Located on a beautiful Peninsula Lapad near the Park Petka, 4.5 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, 22 km from Dubrovnik airport. From June to September there is a free Shuttle bus to the Old town of Dubrovnik. The local bus to the Old town runs every 30 minutes. The stop is opposite the hotel, the trip takes about 20 minutes.

Beach: public, platform, rock with a plateau for swimming, a nudist beach, 50 m from the hotel, 1 line. A 10-minute walk from the hotel is pebble beach with a sandy entrance to the sea, plenty of shade, friendly bars, restaurant, Playground for volleyball and football, toilet and shower, cabanas, rental sun beds, umbrellas, pedal boats and kayaks.

Reviews
Upon entering the room, I found dust all over the bedside table and wardrobe shelves. Many of the towels in the bathroom were torn, old, and some even dirty, as shown in Figures 1 and 2! The front desk staff were mostly gruff, with no smiles and stiff communication. The front desk manager was nice but seemed ineffective. The attitude and expressions of the restaurant and bar staff were hit or miss; some were good. It has the vibe of an old hotel!
However, the hotel's setting is excellent, and its orientation provides an amazing sunset sea view (as shown in Figures 3 and 4)! It definitely beats RIXOS in that regard! The hotel's beach isn't large, but it's not overcrowded, which also gives it an edge over RIXOS! RIXOS's service staff are pretty much the same.
We came specifically for the sunset sea view, and overall, it was still a good experience! For room selection, I recommend spending a bit more to choose a room in the hotel's South Wing – you can enjoy panoramic sunset views from the room's balcony, which is fantastic!
Best wit for couples, families with large kids, but we were still able to enjoy with my 5-year-old daughter!
Pool opens late night. We will reserve again if we have chance to visit to Dubrovnik!
