Villa Lavanda in Podstrana

Fantastic host, rooms are clean and great and the view from the balcony is amazing. On one side you have oceanview and the other side is mountains. Location is a bit far up but we rented a car and parked on the lot. We got our rooms cleaned during our 1 week stay. The host is super nice!

This was an excellent choice. 500 meter from the beach. Very nice appartment in a very quiet area. The hostess was super friendly.

Good location and good price
Good flat with free parking. Good location close to the main street by car 2 minutes walking 10 minutes. Little bit up in the hill going down will be easy going up little bit need energy if you don't have car or old people with you. Close to the beach and super markets. Not far from split around 10-30 minutes depend on the traffic. The flat have everything you need. Close to Avere tour agency where you can have all tours from Podstrana highly recommend to try the quad and blue cave tours. One more bonus all beaches are free in the area even 5 stars hotels you can go for free just pay for the parking and seat if needed. Conlemani resturant was great near by in Le Maredian hotel good to have pizza was super good. The beacg was good also there. The beaches are all rock beach no sand beach so better to have good slipper or swimming shoes. Highly recommend the flat was very good for the family of 5 persons. I think it can accommodate 6-7 persons.

Kind host. Hospitality is great! Clean appartment with sea view. Cleaning is done every few days and towels, for me that's a huge extra (because I didnt't expect it for that price). Near the sea & supermarkets and a very quiet area. I would recommend it for sure to everyone who wants to stay near the sea, but wants a quiet area to relax to the fullest.

We were really impressed by the apartment. Great size and beautiful view from the balcony. Room had an oven/microwave/washer and even dishwasher (although we didn't use them all). The owner greeted us on arrival and had two cold beers waiting. Is a bit of a walk down to the town as the apartment is on a hill but nothing too strenuous. Plenty of parking space as well. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent apartment building! We travelled here with a large group and two dogs, so we got to stay in three apartments. Great location, 400 m away from the extremely busy (and quite smelly) main road, in a quiet area close to the forest. The apartments are built with high quality materials and furnishings. Everything was clean, from bedding, floors, kitchen pots and pans and coffee makers. Impeccable! Super quality mattresses and bed toppers make for an extremely comfortable sleep. Everything inside the apartments is new, modern, clean and comfortable. The balconies are built facing the west , so you get to drink your coffee in the fresh and cooler morning air, and in the evenings you get to enjoy the most spectacular views of the sea at sunset. Close to two small supermarkets, 400 m away from a nice pebble beach. Highly recommended!!!
