Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely. All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food.

The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10.30/11.00. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it. As a hotel that is family friendly with a kids program, we didn't understand why it was so. Also, the air condition didn't work last two days. The food on the other hand is below average and there were always huge lines during dinner and lunch which resulted in us eating out every time. Underwhelming Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, balcony overlooking the sea. There is even a hot tub to use outside and spa facilities. We chose the hotel based on the views and the pics online, and were not disappointed! The hotel is located roughly 30mins away by car in Biograd Na Moru from Zadar airport. Everything was very good and very nice but only receiving from the lady of our arrivals to check in.

First of all, the good thing is that the parking lot is large, so I didn't have to worry about parking during this trip. The staff was friendly. It can't help but feel like an old hotel.

There was no hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee pot, etc., and the facilities were a bit old, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Our room had good air conditioning. The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the sandy beach, but it is quiet, no street noise can be heard. The reception host/owner is very nice and helpful. Parking is free in the hotel yard. Very suitable for nordic people. No hassle with too enthusiastic staff which can be a bit of problem in mediterranean region in some places. Nice dignity and willingness to help and serve. We were in paasing by and stopped for a meal there. From the start we were greeted by attentive hosts and personell. Experience was accompanied with a great taste and quality of the meal courses which all came in the same time ... with affordable prices in the end as well just gives that sweet cheery on top. Stayed here in June 2017, we just needed somewhere to stay the night after our flight before moving onto split. The staff were fantastic picking us up from the airport at 11:30pm and giving us advice on our travels the next day! Had a decent sleep and a very good shower! It's not 5 star facilities but 5 star service and very clean and adequate facilities throughout!

It’s really small… The bathroom is very cramped, and there’s no space to unpack, so I had to organize my things out in the hallway. The top bunk bed was hard to climb up to — it looked nice in design but felt a bit unsafe. However, the location is great, right in the center of the main attractions, so it definitely saves time for sightseeing.
