Great atmosphere, excellent food, friendly staff, calm sea. We would love to come here again in the future. We can definitely recommend to visit.
We stayed for a week in the basic two bed cabin near the beach (no power sockets, no light)s. We were in Pakostane and had this type of accommodation before, so we knew what to expect and we came equipped. We had a great stay, with plenty of activities when we wanted, all sorts of watersports: sailing, kayaking so you can move in the water - or at other times we relaxed on a deckchair and went for...
This was our fourth time staying at this resort. As always, we were satisfied, but we did notice a few small changes. Most notably in the cleanliness of the common areas, such as the beach toilets. On the other hand, we felt the food has improved. Be careful with one of the waiters at the bar near the lower reception. He clearly seems bothered by his job and is very good at ignoring new guests who...
Pine Beach Pakoštane truly feels like paradise – stunning nature, photogenic surroundings, cozy wooden bungalows, and a buffet so rich and tasty you don’t know where to start. And yes – the food is seriously good, well above average. Clean showers and toilets are around every corner – no need to wander far. But what really took our stay to the next level were Hugo and Antonio. Antonio is pure energy...
I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and hardworking. The only downside was that the beds were quite worn out, wobbly and squeaky, and the food and drink selection could have been better.
food was good - lot of options, vine and beer gratis. but the plates and glasses was dirty. the little house was fair. no climatization. but we know it. you can reserve some sport activities on the reception and enjoy it. there was a windsurf. I wanted to book some instructor, but there was nobody and without experiences I could not borrow it. that was sad...

The access to the water was great…if you enjoy cold swimming. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was a nice property, because it has a lot of different activity opportunities so that you never get bored. Moreover the whole place was really clean, so you always felt comfortable. Also the staff was really nice and welcoming, that we felt really special! Overall we would recommend this hotel very much!
A very luxurious hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A particularly positive aspect: it's wheelchair accessible, making it ideal for guests with disabilities. The food was excellent, and the staff were consistently super friendly. Drinks are quite expensive, as is typical in Croatia, but there were great special rates for hotel guests at the beach (lounger + umbrella for €5 instead...
The beaches were awesome, staff were warm. Welcoming and energetic. Rooms well kept and updated.
Overall really very good At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Otherwise that would have added €25 per day ! I do think hotels should not charge staying guests to use a facility ! I understand charging a day visitor Overall a great place - just that minor thing...
Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is asking for refreshments as all the facilities are used for many years now and grade for that part alone wouldn't be the best. But hotel has what's the most important, people at work that are amazing team. Animation team, reception, everyone else, super friendly and attentive, especially with our little boy. Big tnx!
Everything was good, location, staff, meals, facilities.
We couldn't go swimming because it was too windy, but we had a good time. I can't forget the seagulls floating on the outdoor pool.
Everything about this property is amazing. Enjoyment for the whole family. All staff are professional and kind.
We had stayed at this property 12 years ago so we decided to stay again. It was not as enjoyable as the first time. It was very noisy and the property had not been maintained very well.
Good resort with all facilities Good resort with all the facilities which are well maintained. All meals are good with a good spread. Staffs are polite

The hotel is in a beautiful location, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Parking is fine and charged daily at €10. The food and drink selection is varied, and the bar stays open until 11 PM, which is great. However, cleanliness is not up to standard, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. There are very few sun loungers by the pool, and people reserve them as early as 7 AM, leaving others without...
Good food, very clean, pretty rooms and good staff.
A great place for families or as a base for other activities in the area. You can get half or full boats, and the buffet is pretty good. The rooms have balconies and there is beach access straight from the hotel - it's a short walk to the water and the beach is very nice, sheltered, clean, and well provisioned with all of the things you might want to eat, drink, rent, etc. For tennis reason it is justifiably...
Our room was clean, it had a beautiful view and the staff was very friendly. The food on the other hand is below average and there were always huge lines during dinner and lunch which resulted in us eating out every time. Finally, for a price they charge per night, I think that it is ridiculous to have to pay extra for room wifi and parking.
I couldn’t wish for a better holiday in Biograd than in the Adria Hotel. Everything was always on point, clean and perfect, the food and service was perfect as well. What I would like to point out especially is the animation team, heading with Martin. He did all the days much better, colourful and full of joy. My kids and I were extremely happy with him as he truly knows his way around the kids and...

