This is an old five-star hotel in Xiaoshan. I stayed here ten years ago and came back recently for something nearby. You generally can't go wrong with an old five-star, and apart from being a bit dated, everything else is perfectly fine. The room and overall environment are quite good!

Hangzhou was a bit chilly with the rain, but the hotel's service was incredibly warm. The room was spacious, and breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff, especially the lady, was super nice. I was in a rush checking out and forgot to ask for an invoice. I called them up later that evening, and they sorted it out quickly.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The ambiance was great, and the front desk staff were very helpful. I even received a complimentary room upgrade. The breakfast spread offered a good variety of options. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

The location is superb, with all necessary amenities nearby. As an established hotel in Hangzhou, its facilities are noticeably dated compared to newer hotels. However, it truly shines in terms of its environment and cleanliness, maintaining the quality one would expect from a star-rated hotel.

My room key card didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs to the front desk to get it reactivated before I could get into my room. The front desk service was so poor, it wasn't even as good as the street vendor selling vegetables right outside. I actually ended up buying some vegetables from them instead! 😂

This stay was absolutely perfect! From the warm welcome and guidance by Pico at the lobby to the attentive and prompt room service, every aspect was professional and thoughtful. The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options tasting very authentic. The pool and gym facilities were excellent. Mico at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms are spacious, and the location is super convenient, right by Metro Line 6. The breakfast selection is varied and the dining area is bright and inviting. All the staff are very welcoming, especially Mico, who was efficient and always had a smile.

The hotel room was spacious and bright, and the location was great – right next to the subway entrance with a shopping mall across the street. I'd like to give a special shout-out to Mico at the front desk; she arranged an excellent room for me. The bedding was clean and soft, and the hygiene was top-notch.
