Great atmosphere, excellent food, friendly staff, calm sea. We would love to come here again in the future. We can definitely recommend to visit.
We stayed for a week in the basic two bed cabin near the beach (no power sockets, no light)s. We were in Pakostane and had this type of accommodation before, so we knew what to expect and we came equipped. We had a great stay, with plenty of activities when we wanted, all sorts of watersports: sailing, kayaking so you can move in the water - or at other times we relaxed on a deckchair and went for...
This was our fourth time staying at this resort. As always, we were satisfied, but we did notice a few small changes. Most notably in the cleanliness of the common areas, such as the beach toilets. On the other hand, we felt the food has improved. Be careful with one of the waiters at the bar near the lower reception. He clearly seems bothered by his job and is very good at ignoring new guests who...
Pine Beach Pakoštane truly feels like paradise – stunning nature, photogenic surroundings, cozy wooden bungalows, and a buffet so rich and tasty you don’t know where to start. And yes – the food is seriously good, well above average. Clean showers and toilets are around every corner – no need to wander far. But what really took our stay to the next level were Hugo and Antonio. Antonio is pure energy...
I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and hardworking. The only downside was that the beds were quite worn out, wobbly and squeaky, and the food and drink selection could have been better.
food was good - lot of options, vine and beer gratis. but the plates and glasses was dirty. the little house was fair. no climatization. but we know it. you can reserve some sport activities on the reception and enjoy it. there was a windsurf. I wanted to book some instructor, but there was nobody and without experiences I could not borrow it. that was sad...

Everything about this property is amazing. Enjoyment for the whole family. All staff are professional and kind.
We had stayed at this property 12 years ago so we decided to stay again. It was not as enjoyable as the first time. It was very noisy and the property had not been maintained very well.
Good resort with all facilities Good resort with all the facilities which are well maintained. All meals are good with a good spread. Staffs are polite
Top hotel, clean, safe and comfortable! Suitable for long-term vacation
Nice indoor playground and pool for kids 10 and below and free drinks all day.

The access to the water was great…if you enjoy cold swimming. Staff were friendly and helpful.
It was a nice property, because it has a lot of different activity opportunities so that you never get bored. Moreover the whole place was really clean, so you always felt comfortable. Also the staff was really nice and welcoming, that we felt really special! Overall we would recommend this hotel very much!
A very luxurious hotel with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A particularly positive aspect: it's wheelchair accessible, making it ideal for guests with disabilities. The food was excellent, and the staff were consistently super friendly. Drinks are quite expensive, as is typical in Croatia, but there were great special rates for hotel guests at the beach (lounger + umbrella for €5 instead...
The beaches were awesome, staff were warm. Welcoming and energetic. Rooms well kept and updated.
Overall really very good At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Otherwise that would have added €25 per day ! I do think hotels should not charge staying guests to use a facility ! I understand charging a day visitor Overall a great place - just that minor thing...
Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

I'm not sure why this hotel is only rated 3 stars. It's fantastic, from the food, to the staff, to where it's located. It a hidden gem in my opinion. Loads of parking spaces. Clean rooms. Nothing bad to say about here at all.
Fabulous budget hotel, right on the beach, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Rooms a decent size if a ligttle tired, balcony and seaview rooms are lovely. All-inclusive offering very extensive and exceptional value for money although as the hotel caters predominantly for German clientele expect that represented in the food.
The rooms vere nice, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious. But our problem was that we got a room right above the stage which was very loud at night till 10.30/11.00. As we have small kids, we didn't appreciate it. As a hotel that is family friendly with a kids program, we didn't understand why it was so. Also, the air condition didn't work last two days. It was very hot.
Clean, amazing staff, so friendly staff and good food
Very good cost/value for everything
Nice place with all inclusive. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. The rooms was what you could expect, but with very thin walls. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place with amazing food and entertainment for kids. Loved it!
We had a wonderful stay at Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora. It is truly designed for families from the great facilities for children to the kindness and helpfulness of every employee we met. The food was excellent, with dinners in particular being a highlight each day. A perfect choice for a relaxed family holiday.
Family friendly hotel with very friendly staff all over the place!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The food was excellent and very varied – there was always something new and delicious to try. Our room was spotless and well maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great place for family vacation. Family enjoyed the buffet for dinner and breakfast. However, a bit far with our primary reason for being there was the see the city of Split.

