There was a woman working at the pool bar who was unpleasant but otherwise all the staff were incredibly helpful with a high level of service

There are two small islands that you can walk between, one with the hotel and pools and the other with an additional restaurant. Not only are there gorgeous sea views and swimming on both but peaceful pine woodland

I believe that TUI had arranged alternative accommodation on the mainland in case we could not travel over. Amenities and entertainment There are a few pools outdoors and an indoor pool and jacuzzi

We had such a great time and will definitely be back, loved the surroundings, the little coves you could lie alone at. Clean and fresh everywhere with plenty of sun loungers all over the island that you were free to use

We are a family of two adults and one child aged 4. We spent 7 nights at Istra Island Hotel this July via TUI. Location Location is absolutely beautiful, scenic wherever you are on the islands

You can only get to the hotel via ferry so this can be limiting if you are looking for more things to do however, the ferry does run every hour to the mainland

This is a wonderful hotel; we've stayed there five times already. The spa has an indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms, and a jacuzzi. Covered parking is available, and the breakfasts are fantastic

The service was excellent and helpful. The food was excellent, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. The downsides include poor lighting in the bathroom (some women complained, but it was fine for me)

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with warm and attentive service. Rooms are well-equipped, with soft bedding and good soundproofing. The location is excellent and convenient for travel

Good hotel, great location with its own park and beach. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. Only the breakfast room gets a bit busy in the morning. Overall, highly recommended!

The hotel amenities and breakfast dining were great. Bedrooms and housekeeping spot on. Lots of activities if you wanted them but discreetly offered. Location good. Pool and beach areas fabulous with plenty of towels.

This hotel is especially good. It costs more than 3,000 yuan a night in peak season, which is perfect for a vacation. There is a large swimming pool and beach right across the street

Among this group of hotels, Eden Hotel is a hotel with a more obvious business nature, not a special resort style; but its advantages are also obvious, that is, the cost performance is very high

The breakfast is particularly good, rich and delicious. It only takes a few minutes to drive to the old town. It is suitable to stay for several nights

The hotel is in a good location. You can see the bell tower of the port from the hotel. In short, the scenery is endless. The room facilities are new and complete, the price is more expensive but worth the experience

The hotel is long, but there is only one place with an elevator. Our room is far from the elevator, and we have to walk a long way to the elevator every time. Friendly staff, but not many breakfast options

Thanks to the hotel for the warm hospitality, strategic location, polite staff, high quality breakfast and dinner, and excellent management. Especially for the birthday wishes to my wife, we will come back.

The hotel is located opposite the ancient city, and the scenery is definitely unmatched by other hotels. However, the interior decoration is not worthy of the room rate of about 4,500

Beautiful hotel on magnificent property with fantastic views. They delivered sparkling wine and a delicious cake for my wife’s birthday without me asking! Very nice touch. I thought it was a great value!

Excellent location, excellent conditions, excellent beach, level of cleanliness, impeccable service, prices are much higher for the average citizen, because for 6 days only for sun loungers on your beach you need to set between 450-900e, but all this justifies the quality service and excellent nature, the water is warm even now in June

The service was outstanding especially at breakfast. The food was amazing at all of the restaurants and the front desk was professional and efficient. I will definitely come back.

Nice park, a lot of trees which give necessary shade. For disabled people sometimes difficult to get to some parts of the resort. Resort has many activities, pools or rentals. Service is really good and personal

Lovely breakfast choice every morning, fried breakfast, continental, cakes, pastries and more. We had buffet dinner in the restaurant twice which is such good value at €20 each, so much choice of hot and cold food

Rooms and cleaniness is ok, but the location is unique. Fantastic staff, special thanks to maitre Mr. Rado, chef Mr. Sasha and sous chef that I don't recall the name. they made the experience really unique.

