Inexpensive accomodations in Rovinj

Facilities: large swimming pool but not heated and water was cold, very good gym (open 9am till 8pm same as swimming pool), several restaurants and bars, good size but overpriced supermarket, nice marina, tennis court, table tennis, football and volleyball areas

Mostly Germans, Austrians and Eastern Europeans. At no point we felt any concerns. You can see guys in yellow shirts patrolling on bikes occasionally, but you are not feeling secretly monitored like in some other resorts

Same goes for the rule of not reserving beach chairs - many are reserved with towels throughout the day. Outside of beach and pools, most textile since it is mandatory for entering shops, reception, restaurants, etc

Some areas are very crowded but there are also some nice isolated areas for just one or two beach chairs in a rocky beach. The area between Grill Snack and Spaccio restaurants was popular with elderly

Demographics: vast majority of age between 55 and 70+. Very few are younger (children excluding). Convenient for parents with young children with a lot of facilities and entertainment for youngsters

Beach: very beautiful long stretch coastal beach with gravels (no sand) - bring beach shoes with you to swim! Super clean! Plenty of free lounges and beach umbrellas, even though half are reserved

Neat, in a great location. Large selection of food, something for everyone, and good quality food.

A wonderful location close to the lagoon. A lot if choices for dinnen and breakfast.

only place in Zelena Laguna opening @ 7am, outside bar patio is positioned very well, but unfortunately fool of mosquitoes. otherwise hotel is nice and has a friendly staff mostly

A refrigerator and safe were missing and would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, a nice view from the room (photo) The sea was within easy reach, and the location was great

For the rest great hotel, room not big but with a view and the shower is a bit cramped

Breakfast and dinner were very good and had a wide selection. Staff and service were quite acceptable and friendly

Breakfasts include many options to choose from and were tasty. The only thing that wasn’t okay is the lack of glass partition in the bathroom. Every time after taking a shower the floor in the whole bathroom was wet

30am!! The reception staff were welcoming & directed us to the very large cycle garage where we could store & recharge our bikes. Our room was clean, had USB charging points, small fridge & very comfy bed

Except for obvious things such as the TV, it was equipped with AC, a hairdryer, and a safe (you should ask for the key for it). The receptionists were extremely helpful with all my requests

The balcony allowed a view of the sea & marina. Bfast was very good with a continental selection which included cooked options; served in a room which had good views

Not surprisingly, given the hotel's superb location on the sea front close to the marina, the hotel was pretty busy with breakfast starting at 5

We stayed here for 1 night during a cycling holiday from Fiore Tours. Our stay coincided with the start of the Istria 300 cycling event

While not the cheapest place you certainly get what you pay for. We stayed in the new apartment block. Clean and spacious with the services of the hotel on your doorstep. A short walk brings you into a charming village

First visit to Croatia,Hotel is in quite a rural area although after getting our bearings discovered a good bus service. Room was small but clean and plenty of storage. Loved the decor around the hotel

Most of staff were very helpful and friendly. would definetly benefit from hiring a car as no entertainment at night. Breakfast very basic,but lots of choice. Dinner food good quality and lots of different things to try

Bar and restaurant staff happy to engage in conversation and advise on local foods and wine. Rooms clean and comfortable. Our room had a balcony with olive trees. Able to have a glass of wine pre and post dinner

The place and the service were absolutely fine. The location was good, not far from the sea. Croatia is a beautiful country, many interesting places worth seeing. We are very pleased with our stay

We had the succulent well seasoned chicken with roast potatoes and sour cream dressing and the boys had pizza. It was worth straying from the cycle route

Also had a 5 year old who asked to go to kids club most days as she loved it There is a small supermarket on site - some times are expensive - bakery super busy so be there early or there is a plodine a 10 min walk away and much cheaper - however its like a zoo - dont take the family and dont take prams Off site Beach- easy to access - first week of super holidays was quite quiet - second week...

Spent a week here in August, family of 5 with children aged 5, 8 and 10. We had a fun week although it was incredibly busy and also very hot (35 degrees at least all week)

We were in a comfort plus lodge which did not have any loungers or anything with it (booked direct with the site) whereas our friends were in a prestige home and had loungers on their terrace

It was clean and suitable for a family of 5 - the outside space depended on where you were located and ours wasn't as large as others in our group which was initially disappointing but not sure what we would have used it for

We found the lack of seating or sunbeds at the pools a bit disappointing as there was no shade (there were a few sunbeds at each pool but nowhere near enough and you had to be there right when they opened to get them) and having to pay for umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach also frustrating

You can get the bus which is approx £5 each way (not tested 3rd hand info) and does drop you directly outside reception Payment There is no rush for you to pay the outstanding fee which we found odd - but dont stress about it as we did they are very relaxed and its easy to sort Site There are 3 pools - one is closed every other day to be cleaned (the toilets could do with a refurbishment but pools...

