The hotem was in a really good location, just a stone's throw away from the In77 malls. The room was big, clean and the beds were really comfy. There was even free beverages for guests to enjoy!
But the standout for my stay has got to be the exceptional service i had received from everyone but particularly 雯雯! I was asking for help with ordering supper as i didn't have a China number to register for an account with *******, and she willingly helped me set it up using her own spare number! She also told me to add her on wechat so i could just chat her whenever i needed help during my stay, which made things so much easier and super convenient (e.g. when my orders arrived, she immediately texted to inform me and got someone to deliver it up to my room, or when i accidentally left some items in the room after checkout and i could just text her to help me retrieve them!) Overall, she really went above and beyond to make our stay a really pleasant one and i will definitely consider staying here again the nx time im back in HZ! Thankyou for the amazing service and friendship! You've really lived up to your name!

This hotel was ideal for a peaceful retreat, offering both convenience and beautiful surroundings. The location is excellent which close to shopping streets, souvenir shops, and the musical fountain by West Lake.
We arrived late at night due to a late flight, but the check-in process was fast and smooth, which we really appreciated after a long journey.
The room had a clear view of West Lake, perfect for enjoying the calm daytime scenery and sparkling city lights at night.
The highlight was the revolving restaurant on the 20th floor, which slowly rotates to give panoramic views of West Lake and the city. It made for a unique and memorable dining experience. The restaurant also serves a variety of food for breakfast, making mornings just as enjoyable.

Overall good experience, great location, walkable from metro station within 5mins, cleanliness is great, just that the room is a bit small, but I guess it is reasonable because of the location. They have welcome drink at lobby, which is very heartwarming.

Very convenient location, great view of the beautiful West lake. Friendly staffs who aimed to provide pleasant experience for the customer. Wide spread of choice for breakfast at the 20th floor revolving restaurant, with the great view of West lake. Restaurant is very crowded during peak hour, not a big concern for us as we time our breakfast accordingly.

Great hotel! Walking distance to West Lake, lobby smells so good, including the hallways and the room. Lobby was also never crowded, which was amazing to relax in. Breakfast was at the revolving restaurant. If you stay long enough, you could go around full circle. Our room had a great view of the lake and the afternoon sunset. If your stay includes breakfast, try to substitute it with a lunch or dinner set menu at Pinghai Restaurant. The food was delicious and a must try. Will surely stay again and won't regret recommending it.

Pleasant environment, rooms with the right size, perfect location. The best part is the breakfast. The restaurant is located on 20th floor. Amazing view and many choices for food.

Check in was efficient and room had a great view of the lake. Breakfast was simple but fresh and adequate, there’s something for everyone. Amenities from the heated toilet seats, Dyson hair dryer, complimentary tea, fruits and drinks, excellent location, wide beds and friendly staff won us over. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Friendship Hotel! Now when we think of Hangzhou, we think of Friendship Hotel too. We will definitely be back so please keep up the good work!

An old establishment in the city which definitely shows its age in some of the rooms. I was upgraded into a suite, the carpet was still a bit dirty. Bathroom was really small and had an unpleasant scent. Happily, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with good selections and I enjoyed the views atop the revolving restaurant. If you have a bit of dough or craving for some sushi, the hotel has a nice Japanese restaurant right below the revolving buffet. Location is very convenient. 5 minute walk to the West Lake, metro station, and a new shopping mall just opened. Overall, a nice stay, but I would love to see the hotel update their rooms a bit more and improve its cleaning standards.
