Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is asking for refreshments as all the facilities are used for many years now and grade for that part alone wouldn't be the best. I would like to say that I was very disappointed that you have to buy your own water when dinning. It’s as if they are cashing in on your need to drink water with your meal. Great resort for families with a lot to do for children, multiple playgrounds, a kids program, a kif friendly beach and lots of children for kids to play with.

The hotel accommodation conditions are average. It is the cheapest one on this trip. If you are looking for enjoyment, don't choose it. It is about the size of a domestic seaside guesthouse in the 1990s. It is also the only hotel that charges for parking.

We stayed in the superior apartment which was perfect for a family of 5. My son slept on a sofa bed which would sleep 2 people if needed. The cleaners came daily and changed towels and bins. We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment plenty space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The real highlight is the the warm waters of the Adriatic being 30 seconds from the apartment. The resort is built around the magnificent scenery of an Adriatic inlet.

Underwhelming Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). And not their fault, but the road to the hotel was blocked, so had to walk with our luggage some distance to get there. No communication to inform us of that.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, balcony overlooking the sea. There is even a hot tub to use outside and spa facilities. There was a bus stop opposite the hotel which was perfect to go into the town (15minutes) The hotel was very homely and the staff were all excellent. Don’t book a comfort room. Place is tired. Room was clean. Comfort rooms all have awful views over the kitchen and air duct system. The air conditioning didn’t work. There are no lifts in the building. Felt a bit tired.

The room was clean, but small and outdated, shower very small, confortroom view is a roof top!!! Which was very disappointing. Beach is not private its open to public. We chose the hotel based on the views and the pics online, and were not disappointed! The hotel is located roughly 30mins away by car in Biograd Na Moru from Zadar airport. A taxi will cost you 45-50 euro’s roughly. You can go by bus, which you have to book beforehand or whilst there. Airport bus transfer to zadar center will take 25mins and will cost 5 euros-ish. Then you have to get another bus...

We were not the guests, we came only for breaktfast. For 16 euros per person you get a huge selection of savoury and sweet. The only, and for me a big minus, was the coffee. Not that you couldn't drink it, but the machine couldn't make a real espresso. However, the rest was perfect, including the friendly staff.

The hotel is a 1-minute walk from the sandy beach, but it is quiet, no street noise can be heard. The reception host/owner is very nice and helpful. Parking is free in the hotel yard. Dalmatian version of the glamor of arabian 1001 nights. The hotel could stand anywhere - Shanghai, Singapore, Paris, Moscow on the Amalfi Coast or the Cote d'Azur... We spent 3 days at Villas Garamm at the end of May. The location is great and is close to some excellent beaches in Pakostane. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners. They were so helpful with everything and let us check out a few hours late due to our evening flight. The apartments are spacious and we'll equipped even the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need. There is a swimming pool for every villa and parking spaces. The hotel has also 2 EV charging station with 22 kW power total. Breakfast is very tasty. But the staff is the most important asset very kind and helpful.
