Hotel Villa Rosetta in Umag

Fantastic location, very nice hotel, exceptional kiosk/bar on the seafront where you can eat very well, clean and well-maintained. Nikita, the employee who manages the kiosk and the beach, is very kind and helpful.

If you are looking for a place where you will feel totally at ease, relaxed and happy, that is the one. The hospitality of the staff permeates the whole place in a discrete manner.

Pobyt v januári 2025, maximálny kľud, ticho a pohoda. Do mesta Umag je to cca 3km, krásna prechádzka po chodníku popri ceste. Hotel ako jeden z mála otvorených o tomto čase je na kľudnom mieste so súkromnou plážou, izba s výhľadom na more. Je to skoro nový, vkusne a útulne zariadený, s veľmi milým a ústretovým personálom. Izba bola priestranná, s veľmi pohodlnými posteľmi, o.i. sme mali aj papuče a župan. Raňajky, aj napriek málo hosťom bohaté, studený, aj teplý bufet, bolo z čoho vyberať. Hotel má vlastný parking, buď podzemná garáž, alebo vonkajší parking priamo pri hoteli. Pláž a more sme si vzhľadom k termínu veľmi neužili, ale more bolo krásne čisté, pokojné, pláž kamienková s pozvoľným vstupom do mora (ale boli aj miesta s útesmi a bralami). It is about 3 km to the city of Umag, a beautiful walk along the path next to the road. The hotel, as one of the few open at this time, is in a quiet location with a private beach, a room with a sea view. It is almost new, stylish and confortable furnished, with very kind and helpful staff. The room was spacious, with very comfortable beds, we also had slippers and a bathrobe. Breakfast, despite the few guests, rich, cold and hot buffet, there was a lot to choose from. The hotel has its own parking, either an underground garage or an outdoor parking right next to the hotel. Due to the date, we did not enjoy the beach and the sea very much, but the sea was beautifully clean, calm, pebble beach with a gradual entrance to the sea (but there were also places with cliffs and stones). The hotel exceeded our expectations, we will definitely come back here!

Cozy small hotell inthe quiet location. Friendly and helpfull staff (reception, restaurant).

Immediate proximity to the shiengle beach (ensure you have the bathing shoes). Beach is clean.
Roomservice is the only weak point of this hotel.

Spent a lovely few days at the Hotel Villa Rosetta right on the beach. Really liked that it was a little up and away from the crowded sections to the South. A little remote maybe if you don't have a car (we didn't). Our room was listed as ocean view, which it was, but over the roof of the restaurant, so not ideal. So it goes.

Have to specifically call out Verdan at the front desk who helped us out tremendously and was just a joy. Called a friend to get us a cab when none were to be found, and was just generally delightful. Great staff!

Very nice hotel, near to the beach, with own beachbar and sunbeds for free of charge use for hotel guests. Really kind and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, AC is working properly.

There is a garage available for certain rooms which is plus because of weather (your car won’t be hot).

The only doubt that we have is the restaurant. We are not sure if such sophisticated place is a good choice for the hotel restaurant. Food is delicious but sometimes you just want to eat something „normal”.

I really recommend the place and people that work here.

Excellent hotel close to the beach with their own beach bar. Excellent accomodation with friendly staff. Clean with good facilities including car parking. Can thoroughly recommend if looking for accomodation in Umag area.

Modern small hotel recently renovated. Nice location close to the beach, with access to a private area with umbrellas and lounge chairs for hotel guests. Many rooms have a small balcony with beautiful sea view and even some swallow nests. Overall, a pleasant and quiet ambiance, while not unexpectedly the beach area gets crowded. Parking spots on premises are assigned to each room. The dining area downstairs is available for breakfast, while at dinner it is used by the Zaya restaurant; on the beach itself the is a bar offering snacks and drinks duting daytime. The staff is polite and professional. We were happy and will likely go back.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing special. The room was very nice. And the view from the balcony was incredible. Private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas!!!

The price was normal for the room we had.
