Villa Babilon in Zaton

Stayed at Hotel Babilion for 1 week. The service was lovely and I highly recommend.
Just a 15 minute drive from Dubrovnik and parking free if you have a room and let them know.
Staff were very helpful.
The price of the food is less than your usually venue in Croatia but the quality of the meals is amazing. I had one of the best Chicken Pasta dishes on my entire life and the chef really put his heart into the food.
Ignore all reviews from a year ago as there had been new ownership and renovations.
Only negative was the lack of variety with the breakfast buffet in the morning but there was still plenty of food.

Villa Babilon was in general a nice place to stay, very nice and friendly staff! One thing we missed badly was some hooks to hang our towels or clothes, now they were everywhere and that was not nice. But this was the only thing we missed, all the other things were good.

I went here for a week with my partner. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Overall the experience was ok.

The food which you order from the menu is very good, but the buffet breakfast with the room is bad. There was only like white bread and couple fruits. The staff made an exception with us and gave tasty omelettes with the breakfast, thanks for that!

The rooms are nice, toilets and showers usable and very powerful a/c. One minus the cleaner doesnt clean rooms for some reason, you have to take out the garbage etc.

Pool and sunbathing area is calm and nice i liked that. Only downside close to a busy road.

Location for the hotel is kinda far away from dubrovnik but the buses seem to go often, i had a rental car. There is 2 little supermarkets like 2 minute walk away.

I would say this is a good place for staying a shorter period of time, other customers were here for like 1-2 days tops.

View from 3rd floor is wonderful. Need fan in bedroom. Air from mini-Split doesn’t reach bedroom. Otherwise excellent.

Nice walk along the shoreline with beautiful restaurants. A short hike to a pebble beach as well.

Stayed for 4 days beginning of April, very pleased with the apartment, looked new and very clean, had everything we needed. Parking just in front of the apartment. The breakfast was delicious. Bus stop is just few meters away so we didn't need to drive to Dubrovnik.

Nice staff that was helpful. Location great and pool wonderful. More information about the area, transport options would good.

I stayed at Vila Babilon with a friend for a week. It is ideally located for those wishing to get into Dubrovnik easily but have the peace of a small village. Situated close to the water, the view from Our room was lovely and we had easy access to several beaches of varying size. The apartment we had was spacious and offered us the opportunity to cook meals for ourselves when we did not fancy eating out. Upon our arrival, the pool was slightly dirty following heavy rainstorms but the owners cleaned it when we mentioned this and it was a great place to sunbathe and have a dip. On our last day, the owners were exceptionally accommodating to the fact that our flights did not leave until quite a bit later than check out and allowed us to have use of the pool for as long as we wanted. Such hospitality was greatly appreciated, especially given how hot it was that day. My only negative view was that for the majority of the day, there were no staff around. This wasn’t problematic as we did not need them and they responded to the only e Mail we sent when we had a question but if you are looking to have someone on site 24/7, this is something to be aware of. All in all, a great little place, with kind and friendly owners.