Great location, free parking, modern super clean upscale room and bathroom, nice buffet breakfast included! Very much recommended!
The room is very satisfactory, the heating is sufficient, the sea is opposite, the service staff is very fast, free parking is available, and there is a buffet
Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.
Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times. Balconies have a brick wall with holes that obstruct the view.
There is nothing in the room, no slippers, no kettle, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It seems to be like this here and the price is very high.
Not satisfied, service facilities are poor

The hotel is in a beautiful location, just a 10-minute walk from the beach. Parking is fine and charged daily at €10. The food and drink selection is varied, and the bar stays open until 11 PM, which is great. However, cleanliness is not up to standard, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. There are very few sun loungers by the pool, and people reserve them as early as 7 AM, leaving others without...
Good food, very clean, pretty rooms and good staff.
A great place for families or as a base for other activities in the area. You can get half or full boats, and the buffet is pretty good. The rooms have balconies and there is beach access straight from the hotel - it's a short walk to the water and the beach is very nice, sheltered, clean, and well provisioned with all of the things you might want to eat, drink, rent, etc. For tennis reason it is justifiably...
Our room was clean, it had a beautiful view and the staff was very friendly. The food on the other hand is below average and there were always huge lines during dinner and lunch which resulted in us eating out every time. Finally, for a price they charge per night, I think that it is ridiculous to have to pay extra for room wifi and parking.
I couldn’t wish for a better holiday in Biograd than in the Adria Hotel. Everything was always on point, clean and perfect, the food and service was perfect as well. What I would like to point out especially is the animation team, heading with Martin. He did all the days much better, colourful and full of joy. My kids and I were extremely happy with him as he truly knows his way around the kids and...

Just back from 2 weeks and already planning our 4th return. The whole tennis team, you guys were amazing! Honestly, I don't know how you kept up the enthusiasm and the smiles on the hottest part of resort. Every year we think the crew cant be beaten, and you guys topped them all. So thank you! From junior through to premium (my husband, definitely not me) there was something for us all. Will on...
We booked with Neilson and visited July-Aug25 with two children. The positives - the staff of both Neilson and the hotel were great. They genuinely seemed invested in your enjoyment and experience and minor gestures and interactions often reinforced this. I was really impressed and at ease. Food was decent and freshly prepared with good variety. The staff in the restaurant were very nice. The room...
Travelled as a family of three with our 11 year old for a week on a Neilson active holiday for the first time. Pick up at the airport (Split) was all very easy and smooth. Apparently this year they have introduced the Neilson app to book activities. Although the app is a bit clunky and clearly some of the activity staff think so too, can't imagine what it was like prior to that. Also think, if they...
I came for just one night, but my stay was perfect for that short period. The reception staff accommodated me with a room at 12:30, even though the hotel was very busy. The room was spotless, a bit small, but had all the necessary amenities. The food was phenomenal, and the outdoor bar was fantastic. The bartender made me a great Manhattan. Interestingly, most of the staff were from the UK. Overall...
I’m usually a visitor to boutique hotels rather than large resorts, and certainly not any that smack of package holidays or all-inclusivity. However, Neilson’s Alana Beach Club proved a notable exception. The quality and value are simply incredible — flights, (good) food, dozens of sports (with included professional instruction and even free certification), wonderful pools, sports facilities and equipment...
We had an action packed three days at Alana and would highly recommend. We tried most of what was on offer and loved all of it! Ethan, Teagan and Jack gave us an excellent adventure wakeboarding. Fantastic instruction and encouragement, not something we’ve tried before, but would love to do again! Eilidh offered fabulous tutoring with tumble turns and my technique has definitely improved. We stayed here for almost two weeks in August. The campsite is in a beautiful location with lots of trees, even near the beach. The beaches are rocky but with easy access to the clean sea. Toilets and showers were very well maintained and always clean. There are also kids’ activities in summer and Wi-Fi across the whole campsite. On the downside, the pool area needs more attention. There are two pools...
Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher level of cleanliness. Some of the mobile homes are also farther from the beach than depicted in the photos. There’s room for improvement in sustainability efforts, such as better recycling options and care for stray animals. That said, the location is excellent for visiting Paklenica National Park, and we appreciated the early check-in and free parking.
We stayed here with our 6yo kid for the second time - last year and now - in the Superior cabins (4+2). This time we got a newer unit with a better standard than the one we had before. We came back because our first stay was great- quiet, peaceful, full of families with kids. At first, this year felt the same, until a big group of young people (at least 5-6 cabins) was placed right around us. They...

We had a great time here staying in one of their seaside mobile homes. The indoor space was a little bit tight, but very thoughtfully laid out and functional. We stayed here for three days, but would have happily extended our stay if we had been able to, one of the highlights of our vacation.
It was possible to squeeze two camper vans and one car with a trailer on one camping space right next to the water. We were 6 people in total. It was a little bit crowded all around, but all comfy, quiet and cozy. The bathrooms were clean, nothing to be unhappy about. The staff was polite and eager to discuss the price and solutions of our stay.

We were told that we would be without air conditioning...
Great resort for families with a lot to do for children, multiple playgrounds, a kids program, a kif friendly beach and lots of children for kids to play with.
The hotel accommodation conditions are average. It is the cheapest one on this trip. If you are looking for enjoyment, don't choose it. It is about the size of a domestic seaside guesthouse in the 1990s. It is also the only hotel that charges for parking.
We stayed in the superior apartment which was perfect for a family of 5. My son slept on a sofa bed which would sleep 2 people if needed. The cleaners came daily and changed towels and bins. You can rent beach towels at the Spa for €3 each and keep them for the duration of your stay. The hotel was quiet as it’s pre season and get the impression it gets very busy in high season . Great for little children...
We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment plenty space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The real highlight is the the warm waters of the Adriatic being 30 seconds from the apartment. The resort is built around the magnificent scenery of an Adriatic inlet.
The perfect hotel for a family holiday. Away from the city, off the beaten track. Silence peace. There are swimming pools, a court, a playground, playgrounds, restaurants on site.

