I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and hardworking. The only downside was that the beds were quite worn out, wobbly and squeaky, and the food and drink selection could have been better.

Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is asking for refreshments as all the facilities are used for many years now and grade for that part alone wouldn't be the best. Our room was clean, it had a beautiful view and the staff was very friendly. The food on the other hand is below average and there were always huge lines during dinner and lunch which resulted in us eating out every time. Finally, for a price they charge per night, I think that it is ridiculous to have to pay extra for room wifi and parking.

Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.

Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times. Balconies have a brick wall with holes that obstruct the view.

There is nothing in the room, no slippers, no kettle, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It seems to be like this here and the price is very high.

Not satisfied, service facilities are poor

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It's fantastic, from the food, to the staff, to where it's located. It a hidden gem in my opinion. Loads of parking spaces. Clean rooms. Nothing bad to say about here at all.

Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely. All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food.

The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10.30/11.00. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it. As a hotel that is family friendly with a kids program, we didn't understand why it was so. Also, the air condition didn't work last two days. It was very hot.

When we arrived at the resort, we had to wait for our villa to be ready — which would have been completely understandable, had everything actually been prepared. Unfortunately, when we entered the villa, we discovered that the air conditioning wasn’t working. This raised questions about what exactly was done during the 4-hour preparation period. Great resort for families with a lot to do for children, multiple playgrounds, a kids program, a kif friendly beach and lots of children for kids to play with.

The hotel accommodation conditions are average. It is the cheapest one on this trip. If you are looking for enjoyment, don't choose it. It is about the size of a domestic seaside guesthouse in the 1990s. It is also the only hotel that charges for parking.

We stayed in the superior apartment which was perfect for a family of 5. My son slept on a sofa bed which would sleep 2 people if needed. The cleaners came daily and changed towels and bins. You can rent beach towels at the Spa for €3 each and keep them for the duration of your stay. The hotel was quiet as it’s pre season and get the impression it gets very busy in high season . We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment plenty space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The real highlight is the the warm waters of the Adriatic being 30 seconds from the apartment. The resort is built around the magnificent scenery of an Adriatic inlet.

The perfect hotel for a family holiday. Away from the city, off the beaten track. Silence peace. There are swimming pools, a court, a playground, playgrounds, restaurants on site.

It was an incredible expirience, the hotel is near the beach and you have access to the pools as well. A special mention to Danijela Dominis who made our expirience that much better by helping us whenever we needed it and making us feel very welcome. Thank you!

Our best recommendations. We stayed at the hotel for three days in June, but managed to enjoy the incredible view of the sea from the room and also just relax. Thanks to everyone who works at the hotel: the girls at the reception helped us with all the questions, thanks for the food, for us it was excellent, and also thanks for the cleanliness of the rooms.

The rooms were clean and spacios, although we didn't had fridge and balcony. The pool area was great, the pool is opened from 9-22. We booked this hotel because it had one of the most affordable offers during peak season, including full board. I would like to say that I was very disappointed that you have to buy your own water when dinning. It’s as if they are cashing in on your need to drink water with your meal. The value for the money is a bit overpriced despite being close to dining and shopping. The refrigerator didnt work and fruit basket in the room had black fruit in it. The hotel has a great sea view from the room and it is not far from the Old Town. The room was clean,not noisy and big enough for two persons. Staff was kind and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious, so I recommend it for a good vacation. Hotel WiFi also available on the beach.

We chose the hotel based on the views and the pics online, and were not disappointed! The hotel is located roughly 30mins away by car in Biograd Na Moru from Zadar airport. A taxi will cost you 45-50 euro’s roughly. You can go by bus, which you have to book beforehand or whilst there. Airport bus transfer to zadar center will take 25mins and will cost 5 euros-ish. Then you have to get another bus...

We were not the guests, we came only for breaktfast. For 16 euros per person you get a huge selection of savoury and sweet. The only, and for me a big minus, was the coffee. Not that you couldn't drink it, but the machine couldn't make a real espresso. However, the rest was perfect, including the friendly staff.

The hotel itself was not in the centre but it’s closer to the airport which we wanted exactly. The food was good and we had a good variety of meals. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good looking but it would benefit from a fridge in the summer time. Overall everything was good.

Everything was very good and very nice but only receiving from the lady of our arrivals to check in.

First of all, the good thing is that the parking lot is large, so I didn't have to worry about parking during this trip. The staff was friendly. It can't help but feel like an old hotel.

There was no hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee pot, etc., and the facilities were a bit old, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Our room had good air conditioning. It seems like there are other rooms as well. Breakfast was so-so. The bathroom door didn't close properly, and one of the cabinet doors was broken. Cleanliness was good.

Very pretty and clean hotel, from the lobby to the rooms. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Staff were helpful and polite. Close proximity to the old town, by car. Only regret was not having time to visit the spa with indoor pool and sauna.

Don’t book a comfort room. Place is tired. Room was clean. Comfort rooms all have awful views over the kitchen and air duct system. The air conditioning didn’t work. There are no lifts in the building. Felt a bit tired.

The room was clean, but small and outdated, shower very small, confortroom view is a roof top!!! Which was very disappointing. Beach is not private its open to public.
