Jared Zhang was awesome, he gave us value and also directions when we first arrived, there's a nice shopping centre (short walk) from the Holiday Inn hotel, it is a bit older however for the price and it's location it's suited what we needed, mainly for business trip visits.

Service was great, the counter staff helped me find where to see sunrise in west lake. Helpful staff. But amenities are really just so-so, I would think that local Chinese hotel chains offer better amenities than this hotel. Location is also just ok perhaps because I work nearby so it was fine but tourist wise is not convenient. Breakfast is ok only because they don't refill much after 9am..

The hotel was clean, which I appreciated, but it was a bit hard to locate as it was situated behind other buildings. However, its proximity to the subway station was very convenient. The room was colder than expected, even with the heater on, which was a bit uncomfortable. On the bright side, the shower was excellent—I really enjoyed it! The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options.

We have problem with the shower room where it's flooded and drain pipe is not working. They change the room for us to another floor. Over all look good and Good service !

Really comfy and very reasonably clean (did not spot anything dirty or smelly, a very standard small two single beds ensuite). Great value for the price I would say. The owner is also friendly.

Definitely one of the best hostels I've ever been to. The rooms are nice and clean; I was staying in a 4 bed dorm room, each bed had its own sockets. The bathroom was clean too and the shower was really nice. The location is awesome. About 5 minutes walk to the next metro station, one station to the railway station (and the east railway station is at the same metro line too), nice area in general....
