I was only in restaurant. We’ve been waiting for more than one hour after we made our order. Soup was served immediately after (!) the main course so I stopped eating main course and I ate the soup before it gets cold. The main course (beefsteak) was already cold when it was served so I was not afraid that it will get cold while I was eating my soup. The soup was not the one I ordered but at least it was not cold. I mentioned that it is not the soup I ordered but it didn't make any difference and I wasn't ready to wait one more hour for new soup and especially not since my main course was already served. And it was just one soup in a completely messed up dinner.

I had been only in the restaurant part. I know that in Croatia it is not a common thing to know English. I think it should be a basic thing to speak at least that part that is on the menu. The menu is also missing English translations at some of the meals. So one that said only "tuna" in English, I asked if it is a steak. The waitress said it is a grilled fish so I asked for it. When he brought the food although it was a grilled fish, it wasn't tuna.. He said no one asked for tuna so I took it as I'm not a problematic person, but c'mon. The food was delicious though. I had been with a larger group so not my memory was wrong.
