Where to stay in Podstrana

Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world.

The pool view is amazing. Friendly staff and nice interior! I definitely want to visit again.

Great hotel, great facilities, friendly and polite staff, our room has a really good marina view. We stayed here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave him complimentary birthday cake.

The location is a bit far, it takes 20 minutes by taxi to the city center

Beautiful Surprise! Hotel Eden was a beautiful surprise! The love and care that the employees take in the property and their service shows through and everything they do. Beautiful location, right on the water we enjoyed being away from the crowds for a couple of days. Breakfast was perfect!

Great beach location! Podstrana was nice and quite with many restaurant options at a walking distance. Close enough to get to different location with a car such as Split or Omis. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We had some trouble with our hot water but the staff were always so attentive and helpful that it didn’t bother us as much because of that assistance.

The room hotel was very spacious and with good vies overlooking the sea. The bathroom is nice and big. The bed and pillow is very comfortable. The staff are very nice.

Hotel San Antonio is the main hotel in this group and facilities are in this hotel but a short walk away and right next to beach and bars/restaurants. Staff ok and knowledgeable, helpful when asked. Not many shops close by and centre of split is a good 20 mins taxi ride, busses are available but not used by us.

What I didn't like was that they didnt tell us that they were upgrading us to a room with a kitchen although we would have been happy with the room that we ordered, seaview room. Excellent location on the beach with great property and friendly staff.

Fantastic Wow - what a beautiful room. We were concerned it looked too good to be true, but the view from the hot tub really is that perfect. Couldn't be closer to the beach, and the room was very comfortable - the terrace is stunning. Great value, and we couldn't have asked for a friendlier welcome: all the staff are fantastic and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our stay.

Great facility, great location, no restaurant Biggest disappointment is realizing this hotel does not have restaurant, and breakfast can be purchased at nearby hotel for 12 euro for adults and kids both. It was a lovely stay. Everything my mom and I needed to wine down after all our adventures. We had come to stay here after our time in Vis. The property is close to a beautiful promenade along the water with stunning views of the island across and the mountains behind. I will Definitely be coming back to stay here again in the future.

Honest service, price was a steal, to be honest expectation werent high but it did indeed suprise in good way. Parking was secured and free, breakfast was included, service was polite and made our stay pleasant. It is good place if you want to go to Split but not be in the center. But also not far away.

Just a quick review, we loved this place! Excellent food, great service, beautiful view, & free parking. No negatives at all!! When in a tourist area, many restaurants just get by because they know the tourists won't be repeat customers but not Amigos, it was top quality. Totally a yes!!

Had a dinner here. Decent meals and the waiter was pleasant even it was a one man show.

I’ll start with the positives: the location is amazing, there’s convenient parking, and the exterior areas are very nice. Now for the downsides. We stayed on the second floor with a sea view, but even with the AC at maximum, the room wouldn’t go below 23°C. We kept the blinds and curtains closed the whole time, but it didn’t help. The shower drain was blocked to the point where water almost overflowed...

This place is very cozy, we ate very delicious food and the prices of the dishes are good. The rooms are very good, comfortable and clean.

The rooms are okay. There was some issues with things not working in the room. There was no TV channels as they said and the cleaning was horrible. We stayed here for 10 days and did not get our sheets changed a single time or get vacuumed in the room, even though the cleaning came to our room every day, just to make the bed. A good / very good three star hotel. I found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom were a good size and very clean . We had a couple of evening meals which again were good. The hotel is located outside of Split but there is a bus service that runs approximately every fifteen minutes.

Property is nice. Recently renovated. So the rooms are great to stay in. Spacious and great bathroom. It has a nice public small beach in front of the hotel if you don't want to move. Hotel is on a lovely location. Sunsets here are amazing. The reception is not assessable without a key, and there was no one who understood English at reception that made it difficult. Housekeeping is very friendly and does a wonderful job, and understands English! They did not have enough breakfast out some mornings, but it was not too bad. Only a 25-30 min Bolt ride into Old Split.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Sunce. The owner only speaks german but the other hotel staff also speaks english. We were very happy to have such lovely and relaxing holidays in such a lovely location. We enjoyed having lunch and dinner at the hotel or along the beach and we also developed a pleasant friendship with the hotel owner. A great stay, highly recommended!

One needs to have a car to get to the hotel. The Bus are scheduled but not on time due to severe traffic. Most workers are friendly, except for that seemingly the owner. Beach towels are rented as compared to other hotels where there can be loaned.

What an amazing property! It’s located directly on a private stretch of beach with beach chairs and umbrellas supplied by the owner. The water is amazing, lots of restaurants and several grocery stores nearby. I will most definitely have to come back for another visit and stay at this location!

We had an incredible stay in Podstrana, the apartment was in an amazing location, right on the beach. Very quiet, walkable to lovely restaurants. A quick uber or bus ride into Split but it was nice to be in a quieter, peaceful area. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and the view was phenomenal. We had the top floor, deluxe suite. Restaurants and bakery all walking distance. The AC worked very well. The only thing to note is kitchen could have been equipped a little better and there were no toiletries, so make sure you bring your own. We appreciated the washer and had our own detergent. We really enjoyed our stay at Lea's in the Deluxe Apartment. The inside felt smaller than the pictures, but the outdoor terrace was the show stopper. Beautiful location right on the beach. It is a drive to Old town Split though so it depends on what you’re looking for. Perfect for our family to lounge on the beach, enjoy the food, and still take a day trip to Split. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

Nice location not far from many places to eat. Room looked bigger in the photos than it actually was. Hot water for showers was an issue so short showers is a must so everyone can get a nice shower. We had a balcony suite which was nice, bit noisey with restaurant going at night but sound proof rooms when you shut the doors.
