Family owned and operated with a wonderful staff: at the front desk Katerina, Damir and 15 year old wonder-kid - Vinca. Franco, our waiter for 4 nights was excellent. Great food/menu variety with large portions, fresh and delicious. Great views of the Adriatic Sea. A bit too cold to use their beautiful infinity pool.

The services offered by this hotel are impeccable. In addition to the pool and direct, private access to the sea, the view is magnificent. The breakfast is decent, comparable to the best hotels with beautiful surroundings. The small apartment and the restaurant food, which doesn't match all the other highlights, are also disappointing.
We had a fantastic family holiday to Hotel Bozica. Hotel location facilities and staff were amazing. We will definitely be back!
This hotel is amazing. We have been there twice and I’m looking forward to go again!
Staff is nice, view is incredible, everything is so peaceful. Love this place!
We were lucky enough to spend 15 days at this fabulous hotel. The setting is idyllic and relaxing, the staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive to your needs. The pool is superb, and the private beach is a wonderful place. We fell in love with this family-run hotel and will be back next year. A big plus is the top-notch restaurant, serving fresh fish and delicious local dishes. The servers are wonderful...

I love it here the beach is impeccable, it’s so serene! The place is clean and staff friendly. The spa is great. I will say I was a little disappointed in that there is no real gym last year there was a little outside gym nothing great but it worked, this year it was total demolished with only one machine standing. Other than that though I love it. Also, while being an ******* gold member and getting...
Room was quiet, good sound proofing from windows, bed very comfortable. Evening meals in both restaurants were of a high quality and at times outstanding. Private beach was clean with amazing clear water. Reception staff were very nice and helpful in dealing with broken light and sink.

Great hotel with good facilities. Island was lovely and when the day trippers had gone home you had it to yourself. Coming to the end of the season so some of the area around the hotel was showing a bit of wear and tear, (decking on walk to private beach). Only other slight negatives were the Wi FI and hot water in the rooms shower (temperamental to say the least). Otherwise hotel, staff, location...
Slow check in and front desk service. Restaurant at first floor dinner restaurant had bad service. Staff talking to each other rather than speak to customer to sit them down.
Very clean and staff are lovely. But the hotel itself is tired and rather soulless. Weeds growing around the property. Long empty corridors. Decor dated. Poor restaurant. Needs significant updating.

Ljubo Glavović , thank you for your hospitality and for the room at the top of the hotel which offered the best sea view , the breakfast was delicious. 🛵🛵 Top tier , I will be visiting again with my future wife 💯
Great place. Family run hotel on perfect location.
Exceptional hospitality and top-notch service. The staff’s warmth, attention to detail, and genuine.
The hotel has a beautiful location. Right by the sea and beach, so there is an amazing view from the window. Very close to the port and right on the promenade.
The greatest asset of the hotel is the pleasant atmosphere built by the hosts, who are happy to help with planning acitivities and any need. We will definitely come back here. :) :)
Great family hotel in the very centre of the island, just 1 minute away from the ferry. Superb view, very clean rooms and amazing staff are reasons why I will come back. The hotel has a very "homey" and Mediterranean touch. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, this is not for you.
This was a final stop on a long trip booked by accident and was hands down the best place of our trip.
A wonderful family takes loving care of this beautiful seaside retreat.
Above and beyond being the normal for this cozy spot, with a top floor room the sunrise and sunset are epic.
Simple yet really wonderful family run hotel in an idealic setting.

I use Google Map frequently and almost always with good result. But here is a prime example of how it can be seriously misleading. Assume that you approach Zaton, which is north of Dubrovnik, from the north (e.g. Split). Overall average rating and a bit disappointed
Lots of reviews said staff very friendly however I didn’t feel the same . I suspect reviewers were taking about different staff.
There was 1 person there to do breakfast and deal with visitors. I think because it was end of season he was exhausted and I personally felt awkward asking for anything .
We have just got back from a 7 night, half board stay and what can I say but WOW!! The hosts are fantastic and couldn't do more for us, Nika arranging trips and transport and Igor with his lovely food that was tasty and well presented. Rooms and bedding were checked everyday. This is a gem of a place and we will be returning in 2027
Just got back from a fortnight staying at Villa Lanterna...location is nice but the accommodation is poor...room wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there...only service provided was towels and toilet rolls when we requested them...bedding changed 3 days into holiday then left the rest of the time.
Reception, drivers and kitchen staff were very pleasant and helpful...housekeeping not so much.