Great location, free parking, modern super clean upscale room and bathroom, nice buffet breakfast included! Very much recommended!
The room is very satisfactory, the heating is sufficient, the sea is opposite, the service staff is very fast, free parking is available, and there is a buffet
Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.
Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times. Balconies have a brick wall with holes that obstruct the view.
There is nothing in the room, no slippers, no kettle, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It seems to be like this here and the price is very high.
Not satisfied, service facilities are poor

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It's fantastic, from the food, to the staff, to where it's located. It a hidden gem in my opinion. Loads of parking spaces. Clean rooms. Nothing bad to say about here at all.
Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely. All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food.
The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10.30/11.00. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it. As a hotel that is family friendly with a kids program, we didn't understand why it was so. Also, the air condition didn't work last two days. It was very hot.
Clean, amazing staff, so friendly staff and good food
Very good cost/value for everything
Nice place with all inclusive. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. The rooms was what you could expect, but with very thin walls. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived at the resort, we had to wait for our villa to be ready — which would have been completely understandable, had everything actually been prepared. Unfortunately, when we entered the villa, we discovered that the air conditioning wasn’t working. This raised questions about what exactly was done during the 4-hour preparation period. We were told that we would be without air conditioning...
Great resort for families with a lot to do for children, multiple playgrounds, a kids program, a kif friendly beach and lots of children for kids to play with.
The hotel accommodation conditions are average. It is the cheapest one on this trip. If you are looking for enjoyment, don't choose it. It is about the size of a domestic seaside guesthouse in the 1990s. It is also the only hotel that charges for parking.
We stayed in the superior apartment which was perfect for a family of 5. My son slept on a sofa bed which would sleep 2 people if needed. The cleaners came daily and changed towels and bins. You can rent beach towels at the Spa for €3 each and keep them for the duration of your stay. The hotel was quiet as it’s pre season and get the impression it gets very busy in high season . Great for little children...
We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment plenty space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The real highlight is the the warm waters of the Adriatic being 30 seconds from the apartment. The resort is built around the magnificent scenery of an Adriatic inlet.
The perfect hotel for a family holiday. Away from the city, off the beaten track. Silence peace. There are swimming pools, a court, a playground, playgrounds, restaurants on site.

It was an incredible expirience, the hotel is near the beach and you have access to the pools as well. A special mention to Danijela Dominis who made our expirience that much better by helping us whenever we needed it and making us feel very welcome. Thank you!
Our best recommendations. We stayed at the hotel for three days in June, but managed to enjoy the incredible view of the sea from the room and also just relax. Thanks to everyone who works at the hotel: the girls at the reception helped us with all the questions, thanks for the food, for us it was excellent, and also thanks for the cleanliness of the rooms.
The dinner and breakfast was good and the view was great. Very walkable to many different spots to jump in the ocean.
We had a great time, food was excellent, especially dinner-would come back any time because of this. The location is really good, close to beach and shops, marina, restaurants. parking is slightly complicated, we could park approx 200m away in the hotel’s parking lot, but in the end it wasn’t a big setback. Staff was always kind and smiling, room cleaned every day, towels changed as well. It was well...

I have stayed in this hotel with mu wife for 3 days as there was a conference in a nearby hotel (Adriatic). The staff is Nice and helpful, but the rooms are rather dirty and not well renewed. We got also bathrobes/coats as they have pools and SPA, which we did not try, however slippers were not there, I Got only one, my wife none? The restaurant is Nice and breakfast excellent, however we have had...
We booked this hotel because it had one of the most affordable offers during peak season, including full board. The hotel is rated four stars, though the services are somewhat more modest compared to other four-star hotels in Croatia – but the lower price reflects that. First of all, big compliments for the food. The selection is excellent – there is fish and a wide variety of dishes, not just pizza...
I would like to say that I was very disappointed that you have to buy your own water when dinning. It’s as if they are cashing in on your need to drink water with your meal. Water is an everyday need for survival. I think you really need to look at this as many others talked about this also while I was there as was very disappointed!
Very good positioned hotel, close to the beach, city center, port, local restaurants… Very good organized hotel, excellent reception, kitchen and restaurant. Evening lice music on the open hotel terrace
The value for the money is a bit overpriced despite being close to dining and shopping. The refrigerator didnt work and fruit basket in the room had black fruit in it. I asked to separate the bed to 2 twin beds 3 days before arrival and person on the phone advised he made a note in the reservation. When we arrived it was not done but we were asked to do it. I asked reception staff to handle the request...

