Hotel Panorama

A rather mediocre hotel. It doesn't deserve 4*. Stained sheets, torn pillowcase, broken shower door, it doesn't close. No hot water at the sink and very little in the shower. Poor bedding. An old hotel yet from the outside it makes a rather good impression but the inside is old and expensive for what it is. 2 positive points, all the same the magnificent panoramic view and the really good restaurant plus the menu is translated into several languages.

Tiny room with views of the parking lot, dirty and without maintenance, old and frayed towels. They don't replenish the shower soap or make the beds, they just stretch the top sheet. The bathroom doesn't scrub it, hair that falls out stays there. Far from anywhere, at the foot of a road. The only thing is the view of the Sibenik canal

I stayed with you overnight on Saturday 26th August. I have stayed before with you, around three years ago. The hotel has deteriorated quite a lot since my last visit.

The lift glass is shattered, the pool area has tiles missing and the hotel looks worn and in need of redecoration. The carpet is worn and dirty.

I stayed in a room on the first floor and later in the evening I realised the air conditioning in the room was broken/not working. It was one of the hottest days of the year in Croatia and it meant I had a very uncomfortable and unpleasant sleep. Waking up sweating and too hot. I also noticed that there was water underneath the air conditioning unit which meant the carpet was wet around it.

In addition to this the hotel had an unpleasant smell of cigarettes and a sewage smell mainly from the toilets. My room was not very clean, the pillow in the bedroom was yellow and smelt unpleasant. There were signs of wear on the walls, fixtures and fittings and it was in need of some repairs. The toilet seems to be constantly running and filling up which is very annoying.

You can barely sit on the toilet due to space available next to the sink and it is hard to move around in the shower again due to lack of space. The spotlights next to the bed do not work on either side.

I didn’t bother with the breakfast,
when I did got down to the breakfast hall all I could see in the corner of the room there were cobwebs and it did not look clean.

I do not plan to stay here again until the upgrades are made.

In addition to all this, there was a wedding party on Saturday night by the pool and most of the time there was no presence on the hotel reception. Every time I went to make a complaint regarding the air conditioning there wasn’t anyone available for me to speak with. The hotel was full so I doubt I would have had the option to move rooms anyway.

Made a stop at the viewpoint next to the hotel. There was a public toilet there, but it was out of use. My wife was in dire need and walked into the hotel and asked the receptionist if she could use the toilet. Her answer was short and sweet No, only for guests. The lady was very unfriendly by the way. Bad advertising for this hotel, which otherwise looks good. We won't book here for our next holiday.

The hotel is good, the view on the sea and Sibenik is stunning however we (4 people, 2 rooms ) did not managed to sleep till 3AM due to the wedding party. I am not complaining about the party - everyone wants to celebrate this event - but is your fault to not have informed us in advance on this. We booked the hotel back in May, you had our emails and phone number and time to contact us. As discussed with the receptionist during the night it was agreed you should have reserved the hotel for such event and block any other booking. We were there with our relatives more than 80 years old to have a rest before returning to home and this did not happened. The only compensation we had is a ridiculous 30% discount just on the room fee. This is not acceptable from a 4 star hotel like you pretend to be.

I don't know where to start on the list of negatives... Let's make a list: - the internet was almost non existent - the bathroom smelled like sewage - staff seemed uninterested - at breakfast the tables where people already ate weren't laid again and all the dirty dishes still on there, so you had to clean your own table - the bathroom screen door hang of its hinges - the room was dated and the hallways smelled of cigarettes - no sound isolation to the hallway - the wall would actually tremble when another guest closed the door - the pull out sofa was not a sufficient bed and one of the matrasses of the twin bed was too sagged to sleep comfortable on. On the plus side... the view is nice! The breakfast buffet was fine and they do offer to make you a personal omelet. Also keep in mind that it's pretty far from Sibenik. Cab prices are alright. As you would have guessed by now, my advice would be to book somewhere else.

WORST ACCOMMODATION IN CROATIA - ARROGANT STUFF, DIRTY ROOMS - WE CHECKED-OUT AFTER 5 HOURS
I dont even know where to start. Okay first of all, we made a reservation online and when we arrived absolutely nobody knows about us. so we had to wait for 30 minutes and then we could get our rooms.
i also sent 5 requests before our arrival and i got no response at all.
the hotel is placed in the middle od nowhhere, there is literraly nothing in the area of 5km.
the superior deluxe room was so dirty, minibar was empty and not working. and of course, as everyone else in their reviews said - the AC was completely not working.
but the most incredible thing happened at the dinner time. we were in the hotel restaurant and there were about 3-4 tables and 4-5 waiters. we were waiting 55 MINUTES each time we had nothing to drink. after the last order we were waiting for 90 minutes and then the oldest and most unpleseant waiter came and ask us exactly like that "want something more or you will finally quit?". we were so shocked, so we asked for the bill and he put it on pur room without our knowing or signature.
we left at 1 am, without spending single night there. nobody asked us why, nobody apologized, the room price was about 30€ expensive then in the online booking.

It was absolute nightmare, if you dont want to ruin your vacation, avoid this hotel by 100 miles.
