It's literally right across the road from West Lake, and Wulin Night Market is just downstairs. You're practically staying at two attractions at once! Plus, every room has a balcony, and there's a large rooftop garden platform with panoramic views of West Lake and the surrounding area...

The location is great, right by the Broken Bridge at West Lake, which was super convenient with kids. It's about a ten-minute walk. The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was also very roomy.

This is an older hotel, but still quite good! The room service is very attentive, especially Aunt Zhao Yuan. Whatever I needed, she brought it right up after I called. Thumbs up!

Ping provided excellent service, and the location is fantastic! It's right next to Wulin Night Market, and you can walk to the Broken Bridge area of West Lake in under 10 minutes. Super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room was clean and comfortable, really great!

I originally planned to stay for just one night as I was passing through, but they upgraded me to a high-floor room with a distant view of the Baochu Pagoda. The environment was fantastic, and the large balcony offered stunning views of West Lake. I found the transportation convenient and the service and atmosphere excellent, so I decided to stay an extra night. I'll definitely be back.
