Absolutely beautiful. Couldn't of had to quarantine because of close contact to covid (didn't catch it myself but was in contact with someone who did) Shame I couldn't use the facilities but it was amazing. Modern, beautifully decorated rooms, very spacious and full of natural light. We stayed many times in this hotel the last 5 years and the rooms were always spotlessly cleaned. Amazing location. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The gym is sort of small for the size of the hotel but enough equipment for a decent workout. The bar prices are quite good actually, cheaper than most beach bars outside the hotel. Hotel is looking very tired and needs some money spent on it. The food was great and the location is brilliant. The entertainment team was only one person due to the time of year and the hotel closing for winter, however Max was always friendly and helpful, always making the time to talk to us, she helped make our holiday so memorable.

Had a great holiday. Weather has been amazing with highs of 27. Food seems like it’s served all day and lots to choose from as well. We were there 10 days and never got bored with food. Rooms basic, but clean. 5 min walk to restaurants and bars. 20-15 min walk to the beautiful coral beach, soft sand and two beds and a parasol only € 7.50 Also regular buses to the harbour and pathos town centre.

Our stay here was perfect. The rooms are nice and comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, but what stands out the most is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. They always have a smile and a warm greeting when you encounter them. The location is central to shops and restaurants. Very quick walk to beaches. There's a bus stop just across the street. A 4 star hotel. Breakfast is simple, matraces are outdated. Staff and location are perfect. Parking is free of charge, there was allways enough places. Ayia Napa down town just 10 minutes walk. Nissi beach is 10 minutes by car, Cavo Greco national park inside blue lagoon is 15 minutes by car.

You need to check number of your room. From 001 to 015 you will have view on the wall of neibour building. Location is good. not city center but near to the excellent Pantachou beach. Breakfast was good. Service not good, Curly girl at reseption was Annoying. Pool was nice, bar at pool also, affordable prices, good taste.

Aamiainen ja illallinen oli todella hyvä! Siellä grillattiin itse possua ja kanaa. Ja se possu oli 5/5! Olimme sesongin ulkopuolella joten altaalla oli tilaa ja hiljaista. Hotellin sisustus oli hieno ja moderni. Hotellihuoneiden käytävät oli hauskan näköinen. Erilainen! Tykkäsin hotellista.

Excellent staff. Good food. Clean. Friendly We liked everything except the modern bathroom in the bedroom idea and the swimming pools were very cold.

The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years. We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini. Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. Gym is good too, so is the swimming pool.

It was a wonderful holiday. It is a perfect place to spend your vacation. We find clean room , good and fresh food ,three pools and kind people. I am sure we will come back next year. It was a beautiful experience . Congratulations for your professional services!

Before we book a holiday we always look in depth and read lots of reviews on TripAdvisor. A very lovely spot but not a lot there apart from a few shops, Boat trips and restaurants. The area is very clean and well maintained. Wheelchair users will manage fine. Great Gelatto shop by the beach where you can park for free and will give you access to very clean public toilets. You must go on a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon where you can swim in cristal clear water, 2 mt. deep.

Excellent location providing stunning views over the bay from restaurant. Buffet breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Roo.s are a good size however quite basic. No tea or coffee facilities in room or even a drinking glass. Seems there are various deals available. Maybe we picked the wrong one! Staff were very helpful. Pool and poolside areas good. A basic place to stay, no frills and take anything you may need. We've stayed here in all 3 of its forms over the past 12 years. It appears cash strapped right now, which I suspect is putting pressure on staff and facilities. We recently stayed at Hotel Sempati and had such a lovely time. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere, very friendly staff, and a great location — about 15–20 minutes’ drive from the city centre, so it’s peaceful but still close to everything.
