This review is for Rustica bar which is part of hotel. I have been traveling USA and Europe for a long time and never came across more unpleasant and unprofessional waiter. He provides servis like he is working for free.

That place is a mess. Dirty rooms, bad organization, missing staff and those few who are around are just creepy, no electricity in certain rooms, broken door knobs...Far from what you saw on the pictures on their official web site. The pools are empty, the spa closed. Average food with an average restaurant. Beside all of that, you don't even get what you've booked for.
Visually, it looks like one of those post-communistic haunted hotels. Avoid if possible unless you want to pay a full price for something you don't get.

I stayed a few years ago in this hotel from the Tui Bureau with my own transport. Mid-range hotel with no air conditioning in the restaurant, run-down area, Very nice large swimming pool. Food as ok.
I recommend to go to Pula and take the ferry to the Brijuni island - there is a zoo, golf courses and the museum of President Tito.
a trip to Plitvice Lakes is number one.

The worst hotel ever! No electricity. Everything closed. Messy restaurant.