Good location, but the staff at the reception could be kinder and more active. Also what was very disappointing is that every morning including weekend there was huge noise since 6 a.m. due to hotel reconstruction. However, we appreciate that staff at the breakfast was kind and nice. Also nearby beach is quite pleasant.
I’ll get straight to the positives, the room was a decent size, the aircon worked fine and the shower was good, the rest wasn’t for us . Staff a mixed bag, no smiles or pleasantries, looked like they didn’t want to be there , breakfast was very standard stuff and not the best quality, coffee was ok , flat screen tv with a few English speaking channels, the hotel has no facilities, advertising a spa...
From the outside the hotel doesn't look like much, but the inside is magnificent! The decor is neat in the common areas as well as in the rooms, by the sea and quiet, a few minutes from the city. Be careful the bathroom is entirely glass, with curtains but not on all...
We were very satisfied with the food and the location of the hotel, but less so with the wellness. The first day the water in the jacuzzi was cold, but the last day it was so hot that you couldn't be in the water. The water in the pool was cold all the time, even though the reception claimed it was 24 degrees Celsius. The sauna is available for an additional fee of €15 per person, which we were not...
We chose the hotel based on the views and the pics online, and were not disappointed! The hotel is located roughly 30mins away by car in Biograd Na Moru from Zadar airport. A taxi will cost you 45-50 euro’s roughly. You can go by bus, which you have to book beforehand or whilst there. Airport bus transfer to zadar center will take 25mins and will cost 5 euros-ish. Then you have to get another bus...
We were not the guests, we came only for breaktfast. For 16 euros per person you get a huge selection of savoury and sweet. The only, and for me a big minus, was the coffee. Not that you couldn't drink it, but the machine couldn't make a real espresso. However, the rest was perfect, including the friendly staff.

The hotel itself was not in the centre but it’s closer to the airport which we wanted exactly. The food was good and we had a good variety of meals. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good looking but it would benefit from a fridge in the summer time. Overall everything was good.
Convenient location and nice room.
Everything was very good and very nice but only receiving from the lady of our arrivals to check in.
First of all, the good thing is that the parking lot is large, so I didn't have to worry about parking during this trip. The staff was friendly. It can't help but feel like an old hotel.
There was no hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee pot, etc., and the facilities were a bit old, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Our room had good air conditioning. It seems like there are other rooms as well. Breakfast was so-so. The bathroom door didn't close properly, and one of the cabinet doors was broken. Cleanliness was good.
Simple institutional style hotel, no frills but clean, just a bit out of the way in a suburban semi industrial area out of the centre. Ok when you get Bolt app.

Very pretty and clean hotel, from the lobby to the rooms. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Staff were helpful and polite. Close proximity to the old town, by car. Only regret was not having time to visit the spa with indoor pool and sauna.
Don’t book a comfort room. Place is tired. Room was clean. Comfort rooms all have awful views over the kitchen and air duct system. The air conditioning didn’t work. There are no lifts in the building. Felt a bit tired.
Had a lovely three night stay. Went half board and the food was good. Staff are so friendly and helpful, all of them 😁.
Gorgeous hotel with fabulous food on a great beach Great hotel on the beach. Our room 207 looked across the garden to the pool with a glimpse of the sea beyond. The pool is gorgeous. The room was clean, but small and outdated, shower very small, confortroom view is a roof top!!! Which was very disappointing. Beach is not private its open to public. Had to pay extra to change my booking dates and it wasn't worth it. Old hotel, about 1 hour walk from old town, over all wasn't satisfied.
Really nice find. Our flight got cancelled. We were delighted to find this property on short notice. Staff is wonderful. Location is perfect for walking, beach access, and restaurants. Location is great, so close to the center, and free parking in the street! Just difficult to find, and from the outside it doesn't look like much. Rooms were fine and excellent contact with the owner. Only the large shower head and an awning of the window did not work.
