The room is really small. I was 3 weeks there they dont chance the sheets or the towel they dont clean the room good. The owner of the hotel is realy rude the dont turn on the hot water. The breakfeast is not that good. The poeple that work there are tired the dont get paied enough they dont have 1 day free of work the owner does nothing he onlys sits and he is really rude he says weird thing to my daughtet of 15 saying shes beutifol and good. I pay 2500 and when i wanted to wash my close they brought me a list of how much i had to pay extra unbelivebol i m never coming back.

Rooms ok but pool, breakfast, kitchenette equipment etc etc very hit and miss at best. As all other reviews state, owner shouldn't be in a customer service role but other staff try their best in spite of the pitiful owner. Only hotel in Bol not sold out in August....
