We were given room 311, which included an extra bed. We truly appreciated this thoughtful addition, as it allowed all of us to sleep comfortably and get a good night’s rest. The room was facing the road, but it was very well soundproofed, so we could hardly hear any noise from outside.
The central air conditioning was working perfectly. We visited at the beginning of March, and it was definitely needed, so we were very pleased with how comfortable the room temperature was.
And now the most beautiful part of our stay: we came to Dubrovnik for a short birthday trip, and the hotel surprised us with a birthday card and a cake waiting in our room when we returned from a walk. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our celebration even more special.
Thank you for everything! We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back again!
The breakfast and dinner were superb, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. Every meal was enjoyable and well prepared.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Hotel Lero to anyone visiting Dubrovnik who is looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service.
Dog friendly rooms at additional 15 euros but do note that no dogs allowed in the dining hall if you do opt for half board or just breakfast. Dinner was good.
Great that parking is included. But it can be full even in winter (Feb 2026) We managed to grab the last lot. There is a friendly attendant at the parking area to help you.
We walked to old town leisurely with a sniffing dog and it took us about 25 minutes.
The breakfast was a standout feature, offering an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options that truly enhanced our mornings.
Our room was both lovely and comfortable, perfectly equipped with all necessary amenities. The shower pressure was excellent. The breakfast staff were notably friendly and attentive.
The only area for minor improvement would be the reception staff's interaction with guests; a warmer greeting and increased friendliness when passing in the corridors would elevate the overall guest experience.
Overall, a very positive and comfortable stay.
