Beautiful mediterranean pine forest, crammed with little straw huts, crystal clear sea, very crowded, loud music on the beach, plenty of organised activities and extremely poor food

Great atmosphere, excellent food, friendly staff, calm sea. We would love to come here again in the future. We can definitely recommend to visit.

We stayed for a week in the basic two bed cabin near the beach (no power sockets, no light)s. We were in Pakostane and had this type of accommodation before, so we knew what to expect and we came equipped

We definitely recommend this place if you like a holiday in contact with nature and the sea. If you feel active there are plenty of activities to do in the resort

This was our fourth time staying at this resort. As always, we were satisfied, but we did notice a few small changes. Most notably in the cleanliness of the common areas, such as the beach toilets

The location is absolutely fantastic, you are in a pine tree forest and swim in clean waters with islands all around. The resort is well equipped with plenty of deckchairs and shaded areas, as the sun is very hot in July

Nice indoor playground and pool for kids 10 and below and free drinks all day.

I didn't sleep there and I didn't pay anything but the free swimming pool (easily accessible by the left side or even by the beach entrance) is awesome! Once in the swimming pool, the water is just perfectly warm, even on the outside part

Drinks are quite expensive, as is typical in Croatia, but there were great special rates for hotel guests at the beach (lounger + umbrella for €5 instead of €20)

I stayed there beg Oct (so after the main season) in a family room with breakfast. After 1 night in standard, I moved to Premium (both in A building)

The beaches were awesome, staff were warm. Welcoming and energetic. Rooms well kept and updated.

The beach is typically Croatian, with rocks, but very well maintained

Overall really very good At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Otherwise that would have added €25 per day ! I do think hotels should not charge staying guests to use a facility ! I understand charging a day visitor Overall a great place - just that minor thing...

Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely

Beach is clean with enough shade and space. Pool seemed ok, but never used it. Or 20 minutes by tourist train (30 kuna per person) or bus (10 kuna one way ticket). Don't expect many shopping oportunities near hotel

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It's fantastic, from the food, to the staff, to where it's located. It a hidden gem in my opinion. Nothing bad to say about here at all

All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food

The hotel is in a beautiful location, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Parking is fine and charged daily at €10. The food and drink selection is varied, and the bar stays open until 11 PM, which is great

The rooms have balconies and there is beach access straight from the hotel - it's a short walk to the water and the beach is very nice, sheltered, clean, and well provisioned with all of the things you might want to eat, drink, rent, etc

There are very few sun loungers by the pool, and people reserve them as early as 7 AM, leaving others without a place to sit for most of the day

I couldn’t wish for a better holiday in Biograd than in the Adria Hotel. Everything was always on point, clean and perfect, the food and service was perfect as well

Good location near bus station, beach a'd city center. Summing pool is nice. Quite rooms and comfortable. Good welcoming and food is just great 😍🍰! Love it. Surely I will be back and its my best location in Zadar.

Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool

Great location, right by the beach and not far from the central bus station and the city center. The rooms are neat and the bathroom is clean. The receptionists and the cleaning staff was very nice and helpful

It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast

Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times

The hotel accommodation conditions are average. It is the cheapest one on this trip. If you are looking for enjoyment, don't choose it. It is about the size of a domestic seaside guesthouse in the 1990s

You can rent beach towels at the Spa for €3 each and keep them for the duration of your stay. The hotel was quiet as it’s pre season and get the impression it gets very busy in high season

Great for little children as the bay is very safe for swimming. Really nice in door heated pool and spa. Biograd town is lovely ,lots of supermarkets within walking distance of each other

Many would reserve multiple spots using towels and sunbeds, sometimes placing them in two or three different shaded areas, up to 30 meters apart, leaving little room for others

Great resort for families with a lot to do for children, multiple playgrounds, a kids program, a kif friendly beach and lots of children for kids to play with.

5hr to Split Don’t depend on hotel for tourist information, they don’t tell you anything ! -do your own research

Ladies at front desk are the best

There is a barrier and at the reception they can see on camera if you are standing in front of it and the barrier then goes up. The entrance looks nice, but the room is small with a very compact bathroom

Breakfast and dinner are buffet style and we did not find it special. If there are coach passengers, it is better to have breakfast a bit later because the buffet still has to be replenished

This large hotel has 6 floors and is also visited by large coach groups, but is nicely situated on the boulevard and near the various restaurants

Contrary to what was previously written on TripAdvisor, you can park your car for free behind the hotel

We found it more fun and tasty to eat à la carte somewhere else

Seafood is highly recommended (we had octopus and risotto ai frutti di mare), competitive prices and possibility to eat and watch the sunset from the terrace. To sun up, if you are in Pag, this is the hotel where to go

You have to have your key in dedicated slot but even if you don’t have it there lights and everything else works normally only AC isn’t working, and what even more weird you have to have all doors and windows shut to have power for lights and AC

All comforts are there like pool, gym and a breathtaking sunset almost every day. Room Clean and big enough with a nice balcony overlooking the bay (we stayed at the 2nd floor)

Nice comfortable stay Beautiful view from spacious balcony. Car park with video surveillance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool was small but nice to chill at. Bar prices seemed very cheap!

