The environment is absolutely fantastic. There's a stadium right behind the hotel, perfect for an evening run or workout. The Qiantang River is directly in front, offering beautiful, refreshing views

And don’t get me started on the swimming pool! It’s like something out of a magazine—huge, crystal-clear, and designed like a sleek, stylish fish tank. It’s plenty big enough to actually swim and enjoy

Very nearby shopping mall have good view of the river morning till night while having good access to parks nearby. Definitely will stay here again 👍. Swimming pool and gym is amazing

If you are here and really need a good rest while also have a view of the stadium …it’s the best you can get. Bedroom is spacious and amazing. have all the things you need to sleep comfortably ❤️💕

The breakfast spread is very generous. The room itself is good, and the sofa chair by the window is a definite highlight. The kids' toiletries are a really nice touch too!

It's very popular with families and children, offering a swimming pool and a kids' club (pay once, and you can access it throughout your stay)

This hotel could be considered a landmark in Xiaoshan, with its golden spire visible from trains and elevated highways

Staff are very kind and helpful. Services are excellent. A good place to stay if visiting Hangzhou. Shuttle bus to the airport only takes 30 minutes and costs only 15 RMB.

This is an old five-star hotel in Xiaoshan. I stayed here ten years ago and came back recently for something nearby

You generally can't go wrong with an old five-star, and apart from being a bit dated, everything else is perfectly fine. The room and overall environment are quite good!

I'm not sure why the mini-bar and fruit amenities differed – the king room got them daily, while the twin room had nothing. Even the toiletries in the rooms were different. Overall, I'm still satisfied

Parking for self-driving is also fine. The gym and swimming pool were both quite clean

Secondly, every staff member we encountered, from the welcome at the entrance to check-in, was incredibly polite and gentle. Finally, and most importantly, the hotel's exterior and interior are so elegant

The breakfast was plentiful, but not much of it was to my taste; the sushi was quite hard and could be improved. The transportation is very convenient, with both the subway and bus stops nearby

Staying at the Huanglong Hotel was an absolutely perfect choice this time. From its location to its service, it truly lives up to its reputation as an established five-star hotel

Firstly, it's directly connected to the subway, almost seamlessly, and there are buses right outside that go straight to all the scenic spots around Hangzhou's West Lake

You can walk to the stunning West Lake, and even with the rain these past couple of days, the 'Cloud-Kissed Misty Rain' scenery was breathtaking, with the lake and mountains reflecting beautifully

Clean, english speaking stuff (uncommon in China), five star hotel for four star price, breakfast is good, non tourist location, but nice infrastructure (my opinion as a experienced traveler)

The hotel room is great, the suite has a lot of spaces. Only the swim pool is closed for maintenance, we could only swim once, but it’s nice.

The rooms were tidy and very comforting. The receptionists also spoke very good English and Chinese and were often very enthusiastic. Especially Charlie, he was quite an enthusiastic receptionist.

Perhaps the hotel and the equipment may be supposed to have a refurnishment. It seems a little bit older than I expected. A stale smell ******* in the room.

This is my second time staying at the Sheraton Hangzhou Xixi Wetland, and the experience is still absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right next to Xixi Wetland, so stepping out, you're greeted by lush greenery and a super comfortable, verdant environment

In the evening, we received a complimentary fruit platter, cookies, and even samples of ALBION essence water and sunscreen in our room! The only minor downside is that the hotel doesn't have bed rails

First off, the location of Junlan Hotel is unbeatable. It's right by West Lake, at the foot of Baoshi Mountain and near Huanglong Cave. Whether you're driving or using public transport, it's super convenient

they have a play area for kids which is amazing! Only drawback is that its a little far from metro but if you are planning on going around using car then its no problem! Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay!

Close to the Grand Canal, there is a beautiful sports park downstairs, convenient transportation, clean and tidy, rich breakfast variety

As a Marriott member, the front desk proactively upgraded me to a room with a river view. The room, pool, and sauna were all very clean. It's a 5-minute walk to Hangzhou Grand Theatre and a 10-minute walk to MixC

Came to Hangzhou Grand Theatre for a show, and Marriott and InterContinental are the most convenient hotels nearby. I checked and saw Marriott's beds were 135cm, so I opted for this one instead

The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the subway station. The room was a bit small and breakfast was just okay. Service wasn't enthusiastic; the front desk and restaurant staff were expressionless and rather cold

It's about 6-10 kilometers from West Lake, making it convenient to get pretty much anywhere. If you're driving, I'd recommend leaving your car at the hotel and taking a taxi or riding a bike around