The hotel itself was not in the centre but it’s closer to the airport which we wanted exactly. The food was good and we had a good variety of meals. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and good looking but it would benefit from a fridge in the summer time. Overall everything was good.
Convenient location and nice room.
Everything was very good and very nice but only receiving from the lady of our arrivals to check in.
First of all, the good thing is that the parking lot is large, so I didn't have to worry about parking during this trip. The staff was friendly. It can't help but feel like an old hotel.
There was no hair dryer, refrigerator, coffee pot, etc., and the facilities were a bit old, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Our room had good air conditioning. It seems like there are other rooms as well. Breakfast was so-so. The bathroom door didn't close properly, and one of the cabinet doors was broken. Cleanliness was good.
Simple institutional style hotel, no frills but clean, just a bit out of the way in a suburban semi industrial area out of the centre. Ok when you get Bolt app.

The hotel is right at the entrance of the ancient city. It is very close to see the Sea Organ from the hotel, and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk. Although the hotel is not big, the facilities are very good, the front desk service is very friendly, and the location is excellent.
Room No. 003 on the first floor was very small and closed, with no windows to open and no air circulation, so I didn't want to stay in the room at all except during sleeping hours. When I booked Hotel bastion heritage this time, I didn’t have room for three consecutive nights, so I had to book the Teatro Verdi hotel...
The room is small, the bathroom is small (fairly clean), and there is no drinking water in the room. You need to buy it yourself. The breakfast does not have many kinds, but it is quite exquisite. The location is great (right at the entrance to the old town) and is a four-minute walk to the Sea Organ. This alone can cover up all other shortcomings.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the Sea Organ. I went there three times to enjoy the deep and beautiful sound of the Sea Organ! Other major attractions are also not far away and are within easy walking distance. The room is clean and tidy. Parking is in the reserved parking space on the side of the hotel.
The room is clean, the front desk staff is very nice, and it is very close to the Sea Organ. If you want to stay in the ancient city for one night, it is an ideal choice

Great Apartment with everything you need. There is a swimming pool. Personnel is super kind and helpful. Beach is in 2m walk with a very nice pierce so you can jump swim etc. water is crystal clear. Love this place! Thank you
Beautiful views amazing property Very clean well equipped apartment with lovely pool and sunbeds. Marta very helpful. You will need to use Uber to get around as local taxis very expensive and not viable to walk to any restaurant or bar particularly in the evening
Very nice apartment with a nice view to the sea. Classy and tidy. Nice small pool area and very quiet surroundings. Only thing we would have needed would be some cleaning equipment.
Fantastic place to stay! Beautiful by the sea! Short way to nice Zadar. Really nice to swim in both the ocean and in the skimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff! We got so much extra service, both when my son got ill and when we asked for late check out. Well kept, stylish and modern apartments! We recomend it! We rented 3 apartments for 9 persons. Nice view, big rooms and lovely staff!
4star self-contained apartments with a communal swimming pool. Well maintained place, 10min drive from Zadar and very close to the beach.
Nice apartment but higher price

My stay at the Almayer Art & Heritage Hotel in Zadar fulfilled my long-held wish to finally spend some time in this beautiful hotel – and the experience exceeded all expectations. The manager, Elena, truly stood out with her exceptional dedication to details and genuine care for the hotel and overall guest experience. The room was beautifully designed, and I was especially impressed by the exceptionally...
Almayer Art & Heritage Hotel is a stylish place to stay in a quiet and cozy spot minutes from the center of Zadar Old Town. Breakfast was great and set in a cute courtyard. What made it special is the exceptional service received — the staff were very friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile, whether it’s sorting parking, sharing great local tips, or just making sure we felt at home. Made...
We ate dinner in the courtyard restaurant. It was good, though a little difficult due to the falling seeds from the plants. One strange feature was that we called by late in the afternoon and we were told the restaurant was fully booked that night. Walking past later, we saw several empty tables and were seated. Maybe there were just cancellations or no shows, but I hope they don't tell lies to potential...
We stayed at Almayer at the beginning of our Croatia trip, and it was perfect! Very good location (just a minute walk to the old town, the sea and passenger harbour ⛵️🛟). Very nice and clean room with a little balcony (annexe building), comfy bed. Also the breakfast was great (in the little garden), no buffet and very nice options to choose from. I loved the granola with fresh fruits. No question,...
This is the best place to stay in Zadar and Hir, so 1. The location is in the heart of the old town, and if you are traveling back in time for the first time in Zadar, this is the best place for 2. It is a historical building, if you love architecture and want to stay in a building with charm and history, this is for you 3. The quality of this place will surprise you with high-quality materials and...
I rated this place based on the breakfast only as I didn't stay there. I was desperate for decent breakfast and I wasn't disappointed at all. The fruit bowl and yoghurt was amazing. Everything I ordered was superb. Love the space :). Well done
