Service was great, the concierge lady was extremely helpful and nice, it was my second time staying at the hotel. The only serious downside was that I specifically requested for the non-smoking room when booking and the room smelled heavily like cigarettes. Even after changing the room, the smell wasn’t completely removed. My colleague got the non-smoking room, but mine still smelled.
