Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely. All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food.

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It's fantastic, from the food, to the staff, to where it's located. It a hidden gem in my opinion. Loads of parking spaces. Clean rooms. Nothing bad to say about here at all.

Lovely location by the ocean! Otherwise the hotel is very old and outdated, and consequently did not feel very clean. We did find a couple bugs under our mattress but they did not appear to be bed bugs (not sure what they were). No air-conditioning or screens on the windows, so bugs were flying in and the room was hot. If you dont expect much, then this place will be okay for you! But, Im glad we were only here for one night.

Would give zero the photos will trick you. DONT recommend I got very sick with food poisoning here and I know how I checked in late and was given a bag of food at midnight that had chicken in it that was sat at reception for hours don’t eat it the next day I was sick. I contacted the hotel and booking.com and got no reply. Would not of cared about the place being so run down and dirty if would have not got severely sick so. The wooden swim area they have by the sea has nails sticking out and boards missing food is horrendous and stains all over the room floor. I wish I took more pics but I just wanted to leave pronto.

The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10.30/11.00. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it. As a hotel that is family friendly with a kids program, we didn't understand why it was so. Also, the air condition didn't work last two days. It was very hot.

Hotel needed a total refurbishment. Foods were abundant but presentation was poor. Rooms are clean but dated. Floor tiles are loose and wall paper is stained. Anyway, for just 1 night stay, it's ok.

Good. Not bad, not great. All inclusive, the croatian style. Food a little repetitive, leftovers from lunch are often reused for supper. Enough tasty fish, different types, different styles.
Not enough watter melons and pineapple (very tasty, but insufficient quantities).
Rooms are with air condition. Not very modern, but comfortable. Some with shower, some with bathtub.
Staff is friendly, except for the reception boss.
Beach is clean with enough shade and space. Sea bed is rough and slimy. Pool seemed ok, but never used it.
Zadar hisorical center is 4.5km far. Or 20 minutes by tourist train (30 kuna per person) or bus (10 kuna one way ticket). Don't expect many shopping oportunities near hotel. There are some souvenier shops and a Konsum about 10 min away.
I've seen better and worse. Donat is fair average for a reasonable price.
P.S.: I felt like in Czechoslovakia back again. :) You'll hear a lot of czech and slovak languages. Yeah, some hungarian and croatian as well. :)

Nice place with all inclusive. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. The rooms was what you could expect, but with very thin walls. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
