If you want to have a hotel experience of former Yugoslavia, this is the place to go. Appalling room, no amenities, not even a water glass. Condition of the bathroom is substandard at best. For that horrid place, the price is a rip off.

We went to eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The staff was so welcoming & the food was amazing! Will be back next summer when we come visit my husband’s family again!

Unfortunately not stayed long enough and the promenade in front of the villa is in refurbishment but for sure for the better. The rooms are amazing and the staff is awesome. A place to come back for sure.

The room and bathroom were perfect, the staff is just so sweet and the access to the sea right across the road is perfect for sun bathing and swimming. The breakfast is good and has a lot of different possibilities and the menu is delicious. I would 100% recommend this place if you want a good and calm hotel not too far but not too close to Zadar.

Nice family hotel with awsome postion,next to the beach. Parking is vailable on front. We enjoyed staying here and would recomend it. Great restaurant and service. Conection to the city is easy with bus station in front. All in all great stay.

Arrived early than check-in time, no one at reception. We waited 30 minutes to be able to leave our luggage alone, unattended, no baggage drop-off. We came back 30 minutes after official time, still, no one at reception. We waited 15 minutes to get our keys to 2 rooms for 3 nights. After being installed, the receptionist came with a cleaning lady to put a bedside table for us, there was none. For the 2nd room, then, it was between 28 degrees at night and 36 degrees during the day, the air conditioning did not work, and we had to wait more than 24 hours for it to be repaired. In the other room, the bathroom drawer was broken, the door leading to the terrace was difficult to open, you had to lift it to open it.... And the fridge didn't really work. The water bottles were not cold, just not hot. Finally, none of the 2 rooms were cleaned on the 3rd day and the towels were never changed. We went on an excursion, for this we had to leave at 7:15 a.m., breakfast starting at 7:30 a.m., we were promised a lunch to take away. We are still waiting for her, and still no one at reception to ask, I had to go to the kitchen, where the cook told me she was sorry but she didn't know, so what she hadn't prepared anything. To end on a more positive note, the location is very good, you just have to cross the street to swim in the sea and a bus line takes us directly to the city center from the hotel. And the breakfast is nice with a fresh fruit salad.

Villa is located is fantastic spot exactly opposite the beach. Good breakfast every day. Rooms is clean but little bit dated. When you going to swim you need to wear rubber swim shoes to protect your feet from Sea urchins.

The hotel is directly at the sea. Room was clean and the hosts helpful. We ordered mostly fish menu at the restaurant. Everything was great and we recommend this place.
