Villa Erna in Dubrovnik

The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was clean, and the customer service was perfect. The only complaint is the poor condition of the pool; it wasn't well maintained, with quite a bit of mold and a dirty pool area.

The villa is very well equipped and comfortable. The pool is a treat. The hosts were really helpful especially when we were really late arriving. The air-conditioning is great. A few things needed to be fixed like the doors didn't all shut and the lock in the bathroom dodgy. These are minor issues. It is a good place, good location and good value

We visited Dubrovnik for our friend's wedding. I cannot fault the hosts at all - they pre-arranged transport for us from the airport, very helpful as travelling with a two year old. Hosts were very helpful, and explained the easiest ways to get around, as well as showing us on the map where specific places were (shop/bus stop etc). Even carrying our cases upstairs, great! Very helpful and friendly. Apartment itself spacious, sofa and three chairs in living room/kitchen area. Travel cot also provided, which we moved into our bedroom. Twin beds pushed together, very comfortable. Clean bathroom and decent shower, towels provided. Hair dryer also in room. Little balcony with a table, and air con which helped keep things nice and cool. The pool on site was great for our needs too.
