The hotel is very nice, it is worth the price-quality ratio, the service is very good and the beds are very comfortable. It has a beach at the back and is very quiet. The breakfast is very complete, it is worth it

Hotel San Antonio is the main hotel in this group and facilities are in this hotel but a short walk away and right next to beach and bars/restaurants. Staff ok and knowledgeable, helpful when asked

Managed well with all the facilities, loved the breakfast too with variety of different foods..enjoyed the stay with kids.

Very nice hotel and great location. When you look from the room you just see great blue see and Split on right hand side. They have a beach just in front of a hotel and they have a restaurant at the beach

Room is very clean, airco, little safe for your valuable things. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food that I had eaten is not great though. Beach contains a lot of little stones so it's difficult to walk barefoot

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very good overall for the price. Bus stop just outside the hotel, taking roughly 30 mins to Split Old Town

Disappointed, we went to one of the hotel's annexes, which meant we were far from the beach. Breakfast had little variety and was always the same.

Hotel on the beachfront with a swimming pool, close to the centre and right on the same street there is a bus to go to the centre. Good breakfast and everything in general clean.

Honest service, price was a steal, to be honest expectation werent high but it did indeed suprise in good way. Parking was secured and free, breakfast was included, service was polite and made our stay pleasant

The property is close to a beautiful promenade along the water with stunning views of the island across and the mountains behind. I will Definitely be coming back to stay here again in the future

So the rooms are great to stay in. It has a nice public small beach in front of the hotel if you don't want to move. Breakfast had limited choice but everything necessary

Perfect view to the sea hotel Its a nice hotel in a good location. Hotel stands on the beach/little port. With a perfect view from a window and balcony. Beds are comfortable and there is a mini fridge in the room

The view from the balcony was the most beautiful I've ever seen, it was completely unobstructed and went on forever in every direction. Both pools and hot tubs were clean and blue, utterly gorgeous

We LOVED everything about our stay from start to finish. The drive to Split was around 45 minutes, totally manageble, and coming back to such a wonderful space made it well worth it

The indoor wellness centre is well designed within the limited space with an indoor pool, hot tub, hot and steam sauna. We felt so relaxed after using the spa amenities

It is a little far from the city center (about 3km) and a little inconvenient for sightseeing, but the hotel itself was clean and the hotel staff were nice. The breakfast was also luxurious and satisfying

The city view room also had a partial ocean view. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast room was large, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant atmosphere

The beach club seemed to be public, with some lounge chairs, but it required walking up a few steps to reach them. The outdoor pool was pleasant and perfect for a drink

The service attitude at the reception was poor. We booked a room clearly stating that we would have children, but there were only two sets of bathrobes and towels

Moreover, because the bathrobes and towels were delivered in two batches, the waiter was very impatient and threw the towels at us

The spa had two sections, one for everyone which included two jacuzzis and a swimming pool, and another for adults only which included two saunas, a stream room, a small warm pool, a small cold plunge pool and a relaxation area where you can lay down and just relax while listening to relaxing music in the background

Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction

Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world

Beautiful hotel and an amazing staff. Made our stay feel special. The food was amazing and the Italian restaurant is out of this world. I highly recommend this place! We definitely will stay again.

Great hotel, great facilities, friendly and polite staff, our room has a really good marina view. We stayed here to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and they gave him complimentary birthday cake.

Super stylish and breakfast was great. Rooms are tiny and not spacious, we had not the cheapest room with a sea view but anyway it felt tiny

The efforts of the designers are visible, and especially the drinks (of which there is a really large selection) are beautifully arranged

Beautiful Surprise! Hotel Eden was a beautiful surprise! The love and care that the employees take in the property and their service shows through and everything they do

The breakfast buffet is great (especially the fresh croissants), there's a bar but they don't serve cocktails which is a shame! Restaurants and a big supermarket are a 2 minute walk as well

Great beach location! Podstrana was nice and quite with many restaurant options at a walking distance. Close enough to get to different location with a car such as Split or Omis

The hotel is great, clean, nice staff, nice beach but the surrounding area has a lot of traffic, so it takes a lot of time to arrive at and to leave the hotel throughout the day.

Friendly staff, great beach location, if going into Split centre there is a regular bus service. Lots of beachside restaurants within a short walk.

Excellent facilities, all rooms sea view right next to the actual beach front less than (15meters). Staff all genuinely polite & helpful

Fantastic holiday We had a wonderful stay, easy check in and check out. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice wee bar /restaurant at beach level that did lovely pizza

That said, we had clean towels daily, beds were comfy, & it was clean. The beach & sea wete fantastic but that's nothing to do with the hotel

Opposite the main road is also a large parking lot. Friendly staff! Can borrow air mattress, beach chair, etc from hotel for free. Breakfast is in the hotel next door. Nice place to have breakfast on the beach

The hosts were incredibly welcoming. Air conditioning worked great. The private beach access was incredible. Loved the location of the property.

