Great atmosphere, excellent food, friendly staff, calm sea. We would love to come here again in the future. We can definitely recommend to visit.
We stayed for a week in the basic two bed cabin near the beach (no power sockets, no light)s. We were in Pakostane and had this type of accommodation before, so we knew what to expect and we came equipped. We had a great stay, with plenty of activities when we wanted, all sorts of watersports: sailing, kayaking so you can move in the water - or at other times we relaxed on a deckchair and went for...
This was our fourth time staying at this resort. As always, we were satisfied, but we did notice a few small changes. Most notably in the cleanliness of the common areas, such as the beach toilets. On the other hand, we felt the food has improved. Be careful with one of the waiters at the bar near the lower reception. He clearly seems bothered by his job and is very good at ignoring new guests who...
Pine Beach Pakoštane truly feels like paradise – stunning nature, photogenic surroundings, cozy wooden bungalows, and a buffet so rich and tasty you don’t know where to start. And yes – the food is seriously good, well above average. Clean showers and toilets are around every corner – no need to wander far. But what really took our stay to the next level were Hugo and Antonio. Antonio is pure energy...
I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and hardworking. The only downside was that the beds were quite worn out, wobbly and squeaky, and the food and drink selection could have been better.
food was good - lot of options, vine and beer gratis. but the plates and glasses was dirty. the little house was fair. no climatization. but we know it. you can reserve some sport activities on the reception and enjoy it. there was a windsurf. I wanted to book some instructor, but there was nobody and without experiences I could not borrow it. that was sad...

The access to the water was great…if you enjoy cold swimming. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was a nice property, because it has a lot of different activity opportunities so that you never get bored. Moreover the whole place was really clean, so you always felt comfortable. Also the staff was really nice and welcoming, that we felt really special! Overall we would recommend this hotel very much!
A very luxurious hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A particularly positive aspect: it's wheelchair accessible, making it ideal for guests with disabilities. The food was excellent, and the staff were consistently super friendly. Drinks are quite expensive, as is typical in Croatia, but there were great special rates for hotel guests at the beach (lounger + umbrella for €5 instead...
The beaches were awesome, staff were warm. Welcoming and energetic. Rooms well kept and updated.
Overall really very good At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Otherwise that would have added €25 per day ! I do think hotels should not charge staying guests to use a facility ! I understand charging a day visitor Overall a great place - just that minor thing...
Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is asking for refreshments as all the facilities are used for many years now and grade for that part alone wouldn't be the best. But hotel has what's the most important, people at work that are amazing team. Animation team, reception, everyone else, super friendly and attentive, especially with our little boy. Big tnx!
Everything was good, location, staff, meals, facilities.
We couldn't go swimming because it was too windy, but we had a good time. I can't forget the seagulls floating on the outdoor pool.
Everything about this property is amazing. Enjoyment for the whole family. All staff are professional and kind.
We had stayed at this property 12 years ago so we decided to stay again. It was not as enjoyable as the first time. It was very noisy and the property had not been maintained very well.
Good resort with all facilities Good resort with all the facilities which are well maintained. All meals are good with a good spread. Staffs are polite

Great location, free parking, modern super clean upscale room and bathroom, nice buffet breakfast included! Very much recommended!
The room is very satisfactory, the heating is sufficient, the sea is opposite, the service staff is very fast, free parking is available, and there is a buffet
Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.
Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times. Balconies have a brick wall with holes that obstruct the view.
There is nothing in the room, no slippers, no kettle, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It seems to be like this here and the price is very high.
Not satisfied, service facilities are poor

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It's fantastic, from the food, to the staff, to where it's located. It a hidden gem in my opinion. Loads of parking spaces. Clean rooms. Nothing bad to say about here at all.
Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely. All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food.
The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10.30/11.00. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it. As a hotel that is family friendly with a kids program, we didn't understand why it was so. Also, the air condition didn't work last two days. It was very hot.
Clean, amazing staff, so friendly staff and good food
Very good cost/value for everything
Nice place with all inclusive. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. The rooms was what you could expect, but with very thin walls. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

