The staff were amazing!
The breakfast buffet had a very good selection and quality food!
We had one dinner aswell, also buffet style and you had alot of options!
The bus no. 4 stops right in front of the hotel and drops you right at the Pile gate in Old Town after 15-20 minutes.
The beach area is all concrete, but nearby you can go to a rocky beach. There is a shower and a clay tennis court.
Quite a lot of people after lunch (access to the territory is free for everyone)
Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid 2 sunbeds and parasol -30€.
There are no questions about nature.
The beach on the premises was amazing.
There was a bus stop close to the hotel, and if you buy a Dubrovnik Pass, it's easy to get to the old town.
The price, including breakfast, was incredible.
Our room had adequate aircon but our friends and family who occupied 3 different rooms had no aircon and as such had to sleep with doors open and got eaten alive by Mosquitos.
Worse when they politely complained the reception staff were unhelpful verging on aggressive and implied it was their fault!!!'
Zero customer service skills.....
A few of the staff were friendly enough but the whole hotel is very tired and in need of a serious update.....
The food was sub standard too.
On the plus side if you are a fan of hot tub time machine and want to travel back to a hotel from the eighties then fill your boots.
