A really beautifully designed room mixing the traditional with modern touches. I liked the location just at the south end of the Ancient Town in a quiet enclave away from the intense hustle and bustle, making it a relaxing oasis to come back to. Some of the staff spoke very good English, but some of the staff need more training considering the reputation of this brand and that there are a number of Westerners guests staying. I struggled at breakfast to get even the basics like a cup of tea. I’m sure the staff know the English but seem to have a reluctance to engage with it so the stay really lacked a personal touch.

The location is in Lijiang ancient city. It is so easy to walkaround in the ancient city with many shops and close to a minimart and restaurants. It is close to the bus stop no.18 from railway station.

Hey ladies! This hotel, which I stayed at on a rainy day, truly captivated me. As soon as I arrived, I was captivated by the view of the courtyard. The drizzle was light, and the air was filled with a fresh scent. The greenery, washed brightly by the rain, felt like stepping into a living ink painting. 🖼️
Entering the room was even more of a surprise. It was spotless, elegantly decorated, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable; I didn't want to get up once I laid down. Travel fatigue was instantly soothed. The service is truly commendable! Every front desk staff member was welcoming and professional. They even thoughtfully provided umbrellas—perfect attention to detail! 💯 The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, leaving me feeling energized and ready for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Overall, this was an experience that exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing place to unwind. 👍

Perry and the entire staff of the hotel made us feel like VIP guests from our arrival through to check out. The room was beautiful and the
location was great for walking. The hotel’s restaurant was also great. Perry speaks perfect English and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The porch outside the hotel’s cafe is a great place to relax and people watch in the afternoon.

The location is superb, located right inside ancient city vicinity. Our room is on the first floor with a nice view from the living room, it is clean and spacious. Their staff were all very friendly and their service is good. Will recommend coming here to stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to transport the baggages from the south gate to the hotel. The breakfast was rich and we could make our favourite from the menu. Location is good and convenient as well.

Enjoyed my stay in this Lux Hotel. Clean, big and comfortable. Location is within Ancient City but need to walk at least 5 mins to 10 mins to get to the city main spot.