The swimming pool is super clean and nice to 🏊‍♀️ everyday and they have comfortable chairs around it. And the music is perfect and super chill. Also not too many guests in the hotel so it feels very private

There's a pretty swimming pool next to the lobby and the breakfast/dinner area. The ladies at breakfast and dinner were particularly warm and obliging. Breakfast was delicious, with many tasty items to choose from

Staff is super friendly and of great service if you need something. Breakfast with the list is fine as well, good selection to chose from. I especially like the water with lemon and orange for the morning very refreshing

It takes 12, 15 minutes to walk to the old town. There is a Konzum store nearby. The only hiccup came when we found out that a slew of the restaurants outside of the old town close for the season starting on Oct 1

And they make good coffees as well! I love the location it is super close to a nice beach with beds and the walking route to the town is very nice to walk through. It is secluded away from the busy tourist area

Our room was immaculate with a lovely shower room, fluffy towels and dressing gowns. We had a lovely little balcony too with a table and chairs. The pool area is immaculate and the heated pool inviting

This hotel exceeded expectations. Lovely welcome , and a hot drink offered whilst we waited for our room ahead of when we should have had it. The hotel is clean, contemporary and you can tell how well it is looked after

We had an amazing two-day stay at this beautiful and tranquil hotel. The experience started with a fantastic breakfast that included everything you could possibly want. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming

The hotel’s location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and bikes are available if you want to explore more of the coastline. The city center is also within walking distance, about 30 minutes away

Overall, it was a good experience. It's a bit far from the center, but the staff were helpful and the environment was nice. If you have a car, you can ignore the distance.

We borrowed cycles for the day too at no extra cost. A 15 minute quiet walk into gorgeous Rovinj with its wealth of restaurants and bars - just beautiful

One of our party is vegan and this dietary requirement was catered for both at breakfast and in the restaurant. On a non-vegan note, the tuna tartar was superb and I had the best Croatian red wine

It was super nice. Warm and welcoming staff, that had been extremly helpfull, beautyfull room, clean and comfortable.

On the positive side, if you have the time and inclination, free bikes are available for riding around town, and the sister properties amenities (pool, gym, spa, beach area) are free for use - and they are very nice

Great breakfast. You can choose from a menu. This is a perfect remedy against people who take everything and than leave half of it to throw away. Great eggs, fresh fruit, delicious cheese and meat. Friendly staff.

The bathroom with walk in shower were good size too - the provided soap, The shampoo and conditioner were adequate, although two of the pump bottles did not function correctly

Great place for families with children, polite staff, varied and tasty food, great rooms for kids, quick and inexpensive room service, proximity RAVINIA is a separate story, a beautiful old place...will be back for sure)

Just like every other time we had a great stay in hotel Amarin! Our rooms were super clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. Food is always delicious, we must be careful not to gain weight during our stay

The staff in the beach bar in particular at lunch time were amazing, my favourite phrase ‘just enjoy’ and we did! Loads to entertain in the day time, spent our time between the beach and the pool

We only missed Marin during the meals and the green Marin “statute” at the lobby. We were told they are both at maintenance and cleaning. Hope to see them next time, kids love them! We will definitely come again

Kids love the “spider-web” in the lobby, the parents love the lobby bar. It is a win-win We had lovely weather this time so we were outside by the playgrounds a lot and also rented bycicles

The land train is also mainly full, leaving a taxi the only option at €20 one way. This was not made clear to us at the time of booking, or even on 30th September whilst in the resort, which was annoying

Nice swimming pool with water slides (free for guests). Lot of parking on site, in close proximity of bungalows (entry secured by access card for guests). Most of staff speak English and/or German

Equipped small kitchenette with hood and fridge. Clean and well maintained houses. Towels change and cleaning every two days, bedding change and deeper cleaning every four days

Baby friendly pool, waterslide and awesome animation team (mini disco rocks)! Access to sea was good. Accommodation quality depends on what apartment you get

Very good service at reception and from cleaning staff. Tasty and fair priced breakfasts (buffet). Clean beaches with sun loungers available (free for guests). Ski jets/boats/bikes/e-scooters available for rent on site

Everything is wonderful. From accommodation, food and accompanying content. I give the biggest compliment to the staff. Which surprised us with its professionalism and quality understanding of our needs

We got one infested with mold bud after dome discussion we were moved to another which was awesome and we enjoyed stay there very much