Then on the last day the restaurant wanted €20 for a buffet breakfast and when we mentioned it to the front desk she said "we would have given you a voucher for €15". No mention of that on check in

So instead of asking me or the bartender, he just chose not to bring me anything. If you want to take this hotel's shuttle to the airport, it's a €50 charge and is basically a car and driver

The restaurant associated with the hotel was also good at dinner but when we went there the one time for lunch, the server didn't know what a mimosa was

We liked the Olive Garden for dinner the one night but when we went back the next day for lunch we had a different server and it wasn't so good

We've been dining here for 25 years. Best food, best service and great atmosphere. Breathtaking views and a must when wanting to impress guests. Josip, Barbara and the whole staff make us feel like part of the family.

Very nice room for 4: actually 2 rooms with 2 big double beds (flat tv in each) and a full sea view balcony. Comfortable beds! The best hotel breakfast ever!!! Excellent service, friendly staff

Food is delicious: from seafood to steak and pasta…all is good!! My favorites were grilled squid, mussels, steak, and their side dish: chard with potatoes was yummiest we had in Croatia so far

Food was delicious, we chose the seafood platter since all the tables around us had it (it must be a favourite)! Very generous portion for 2, could probably feed 4 with extra sides

I’ll start with the positives: the location is amazing, there’s convenient parking, and the exterior areas are very nice

The shower drain was blocked to the point where water almost overflowed just from washing my short hair. There were no hangers for towels, and if you have asthma like I do, be aware that the floors are carpeted

This place is very cozy, we ate very delicious food and the prices of the dishes are good. The rooms are very good, comfortable and clean.

We stayed here for 10 days and did not get our sheets changed a single time or get vacuumed in the room, even though the cleaning came to our room every day, just to make the bed

Everything about the property met and exceeded our expectations. The studio apartment was clean and very nicely cooled with AC, which was a big plus because it was very hot in Croatia during our stay

The staff was exceptionally hospitable and accommodating and the 10 euro breakfast was an excellent value

Owner was very kind and helpful. We asked for a butterknife and she brought us a whole set of cutlery. They also asked us about towel change and if we needed anything else.

We were staying in Split but left the accommodation (despite paid for the whole time of our holiday) as it was too hot basement accommodation with not enough fresh air and I got ill from air condition which was directly over the bed

The host and her mother were so sweet and accommodating, they were absolutely lovely. Would stay with them even if the room wasn’t as nice as it was. The AC was so incredible and the view and location was unreal

There are beautiful views to the sea from the hotel and it was really nice that the hotel has also its own beach. We used a rental car but without it the location might be a bit tricky

From our vast terrace we could see the island of Brač across the sea. The beach, just a few minutes away, was lovely at all times of day. Many chic beach bars and restaurants were in the vicinity as well as a marina

They also take over a large part of the nearest beach with their sun beds. Other reviews suggest you can use the Meridian’s facilities. That’s true but as of 2025 it costs €45 per person per day

Positives: Room was clean, staff was friendly, easy walk to the beach Negatives: Had to pay to park, carrying around the large metal key was nuisance and loud music was blasting at 7am.

A 15 minute walk up the sea front gets you to a busier beach by the Hotel Split and a little further on we found Avere Tourism: a great place to book trips and hire transport

Family break in Split Great location with very easy access to the beach and waterfront activities with the bus to Split less than a 5min walk from the accommodation.

The room was spacious, I really liked the living quarters and how we had our own kitchen equipment. The walk to the beach was short allowing us to deep dive into the beach with swiftness

Taxi takes around 10-15 min to the old town and it was really easy to order uber and bolt to take you there. Easy to also use taxi to visit other beaches

Beautiful location right on the beach. It is a drive to Old town Split though so it depends on what you’re looking for. Perfect for our family to lounge on the beach, enjoy the food, and still take a day trip to Split

Hotels own restaurant has great option of drinks you can take to the beach. The service for eating at the restaurant was quite slow, but friendly staff

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Rooms were clean and perfect for me and my two teenage sons. Restaurant on the bottom floor and the beach right out back

Lady at the reception is really nice! Restaurant option at the area are not the best and it was impossible to find breakfast, but there are markets really close to the hotel at the other side of the street

Rooms, dining, swimming, are easily accessible. Parking is tricky but can be reserved. I would suggest reserving when you book the room. Enjoy the beautiful scenery and water!