We had a nine night stay in this beautiful place. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. Doris and Ivana at reception did everything they could to make our stay memorable. Basic clean room, good bed, close to beach, friendly owners. Things that could improve is the foul sewer smell from the bathroom, AC unit did not work well to cool off the unit, not many places to hang clothes, kettle needs cleaning, would be nice to have some coffee cups/plates/bowls/utensils.

Our room was facing the light house. I enjoyed the scenery looking out the Adriatic Sea. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We had dine in 2 restaurants in the hotel. Food was marvellous….
The hotel's environment is great, and the sunset sea view is superb! However, the cleanliness of the guest rooms was a letdown, and the service was just so-so!
Upon entering the room, I found dust all over the bedside table and wardrobe shelves. Many of the towels in the bathroom were torn, old, and some even dirty, as shown in Figures 1 and 2! The front desk staff were mostly gruff, with no smiles...
Services, location and facilities are excellent. Only food quality is good, while price is not so expensive.

For a 5 Star Hotel, the TVs are absolutely tiny and so outdated you can’t even mirror your phone or get Netflix on them. No coffee machine in the room is also terrible for a 5 Star property. Trying to get coffee at Breakfast was even a task. Drink is extremely expensive and the lunch and evening meal we had there was very poor quality.. Would not return
The hotel has a beautiful view, and there's a bus right outside that goes straight to the old town, which is very convenient and comfortable.

Good view which located on the cliff. But the service here is really poor. I got a room with broken air conditioner in the bathroom. After arguing with the staff in hotel for hours at night, I finally changed to another room. Be carefully! It may destroy your holiday!
We booked a room through trip.com which based on the picture led me to believe that the room had a balcony with a view of the sea. Room was an interior room with no view. Feel clearly misled by trip.com’s advertising and will use a different site when booking our next room. Was in Greece and Croatia for three weeks and this was definitely our least favorite room.
Lovely hotel. Great location. Very helpful friendly staff. Delicious food.
Stayed only one night but lovely hotel, would come back here
The pros: I arrived 2 hours earlier and was thankful that concierge checked me in immediately. The view from my room was wonderful and the breakfast variety was fine though the same menu was served daily throughout my 4 night stay. The vicinity of Lapad is not near to the old town, but I specifically selected the area/hotel to be away from crowds and large tour groups, so I’m happy with it. The area...
Hotel More is a solid 4-star hotel with all needed facilities. The room is spacious compared with most hotels in Europe. The service was superb and staff was friendly and helpful: from parking car to getting luggage to the room. On-site restaurants are very nice and breakfast was wonderful. Although the hotel is little far from old town and parking near the old town is very difficult and expensive...

We enjoyed our stay. We were met by Pia with a warm welcome and easy check in. She was helpful and informative.
Beautiful location with great beaches around, quiet away from Old Town with plenty of supermarkets around. We had dinner on the balcony each night whilst watching the sunset.
The place is slightly older, but the air conditioning in every room kept us cool with ample space for everyone.
Željka and her team are amazing. The property is conveniently located near shopping, the port, beaches, and Old Town. My family of four had an amazing few from our room. It is very safe and at night very peaceful to get the best sleep. The bus stop is about a 5 minute walk as well.
Our apartment was amazing, we had an ocean view and could sit on our balcony watching the sun set over the mountains and ocean...it was breathtaking. The receptionist (Zeljka) was so wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again but even for longer next time.
Place was great and host was awesome. Highly recommend. The view from our rental was AMAZING!!!
All perfect
Amazing view from the balcony (we had 2), 2 comfortable beds, 2 clean & modern bathrooms and nice kitchen with dishwasher. Direct contact for great support from Vinka, the owner. Allover well over expectation!

