We had a wonderful stay at Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora. It is truly designed for families from the great facilities for children to the kindness and helpfulness of every employee we met. The food was excellent, with dinners in particular being a highlight each day. A perfect choice for a relaxed family holiday.

Great place for family vacation. Family enjoyed the buffet for dinner and breakfast. However, a bit far with our primary reason for being there was the see the city of Split.

Hotel is asking for refreshments as all the facilities are used for many years now and grade for that part alone wouldn't be the best. Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

Kolovare Hotel is located on Kolovare Beach and has an outdoor swimming pool. It is a few minutes away from Zadar Bus Station, about a fifteen-minute walk from Zadar Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the Sea Organ. It is quite convenient and offers a decent breakfast. It is suitable for people traveling from Zadar to other places.

Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times. Balconies have a brick wall with holes that obstruct the view.

There is nothing in the room, no slippers, no kettle, no toothbrush and toothpaste. It seems to be like this here and the price is very high.

Great resort for families with a lot to do for children, multiple playgrounds, a kids program, a kif friendly beach and lots of children for kids to play with.

The hotel accommodation conditions are average. It is the cheapest one on this trip. If you are looking for enjoyment, don't choose it. It is about the size of a domestic seaside guesthouse in the 1990s. It is also the only hotel that charges for parking.

We stayed in the superior apartment which was perfect for a family of 5. My son slept on a sofa bed which would sleep 2 people if needed. The cleaners came daily and changed towels and bins. You can rent beach towels at the Spa for €3 each and keep them for the duration of your stay. The hotel was quiet as it’s pre season and get the impression it gets very busy in high season . We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment plenty space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The real highlight is the the warm waters of the Adriatic being 30 seconds from the apartment. The resort is built around the magnificent scenery of an Adriatic inlet.

The perfect hotel for a family holiday. Away from the city, off the beaten track. Silence peace. There are swimming pools, a court, a playground, playgrounds, restaurants on site.

It was an incredible expirience, the hotel is near the beach and you have access to the pools as well. A special mention to Danijela Dominis who made our expirience that much better by helping us whenever we needed it and making us feel very welcome. Thank you!

Our best recommendations. We stayed at the hotel for three days in June, but managed to enjoy the incredible view of the sea from the room and also just relax. I would like to say that I was very disappointed that you have to buy your own water when dinning. It’s as if they are cashing in on your need to drink water with your meal. Fab room in the Old Town Perfect little respite for adventuring around Zadar, or out to the Plitvice Lakes. This room was my little space of heaven with a massive bed and a hot shower. I had views down the Old Town streets and was just steps away from the ferry (and luggage storage after checking out). Will stay again next time I'm back in Zadar!

Unfortunately not stayed long enough and the promenade in front of the villa is in refurbishment but for sure for the better. The rooms are amazing and the staff is awesome. A place to come back for sure.

The room and bathroom were perfect, the staff is just so sweet and the access to the sea right across the road is perfect for sun bathing and swimming. The breakfast is good and has a lot of different possibilities and the menu is delicious. I would 100% recommend this place if you want a good and calm hotel not too far but not too close to Zadar.

Villa is located is fantastic spot exactly opposite the beach. Good breakfast every day. Rooms is clean but little bit dated. When you going to swim you need to wear rubber swim shoes to protect your feet from Sea urchins.

Very pretty and clean hotel, from the lobby to the rooms. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Staff were helpful and polite. Close proximity to the old town, by car. Only regret was not having time to visit the spa with indoor pool and sauna.

Don’t book a comfort room. Place is tired. Room was clean. Comfort rooms all have awful views over the kitchen and air duct system. The air conditioning didn’t work. There are no lifts in the building. Felt a bit tired.

The room was clean, but small and outdated, shower very small, confortroom view is a roof top!!! Which was very disappointing. Beach is not private its open to public. Had to pay extra to change my booking dates and it wasn't worth it. Old hotel, about 1 hour walk from old town, over all wasn't satisfied.

We prebooked and paid through *********** for 3 nights, we booked a king room with a balcony. The entrance way to the rooms, is not very attractive, however please dont put you off booking. You gain access to the rooms by key code at the first door, then up to the 1st floor is the 4 apartments, you get keys for the rooms from a lock box, the code will be sent by the owner.