Beach in front of hotel is better then the public one, but rent a car and explore beaches around island they are breathtaking. Breakfast was terrible definitely needs some upgrade

The view from our room was breathtaking. You can smell the sea from your window. The staff is very welcoming. The food is delicious and nutritious. 10/10 would recommend. We will be coming again next summer!

The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the sandy beach, but it is quiet, no street noise can be heard. The reception host/owner is very nice and helpful. Parking is free in the hotel yard

Last but not least the beach is really really close where you can see small crabs different fishes but none of them bite or sting they just get scared from people

The bottom of the sea is 98% sandy with some smaller rocks, you can go bare feet into the water and not get hurt

There is literally nothing to complain about we stayed for 7 nights there is enough variety in the food the rooms are nice looking and most importantly cleaned every day there is room service too where they make your bed and take out the trash the hotel itself isnt really big around 5 people are running the building

They also didn’t keep track of who was entering or leaving the playroom, so kids from the beach wandered in, jumping around wildly

The hotel has a great sea view from the room and it is not far from the Old Town. The room was clean,not noisy and big enough for two persons

We got also bathrobes/coats as they have pools and SPA, which we did not try, however slippers were not there, I Got only one, my wife none? The restaurant is Nice and breakfast excellent, however we have had bad experience as for two days there was also a group od around 150 Austrian turists - the hotel capacities and staff is not capable to well equiped to handle this

This hotel is located in a remote area, but it has its own parking lot, free parking is convenient, the room is clean, and the service attitude is very good

The overall feeling is not lost, the hotel decoration is like the 80s and 90s feeling, lack of light, all the electrical appliances in the room have to be separated to switch, the toilet flush can not cover the entire toilet, so there will be urine smell, electrical sockets only two tables

If you are carrying heavy luggage, bring your own strong man, because there is no lift, you have to lift up the stairs, the only good thing is that there is free parking and a terrace to see the beautiful view

We booked a room with a sea view. Great rooms with everything you need, and really clean. The breakfast was delicious and hearty, and the restaurant is also excellent, offering plenty of choices

Comfortable room and bed although no elevator meant about 40 stairs up to the 2nd floor (3rd floor if you count the main level as 1st floor) staff were all wonderful. Swam in the clean sea but loved the huge pool

From the outside the hotel doesn't look like much, but the inside is magnificent! The decor is neat in the common areas as well as in the rooms, by the sea and quiet, a few minutes from the city

Staff a mixed bag, no smiles or pleasantries, looked like they didn’t want to be there , breakfast was very standard stuff and not the best quality, coffee was ok , flat screen tv with a few English speaking channels, the hotel has no facilities, advertising a spa and indoor pool and had neither, could not buy any food or drink in this hotel, the bathroom is a strange setup, all glass with a curtain...

We chose the hotel based on the views and the pics online, and were not disappointed! The hotel is located roughly 30mins away by car in Biograd Na Moru from Zadar airport. A taxi will cost you 45-50 euro’s roughly

You can go by bus, which you have to book beforehand or whilst there. Airport bus transfer to zadar center will take 25mins and will cost 5 euros-ish

Hotel Lucija is a great value priced hotel to go swimming in the sea. It is in a beautiful location, quiet and has all the necessities. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is good and well priced

Outstanding visit at this quaint seaside hotel. We were checked in promptly and personally escorted to our comfortable room

Shortly after that we were served an excellent meal in the restaurant -- most certainly the best weinerschnitzel I have ever eaten. After a good night of sleep we enjoyed an outstanding breakfast

This is a beach area after all, and I am not sure how it is expected that guests can dry their clothes other than leaving it near the pool area

That works if you use the pool, but what if you go to the beach and come back? This is something the management needs to think about. There are multiple restaurants in this area which is another plus

Rooms and tge bathroom had a nice size and were clean. Restaurant has a seating on the outside patio with opening glass walls so you can enjoy the view even in a bad weather

This hotel is probably one of the cutest in this location. The room is spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. Even my kids sofa bed is comfortable

All in all a smaller hotel in a pleasant willage, where you call stroll along the sea and enjoy the life

The view is amazing and most of all , the staffs are nice. We asked for a late check coz our flight is super late at night and we got an extra an hour and half 😊 all in all , we love this hotel outside the busy zadar !
