Hotel to spend one night since it is quite outdated, breakfast is average without anything remarkable and they should take more care of the details like very used towels and some with frayed edges, cleanliness is average as said for a stop

Beautiful new modern hotel with spacious, clean and very bright rooms with bathrooms with Italian showers. The breakfasts served on buffets are copious with cereals and fresh fruit, eggs and cold meats, enough to give you strength for a good day of sightseeing.

A rather mediocre hotel. It doesn't deserve 4*. Stained sheets, torn pillowcase, broken shower door, it doesn't close. No hot water at the sink and very little in the shower. Poor bedding. An old hotel yet from the outside it makes a rather good impression but the inside is old and expensive for what it is. 2 positive points, all the same the magnificent panoramic view and the really good restaurant plus the menu is translated into several languages.

The hotel is good, the view on the sea and Sibenik is stunning however we (4 people, 2 rooms ) did not managed to sleep till 3AM due to the wedding party. I am not complaining about the party - everyone wants to celebrate this event - but is your fault to not have informed us in advance on this. We booked the hotel back in May, you had our emails and phone number and time to contact us. As discussed with the receptionist during the night it was agreed you should have reserved the hotel for such event and block any other booking. We were there with our relatives more than 80 years old to have a rest before returning to home and this did not happened. The only compensation we had is a ridiculous 30% discount just on the room fee. This is not acceptable from a 4 star hotel like you pretend to be.

Tiny room with views of the parking lot, dirty and without maintenance, old and frayed towels. They don't replenish the shower soap or make the beds, they just stretch the top sheet. The bathroom doesn't scrub it, hair that falls out stays there. Far from anywhere, at the foot of a road. The only thing is the view of the Sibenik canal

Hotel located on the edge of a busy road, construction seems recent, but the rooms have some experience, quite large, incredible view of Sibenik, stained carpet, stained sheet, smell of sewage coming from the toilet, you have to absolutely close the door. Box unusable but quickly replaced, fridge, tiny TV with no French channel, wifi overloaded after 8:30 p.m., unusable. Decent breakfast, nothing more, at 9 a.m. some fruit not restocked, slow service. We would have liked to use the swimming pool but there was no provision for shade due to the fact that it was very windy. Very courteous service, we were given our room earlier than supposed. You absolutely need a car. Parking in Sibenik is very expensive, but the old town can be visited quite quickly.

I stayed with you overnight on Saturday 26th August. I have stayed before with you, around three years ago. The hotel has deteriorated quite a lot since my last visit.

The lift glass is shattered, the pool area has tiles missing and the hotel looks worn and in need of redecoration. The carpet is worn and dirty.

I stayed in a room on the first floor and later in the evening I realised the air conditioning in the room was broken/not working. It was one of the hottest days of the year in Croatia and it meant I had a very uncomfortable and unpleasant sleep. Waking up sweating and too hot. I also noticed that there was water underneath the air conditioning unit which meant the carpet was wet around it.

In addition to this the hotel had an unpleasant smell of cigarettes and a sewage smell mainly from the toilets. My room was not very clean, the pillow in the bedroom was yellow and smelt unpleasant. There were signs of wear on the walls, fixtures and fittings and it was in need of some repairs. The toilet seems to be constantly running and filling up which is very annoying.

You can barely sit on the toilet due to space available next to the sink and it is hard to move around in the shower again due to lack of space. The spotlights next to the bed do not work on either side.

I didn’t bother with the breakfast,
when I did got down to the breakfast hall all I could see in the corner of the room there were cobwebs and it did not look clean.

I do not plan to stay here again until the upgrades are made.

In addition to all this, there was a wedding party on Saturday night by the pool and most of the time there was no presence on the hotel reception. Every time I went to make a complaint regarding the air conditioning there wasn’t anyone available for me to speak with. The hotel was full so I doubt I would have had the option to move rooms anyway.
