3 star hotels in Zadar County

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It's fantastic, from the food, to the staff, to where it's located. It a hidden gem in my opinion. Loads of parking spaces. Clean rooms. Nothing bad to say about here at all.

Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely. All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food.

The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10.30/11.00. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it. As a hotel that is family friendly with a kids program, we didn't understand why it was so. Also, the air condition didn't work last two days. It was very hot.

Our room was clean, it had a beautiful view and the staff was very friendly. The food on the other hand is below average and there were always huge lines during dinner and lunch which resulted in us eating out every time. Finally, for a price they charge per night, I think that it is ridiculous to have to pay extra for room wifi and parking.

Convenient location and nice room.

Everything was very good and very nice but only receiving from the lady of our arrivals to check in.

First of all, the good thing is that the parking lot is large, so I didn't have to worry about parking during this trip. The staff was friendly. It can't help but feel like an old hotel.

Underwhelming Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). And not their fault, but the road to the hotel was blocked, so had to walk with our luggage some distance to get there. No communication to inform us of that.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, balcony overlooking the sea. There is even a hot tub to use outside and spa facilities. There was a bus stop opposite the hotel which was perfect to go into the town (15minutes) The hotel was very homely and the staff were all excellent. The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the sandy beach, but it is quiet, no street noise can be heard. The reception host/owner is very nice and helpful. Parking is free in the hotel yard. I would like to say that I was very disappointed that you have to buy your own water when dinning. It’s as if they are cashing in on your need to drink water with your meal. We were in paasing by and stopped for a meal there. From the start we were greeted by attentive hosts and personell. Stayed here in June 2017, we just needed somewhere to stay the night after our flight before moving onto split. The staff were fantastic picking us up from the airport at 11:30pm and giving us advice on our travels the next day! Had a decent sleep and a very good shower! It's not 5 star facilities but 5 star service and very clean and adequate facilities throughout!

The room and bathroom were perfect, the staff is just so sweet and the access to the sea right across the road is perfect for sun bathing and swimming. The breakfast is good and has a lot of different possibilities and the menu is delicious. I would 100% recommend this place if you want a good and calm hotel not too far but not too close to Zadar.

Villa is located is fantastic spot exactly opposite the beach. Good breakfast every day. Rooms is clean but little bit dated. When you going to swim you need to wear rubber swim shoes to protect your feet from Sea urchins.

Place and hotel territory is perfect, it's what I dreamed for - small cozy place. Terrace/entrance to the room is from path were others are walking, so it is not very private, but we were in low season, so it was fine for us. Towels were changed everyday, bedding was clean. The garden is really beautiful and take care of. The whole area is under the trees, so it´s very pleasant even in hot weather. The pool area is very clean with pleasant service.

It’s really small… The bathroom is very cramped, and there’s no space to unpack, so I had to organize my things out in the hallway. The top bunk bed was hard to climb up to — it looked nice in design but felt a bit unsafe. However, the location is great, right in the center of the main attractions, so it definitely saves time for sightseeing.

Just spent a 4 day midweek break there. The owner Zoran and wife are very friendly and informative about the hotel and surrounding areas. Couldn't have asked for a better base to explore the town from, 10 minute walk to the coast. Basic but light and airy, off road parking. Breakfasts offered at a reasonable price.
