I was satisfied with my stay. Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and hardworking. The only downside was that the beds were quite worn out, wobbly and squeaky, and the food and drink selection could have been better.

Overall really very good At check in we were told subbed where chargeable - luckily we had an email that told us ours were included - something about the date being 15/06 as chargeable - season change ? Our room was clean, it had a beautiful view and the staff was very friendly. The food on the other hand is below average and there were always huge lines during dinner and lunch which resulted in us eating out every time. Finally, for a price they charge per night, I think that it is ridiculous to have to pay extra for room wifi and parking.

Great resort for families with a lot to do for children, multiple playgrounds, a kids program, a kif friendly beach and lots of children for kids to play with.

The hotel accommodation conditions are average. It is the cheapest one on this trip. If you are looking for enjoyment, don't choose it. It is about the size of a domestic seaside guesthouse in the 1990s. It is also the only hotel that charges for parking.

We stayed in the superior apartment which was perfect for a family of 5. My son slept on a sofa bed which would sleep 2 people if needed. The cleaners came daily and changed towels and bins. You can rent beach towels at the Spa for €3 each and keep them for the duration of your stay. The hotel was quiet as it’s pre season and get the impression it gets very busy in high season . We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment plenty space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The real highlight is the the warm waters of the Adriatic being 30 seconds from the apartment. The resort is built around the magnificent scenery of an Adriatic inlet.

Underwhelming Booked a double bed, got a pushed together twin. Room was a little on the tired side. Shower was tiny, leaked over the floor, and had the toilet immediately in front of it (had to step out diagonally). And not their fault, but the road to the hotel was blocked, so had to walk with our luggage some distance to get there. No communication to inform us of that.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, clean, balcony overlooking the sea. There is even a hot tub to use outside and spa facilities. We booked this hotel because it had one of the most affordable offers during peak season, including full board. The hotel is rated four stars, though the services are somewhat more modest compared to other four-star hotels in Croatia – but the lower price reflects that. I would like to say that I was very disappointed that you have to buy your own water when dinning. It’s as if they are cashing in on your need to drink water with your meal. Water is an everyday need for survival. I think you really need to look at this as many others talked about this also while I was there as was very disappointed!

The value for the money is a bit overpriced despite being close to dining and shopping. The refrigerator didnt work and fruit basket in the room had black fruit in it. The hotel has a great sea view from the room and it is not far from the Old Town. The room was clean,not noisy and big enough for two persons. Staff was kind and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious, so I recommend it for a good vacation. Hotel WiFi also available on the beach.

The room was clean, but small and outdated, shower very small, confortroom view is a roof top!!! Which was very disappointing. Beach is not private its open to public. We chose the hotel based on the views and the pics online, and were not disappointed! The hotel is located roughly 30mins away by car in Biograd Na Moru from Zadar airport. A taxi will cost you 45-50 euro’s roughly. You can go by bus, which you have to book beforehand or whilst there. Airport bus transfer to zadar center will take 25mins and will cost 5 euros-ish. Then you have to get another bus...

Overall a great hotel that also catered for late checkins which helped alot, thankfully reception called me before the 10am checkout as ide slept in due to the black out blinds so i managed to still grab some breakfast.