No complaints all okay. Recommend for those on a budget.
Dated facilities, close to bus stop to the old town, very close to a lovely beach.
No elevator! Boring breakfast buffet, but other than that, it was a really good hotel. The staff were nice. The management was excellent, and the views were unbeatable. Ample parking, close to public transit. It was very easy to get around.
Good day. The hotel is located on the seashore, in a very beautiful place. The hotel and the room are very clean, everything works. The breakfast is very good. It is a bit far from the city center, 40-50 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by taxi, the trip costs about 5 euros. I can safely recommend this hotel for a vacation.
Very lovely hotel! The room was big enough with an balcony and a sea view!
The staff were amazing!
The breakfast buffet had a very good selection and quality food!
We had one dinner aswell, also buffet style and you had alot of options!
The bus no. 4 stops right in front of the hotel and drops you right at the Pile gate in Old Town after 15-20 minutes.
Excellent breakfast for a three star hotel. Good water pressure, fairly quiet air conditioning. There is a small restaurant and cafe.
The beach area is all concrete, but nearby you can go to a rocky beach. There is a shower and a clay tennis court.
Quite a lot of people after lunch (access to the territory is free for everyone)
Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid 2 sunbeds and parasol -30€.
There are no...

If go by Uber go to hotel komodor, we went by the hotel name and had to walk down a very long set of stairs. Otherwise the hotel is so beautiful. Photo taken from room balcony
Great views from rooms' balcony, hotel's location is perfecto just 10 min walking to main bus lines to Dubrovnik. The área is very lively with plenty of bars and restaurants.Only negative point is that to get to The hotel It is necessary to take stairs, even so it's worth staying.
Very warm welcome at the Art Hotel Dubrovnik. I highly recommend a room with a sea view to make the most of your stay. Breakfast on the terrace is a highlight to start the day off right, and you only need to walk down a few steps to enjoy the sun on the beach or explore all the restaurants on the pedestrian street.
I want to thank you for beautiful experience in your hotel. View from balcony it's astonishing. For hotel with 3 stars, for me it's like 5 ***** Food was delicious, service was very pleasant, staff it was fantastic. Special thanks to Ivan , Clara and Nikola.
Super friendly staff, nice location, good breakfast.
But be careful, if you stay for only one night and arrive late (they will give you an option of self check in), they might give you a room with a tiny window looking out to the concrete back yard, giving an impression of sleeping in a souterrain apartment. It was awful, never experienced anything like it in a hotel that promised lovely rooms with...
Generally speaking, the location is OK

This apartment is good value for money! Super clean and felt quite safe. However, please note this apartment is on a hill so be prepared to do 10 minutes vertically down to get to the beach. There is a lot of stairs! Also, bus comes once an hour so not great to get to the old town. Overall, would recommend to a friend!
Best host ever
Zoran was very helpful! Even the neighbors were attentive. Very close to sunset beach!
Parking was problematic and check-out time too early (10am). Towels were sandpaper and bathroom sink awkward (shelf above it). Too far from from old city for our taste. Otherwise, great view, nice balcony and quiet area.
It is a nice apartment. However the view is a bit obstructed, which is the downside.
Great view. Close to beach. Short bus ride to old town. No hot water in shower for 2 days, I couldn't complain because I leave in the morning when the staff are sleeping and come back at midnight where the staff are also sleeping. Blow dryer was not working either.

The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was clean, and the customer service was perfect. The only complaint is the poor condition of the pool; it wasn't well maintained, with quite a bit of mold and a dirty pool area.
Very helpful and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious rooms.
The villa is very well equipped and comfortable. The pool is a treat. The hosts were really helpful especially when we were really late arriving. The air-conditioning is great. A few things needed to be fixed like the doors didn't all shut and the lock in the bathroom dodgy. These are minor issues. It is a good place, good location and good value
We visited Dubrovnik for our friend's wedding. I cannot fault the hosts at all - they pre-arranged transport for us from the airport, very helpful as travelling with a two year old. Hosts were very helpful, and explained the easiest ways to get around, as well as showing us on the map where specific places were (shop/bus stop etc). Even carrying our cases upstairs, great! Very helpful and friendly...
