This is an old five-star hotel in Xiaoshan. I stayed here ten years ago and came back recently for something nearby. You generally can't go wrong with an old five-star, and apart from being a bit dated, everything else is perfectly fine. The room and overall environment are quite good!

I'm quite satisfied. The room had no peculiar smell, the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was decent. They even included tickets to the Senbo Water Park, which was a huge bonus! Took the kids to Hangzhou during the Qingming Festival. The hotel service was excellent! We arrived at 4 PM to check in, and the room was already tidied up. The only serious downside was that I specifically requested for the non-smoking room when booking and the room smelled heavily like cigarettes. This was my first time staying at this hotel. The ambiance was great, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I even received a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast spread offered a good variety of options. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

The location is superb, with all necessary amenities nearby. As an established hotel in Hangzhou, its facilities are noticeably dated compared to newer hotels. However, it truly shines in terms of its environment and cleanliness, maintaining the quality one would expect from a star-rated hotel.

My room key card didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs to the front desk to get it reactivated before I could get into my room. The front desk service was so poor, it wasn't even as good as the street vendor selling vegetables right outside. I actually ended up buying some vegetables from them instead! 😂

One part of the building of this hotel is under renovations so we were bit shocked to see the hard waste left outside and it is not as what we saw on the photos of the website when we booked

I stayed at the Jinma Hotel during a business trip to Hangzhou. It's right next to Hangzhou South Railway Station and Metro Line 5, which is very convenient. The front desk service was quick and efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions. The lobby was very grand, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was plentiful.

This time, I stayed at the Jinma Hotel. The location was excellent, right next to the South Railway Station subway station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it suitable for both business and leisure travel. The room was on a high floor with a wide view, and it was elegant, quiet, and very comfortable. The service was truly excellent and very welcoming! [Thumbs up]

The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation; subway and bus stops are just minutes' walk away. The hotel service was also excellent; any needs I had during my stay were promptly addressed and met. Hai Xia in the lobby, in particular, always responsively met my requirements. I was very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel again next time.
