We were at Hotel Delfin in September and it was a great experience. The hotel wasn’t overcrowded, the staff was friendly, it was fairly clean and the food was good. The beaches were beautiful, there were stones (not sand) but the water was crystal clear. The hotel has only 2 stars so we didn’t expect much, but we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!🙏

I arrived at your hotel with little expectations, as i saw the earlier reviews, some were right and some were wrong. When it comes to the rooms, they are small and yes, without air conditioning and not very renovated, but the view was just stunning. When it comes to the food, i was very pleased and very impressed, not just by the taste, but also by the quantity.
P.s. i really want to address the management about two cooks that were working on the lines for the buffet table, they were very friendly and very helpful, the young lady that was working explained everything about the food and made my choice easier (i’m not entirely certain but i think her name is Dorotea).
And the gentleman that was working with her was highly professional and fast with filling up the food trays so i had a chance to try everything that was recommended.
All in all for a food lover, this was a really pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone and i will be coming back to stay with you in the near future.

Dirty toilet seats at all rooms.lucky 4us with Adnan,the reception man from Bosnia who did he's Best 4us 2have a pleasant stay,switching 3rooms.pay attention that the complex hotel is very very economy class,tourists are coming here only 4free food ,breakfast & dinner. Due to lack of space in bathrooms,the cabin shower is fitted only for max 60kg tourists.We'll never ever come back again. Not recommended

We have been disguised how hotel guests "reserve" sunbeds with towels early in the morning and not appear all day long! People with families, who come to enjoy the pool has therefore no place to lie down, because everywhere are empty towels for hours, unoccupied! Hotel manager is not competent and alibistic, hiding for the resort management. Perhaps the management shall look on the other resorts, how they manage such situations and pick some useful ideas to improve the service.

The hotel is wonderful. In front of it, there is a spacious beach, and the territory is large and green, with a children’s playground and a big parking lot. The staff are friendly and welcoming. For a 2-star hotel, the buffet was of a very good standard — all the dishes were tasty. The hotel is clean, and housekeeping was done regularly.

Special thanks to the reception staff member Krešimir, who was very attentive, explained everything in detail, and did his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

As other guests have mentioned, the main drawback is the lack of air conditioning in the room, which unfortunately affects the overall rating of the hotel.

Absulut absburde about this hotel. We have a kid about 7 years old ,been here till 14:00 am and still waiting for a room. Stuff had nothing to do with all this , but people vent crazy. People had babys and this wasn the whorst nightmare. Give people at the reception a rasie because they dont deserve that. And we hope actually we want money back 18:42 o clllok we stiill waittg for the room!!

Very nice that my dog was also allowed, but inadequately expensive with 17 euros per night for the dog (and my room 34 euros including 2 meals). And wasnt allowed to come to the restaurant. Personel very friendly. Not very clean but ok.

Our stay at the Hotel Delfin Plava Laguna in Poreč was an absolute disaster. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was a nightmare. We found a huge insect in our room. The room was filthy, tiny, and located in the basement. Despite booking as a couple, we were given two single beds – absolutely ridiculous! The shower was so small you could barely move, and the water temperature alternated between scorching hot and freezing cold because something was obviously broken. The hallway reeked, and there were clumps of hair everywhere. I've never seen anything so disgusting. The staff was unfriendly and completely unprofessional. When we complained about the insects and the appalling conditions and asked for a room upgrade, willing to pay for it, they bluntly told us we'd have to book an additional room. No accommodation, no consideration – just a blatant money grab! The food was the absolute worst part. We got food poisoning from it. The pool area was chaotic and unhygienic – everyone did whatever they wanted, and no one seemed to care. It was downright revolting. To top it all off, the toilets only had single-ply toilet paper. I've never encountered such a thing. It's a disgrace for any hotel that claims to be reputable. Overall, our stay at the Hotel Delfin Plava Laguna in Poreč was an outrage. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

Hotel location is great, but do not stay here. Our hotel room had a sewage odor that was acknowledged by the hotel front desk manager. She came to the room twice and her words were “the smell is terrible.” They said the hotel had periodic issues with sewer gas. The staff come in twice to try and resolve the issue but couldn’t. It was a horrible smell and unhealthy. We stayed two nites and checked out for our final nite and moved to the Maistra Grand Park Hotel. As a result our room rate doubled for the one night. (And the Grand Park Hotel was amazing.) To add insult to injury, the Hotel Manager refused to give us credit for the one evening we checked out early. This was especially insulting since the staff acknowledged the hotel has a history with this problem. They should fix the problem and not rent the rooms until is is resolved. Don’t stay here, there are plenty of good choices in Rouvinj.
