Our recent stay at Villa Maria in Split, Croatia was nothing short of a memorable and delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the family who runs the property welcomed and made us feel right at home.

The family managing Villa Maria was incredibly hospitable and friendly. They were always available to assist us with any questions we had and provided us with fantastic tips and recommendations to make the most of our time in Split. Their genuine interest in ensuring our enjoyment and comfort was evident throughout our stay.

The accommodation at Villa Maria was comfortable and cozy, offering a perfect retreat after long days of our remote work week. Our room was well-appointed and nicely decorated, with all the necessary amenities provided for a pleasant stay.

One of the highlights of our trip was the boat trip organized by the family. It was worth every penny. The boat trip took us along the stunning Croatian coastline, providing us with breathtaking views of the sea and the picturesque landscapes. The captain of the boat Dario was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing interesting insights about the area during the journey. As the boat trip concluded, we were treated to a magnificent sunset over the city of Split, a truly unforgettable moment that will stay with us.

Villa Maria's location was ideal for our vacation. Situated in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, we were able to enjoy a tranquil setting away from the city's hustle and bustle. However, the city center was still easily accessible, allowing us to explore the famous Diocletian's Palace, charming old town, and other attractions with great convenience.

If you are looking for a comfortable, and welcoming accommodation near Split, Villa Maria is the perfect choice for an enjoyable stay. We would gladly return here whenever we find ourselves in Split again.

It was fantastic.

We arrived at the property and were greeted by the host's brother. He showed us everything in detail, told us about the attractions, and recommended nearby restaurants.

The room was clean and smelled fresh (no chemicals). It was equipped with everything you need (including dishwasher tablets, cotton buds, coffee, tea, laundry detergent, and much more). The garden itself was beautifully lit, with a centrally located, illuminated pool and comfortable loungers. You feel like you're staying with your loved ones, who have invited you in and are committed to your comfort. I highly recommend it.

Lovely place to stay with family! We were traveling through all Dalmatian coast, stayed in many different apartaments and kids rated Villa Maria as the best one! Also owners offers a boat trip and will do everything to make you happy, just ask! Highly recommended!