Beautiful hotel, extremely friendly staff, beautiful, clean and tidy rooms, food to choose from, for every recommendation, close enough to the city, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet,pleasant and beautiful indoor pool, I will always go back there when I am in Istria

The hotel room is with ocean view. All staffs were nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty much. In this season, many restaurants are closed, it wasn’t easy to get good foods nearby.

Off-season she is the receptionist and the kitchen manager and she came in earlier to make aour earlier departure possible. The room and the hotel itself looked great and was clean

We stayed only one night before a tough negotiation at a local company. Therefore we asked for an earlier breakfast and the receptionist lady provided it for us

There is a separate parling lot for the hotel, provided free of chrage. We were completely seatisfied and can recommend this place to anyone in or off season

This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular

Location is super! The apartment was okay, it has the very basic needs. So if you're planning to stay bring some kitchen needs with you like dishwashing soap, some kitchen towels, etc.

Nice apartments, close to the sea. They are well equiped for your stay there. The town of Novigrad is a 20 minute walk away and the walk is stunning.

Working air condition, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Everything you needed in a really comfortable package. The bedding was very comfortable and the pillows were soft but firm

The shutters ensured privacy and blocked out light. The hostess was extremely helpful and friendly. The locking system was excellent. We were within easy walking distance of the amphitheatre

The building is old and a bit gloomy. There was a heavy, damp smell in the hallway. We found several dirty towels behind the bathroom door, likely left over from previous guests

We booked 2 apartments (2 x couples). Both were superbly clean and modern with all needed for our 3 night stay. We were in apartment 5 with a small kitchen area, was at the rear of building so lovely and quiet

Not only this, but we were able to check in early, the room was kept clean, and to top it off our room had the balcony by the arch! We had such a lovely stay, and would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a city centre location

We had a great stay here - the young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, parking was convenient (got lucky in that we hadn’t made a reservation for a spot, but there was space), and the room, while small, was clean and modern

It is a small hotel but it’s lovely. Very central with great staff who were very helpful. We left our luggage whilst we explored like lots of other people! The breakfast was very good with lots of choices

The bed was very comfortable, the room cool and quiet. Taxis too and from airport were very expensive, I think we were ripped off! Catch bus instead if you can!

I was also able to upgrade to a room with a bathtub for one of my three nights (for an additional fee), but unfortunately the bathtub didn't hold enough hot water, so I wasn't able to enjoy a long soak

The staff were all very friendly, and although there was no electric kettle in the room, they were able to lend me one

The rooms weren't cleaned so good. The bathroom was without a key and when asked for it we never got it. They don't hear up the rooms so it's really could durning the winter. The food is basic nothing special

Note: Plug-Ins in Bathroom are so high up that i had to climb on toilett to reach them ! Very unsafe ! Carpet on stairs is loose and catches your shoe. also very unsafe ! Breakfast Buffet was just

In an ideal location with a secured parking space and the kindness of the owner, the right place for a vacation. The house has a place for a barbecue, close to the sea, neat and clean, top ten

The house is located in a quiet area with close access to the beach.Plus: a spacious house with 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms upstairs, and a kitchen and living room downstairs + bathroom.

Comfortable rooms and great food. Try the octopus salad! Tasty breakfast with fresh fruits. If you stay here, rent a bike from the nearby bike shop and go for a bike ride along the beautiful coast of Sisan and Liznjan

Went for food as part of our wedding anniversary celebrations. The service was fantastic, the food was absolutely brilliant. We had beef steak and tuna steak which were both cooked to perfection

The deserts were wonderful, apple strudel and a chocolate souffle. Great evening in a fantastic setting to watch the sun go down over a tasty bottle of wine which was superbly recommended by our waiter

During our stay in August it was the perfect getaway and we relaxed in good conditions considering Covid. We did not mind and we knew, sea coast is not really within 10 min walking distance

Definitely recommend! We had a great stay! Room is spacious and clean, parking is free, pool is great after a long day at the beach. Breakfast is just what you need to start a good day