On reading the reviews for this hotel we were dreading our holiday, but the hotel has been great, with a large variety of food on offer (eg variety of fish, meats and vegetarian options), which is changed daily (see photos), the room we had was a standard room with a balcony, might be idea to ask for a sea view, this was a good size, as was the bed which was comfortable, there are no English TV programmes...
Everything was great for our stay
We were there during the May Day holidays because there is a good cycling destination. The room is solid, the cleanliness is OK. The room is too warm and it is difficult to regulate the temperature. The outdoor air conditioners are loud. The staff at the reception are friendly. The problem is for cyclists because they do not have a specially designated place to store bicycles. They did accommodate...
The A/C was switched off & we had 3 sleepless nights due to being to hot. They did manage to provide a noble A:c unit but not much good. Too noisy
I was afraid to go to this hotel with a group mainly because of the reviews. Well, I have to say that the hotel, food, staff and services were at a perfect level. The hotel is right on the beach, the town is a 5-minute walk away. We also took advantage of the boat trip to the nearby beaches, and even visited the Zrce party beach. Beautiful place with amazing food and entertainment for kids. Loved it!
We had a wonderful stay at Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora. It is truly designed for families from the great facilities for children to the kindness and helpfulness of every employee we met. The food was excellent, with dinners in particular being a highlight each day. A perfect choice for a relaxed family holiday.
Family friendly hotel with very friendly staff all over the place!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was excellent and very varied – there was always something new and delicious to try. We stayed here for almost two weeks in August. The campsite is in a beautiful location with lots of trees, even near the beach. The beaches are rocky but with easy access to the clean sea. Toilets and showers were very well maintained and always clean. There are also kids’ activities in summer and Wi-Fi across the whole campsite. On the downside, the pool area needs more attention. There are two pools...
Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher level of cleanliness. Some of the mobile homes are also farther from the beach than depicted in the photos. There’s room for improvement in sustainability efforts, such as better recycling options and care for stray animals. That said, the location is excellent for visiting Paklenica National Park, and we appreciated the early check-in and free parking.
We stayed here with our 6yo kid for the second time - last year and now - in the Superior cabins (4+2). This time we got a newer unit with a better standard than the one we had before. We came back because our first stay was great- quiet, peaceful, full of families with kids. At first, this year felt the same, until a big group of young people (at least 5-6 cabins) was placed right around us. They...

We had a great time here staying in one of their seaside mobile homes. The indoor space was a little bit tight, but very thoughtfully laid out and functional. We stayed here for three days, but would have happily extended our stay if we had been able to, one of the highlights of our vacation.
It was possible to squeeze two camper vans and one car with a trailer on one camping space right next to the water. We were 6 people in total. It was a little bit crowded all around, but all comfy, quiet and cozy. The bathrooms were clean, nothing to be unhappy about. The staff was polite and eager to discuss the price and solutions of our stay.

When we arrived at the resort, we had to wait for our villa to be ready — which would have been completely understandable, had everything actually been prepared. We were told that we would be without air conditioning...
Great resort for families with a lot to do for children, multiple playgrounds, a kids program, a kif friendly beach and lots of children for kids to play with.
The hotel accommodation conditions are average. It is the cheapest one on this trip. If you are looking for enjoyment, don't choose it. It is about the size of a domestic seaside guesthouse in the 1990s. It is also the only hotel that charges for parking.
We stayed in the superior apartment which was perfect for a family of 5. My son slept on a sofa bed which would sleep 2 people if needed. The cleaners came daily and changed towels and bins. You can rent beach towels at the Spa for €3 each and keep them for the duration of your stay. The hotel was quiet as it’s pre season and get the impression it gets very busy in high season . Great for little children...
We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment plenty space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The real highlight is the the warm waters of the Adriatic being 30 seconds from the apartment. The resort is built around the magnificent scenery of an Adriatic inlet.
The perfect hotel for a family holiday. Away from the city, off the beaten track. Silence peace. There are swimming pools, a court, a playground, playgrounds, restaurants on site.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Parking is fine and charged daily at €10. The food and drink selection is varied, and the bar stays open until 11 PM, which is great. However, cleanliness is not up to standard, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. There are very few sun loungers by the pool, and people reserve them as early as 7 AM, leaving others without...
Good food, very clean, pretty rooms and good staff.
A great place for families or as a base for other activities in the area. You can get half or full boats, and the buffet is pretty good. Our room was clean, it had a beautiful view and the staff was very friendly. The food on the other hand is below average and there were always huge lines during dinner and lunch which resulted in us eating out every time. Finally, for a price they charge per night, I think that it is ridiculous to have to pay extra for room wifi and parking.
I couldn’t wish for a better holiday in Biograd than in the Adria Hotel. Everything was always on point, clean and perfect, the food and service was perfect as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely exceptional stay! From the moment we arrived at Hotel Bastion in the heart of Zadar’s old town, we knew this stay would be special. Wonderful boutique hotel in a prime location. The staff were absolutely great, especially the front of house team. They were happy to valet our car, making parking a breeze. We booked with Neilson and visited July-Aug25 with two children. The positives - the staff of both Neilson and the hotel were great. Travelled as a family of three with our 11 year old for a week on a Neilson active holiday for the first time. Pick up at the airport (Split) was all very easy and smooth. Apparently this year they have introduced the Neilson app to book activities. Although the app is a bit clunky and clearly some of the activity staff think so too, can't imagine what it was like prior to that. Also think, if they...
I came for just one night, but my stay was perfect for that short period. The reception staff accommodated me with a room at 12:30, even though the hotel was very busy. Underwhelming Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). And not their fault, but the road to the hotel was blocked, so had to walk with our luggage some distance to get there. No communication to inform us of that.
Lovely hotel A hidden gem! Fabulous hotel and staff. Everything was great and I will come back. The breakfast was great.
Great service, perfect what we were looking for. Spent 1 nt. Quick Uber into Old town. The bar/restaurant staff were very welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Only 25 mins to Zadar aiport.

