurious and grand, offering a splendid experience. The staff handle issues quickly and provide timely feedback. The hotel's dedicated tour guides are always responsible and meticulous in offering sightseeing advice for all our inquiries. We were pleasantly surprised with a souvenir upon check-out. The hotel is located in the city center, very close to the ancient town. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants featuring Lijiang specialties, and there are local specialty shops right across the street, making it incredibly convenient for buying travel souvenirs. From the 6th-floor hotel platform, you can capture stunning views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, especially during sunrise when it's bathed in golden light.

The hotel's location is great; it's quiet but still close to everything. It's not too far to walk to the old town, and getting a taxi is very convenient.
The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. They even gave us a souvenir tea set when we checked out.
The family room had two bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds – which was perfect for four people. It also had two bathrooms. Plus, you could see the snow-capped mountains from the room.
Overall, highly recommended, especially for family travel.

This is my second stay at this hotel. It used to be called Junlan International Hotel, and I heard from the staff that the owner took it back to manage it themselves.
Overall, it's pretty good. The owner is from Zhejiang, which brings with it a strong business acumen. However, I didn't appreciate a manager in the lobby constantly pitching massage and spa services to guests.
In our room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. Upon checking, I found that the router's antenna was broken. Luckily, the password was universal, so I just used the Wi-Fi from the next room. I suggest the hotel gets that fixed.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. My only suggestion is that the air conditioning in the public areas should be turned on in winter.

Hotel room is big and bed comfortable. Two bath also big water a little bit slow and small. My room facing 玉龙雪山 ohh good feeling. Front desk check check no need to wait. Location near to old town. Around hotel is food store, mini market, tea shop, massage shop and restaurant. Along hotel 9pm onward got bbq hawker store selling food. Lijiang all the shop will close around 12pm really night life. Easy to take a taxi, here we can get their taxi prices is reasonable no worries. The hotel got 1 counter tour you can ask for the 小风服务真好又细心價钱又公正。他帮我安排两个行程不错我可滿意。