Don’t book a comfort room. Place is tired. Room was clean. Comfort rooms all have awful views over the kitchen and air duct system. The air conditioning didn’t work. There are no lifts in the building. Felt a bit tired.
Had a lovely three night stay. Went half board and the food was good. Staff are so friendly and helpful, all of them 😁.
Gorgeous hotel with fabulous food on a great beach Great hotel on the beach. Our room 207 looked across the garden to the pool with a glimpse of the sea beyond. The pool is gorgeous. In general, it’s a nice hotel with hard working staff. However, you need to consider 3 points: 1. they only offer WIFI in reception and in the rooms you need to use your own. 2. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every day with a really low quality and for us with 5days of staying it was really disappointing. 3. it’s far from the old town and you need a car to get everywhere else.

We booked this hotel because it had one of the most affordable offers during peak season, including full board. I would like to say that I was very disappointed that you have to buy your own water when dinning. It’s as if they are cashing in on your need to drink water with your meal. Water is an everyday need for survival. I think you really need to look at this as many others talked about this also while I was there as was very disappointed!

The value for the money is a bit overpriced despite being close to dining and shopping. The refrigerator didnt work and fruit basket in the room had black fruit in it. I asked to separate the bed to 2 twin beds 3 days before arrival and person on the phone advised he made a note in the reservation. When we arrived it was not done but we were asked to do it. I asked reception staff to handle the request...
The hotel has a great sea view from the room and it is not far from the Old Town. The room was clean, not noisy and big enough for two persons. Staff was kind and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious, so I recommend it for a good vacation. Hotel WiFi also available on the beach.

We loved our stay here. It’s a small hotel that is meticulously managed. The rooms are spacious and new with everything you need. The beds are amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was a total highlight with an incredible assortment. The staff were very professional and the man on reception could not have been more helpful and informed. Highly recommend.
It was our first time in Pag in August. My wife found this hotel online and she made a booking just on the date of our arrival. The staff is extremly kind and helpful there. Sanja (the owner) was simply amazing! I had my birthday the next day after our arrival and she surprised me/us with a greeting and with a glass of sparkling wine in the morning during our breakfast. We totally loved this approach...
One of the best examples of attentive service we've experienced. The breakfast was authentically local with an excellent variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and took care of everything for us. Perfect for a stay in Pag, especially if you're arriving by car.
The rooms are great. Very clean and maintained. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and amazing. One of the best and i am a VERY PICKY person. The price was good. The people here are very warm and helpful and smiling. I wouldn’t change a thing. GREAT job! 🫶🏻🫠
A tremendous place stay just on outskirts of town centre and 200 metres from the sea/ harbour. Lovely room with two balconies. Very helpful staff with great local knowledge; Jakop recommended three fantastic restaurants. But the best aspect was the superb breakfasts, just amazing with lovely home cooked cakes etc. Best we have experienced anywhere in Europe . Very good value for money.
This is a small local hotel but what makes it special is the staff. From arrival to departure, all of the team are engaged in ensuring guests have a lovely stay- from letting us check in early as the room was ready, to local restaurant recommendations, sightseeing tips and even proudly explaining all the local specialities to try at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was delicious! Easy stroll to the...
