Downtown Park in Paphos

I had a wonderful time! Location: The complex is in a great location. It has a bit of urban charm. Just a few minutes to the beach, which isn’t too crowded and local area as I learned. The beach path to the harbor is wonderful, with great sunsets. The apartment: The apartment (Block 1, Apartment 102) was spacious and stylishly furnished, with a large outdoor area, plenty of sun, and a great atmosphere. The staff: The staff was exceptionally friendly and always responded quickly to any questions, in person and via WhatsApp. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained with high design standard. The price is definitely worth it, and I can recommend a stay here to anyone.

We stayed here as a family during our trip to Paphos, and it was simply perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was incredibly smooth and quick — exactly what you want after a long journey. We were greeted with a lovely welcome package including fresh fruits, water, wine, beer, sweets, and Nespresso capsules, which immediately made us feel at home. The apartment itself is exceptionally spacious and beautifully furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable, and cleanliness is maintained at the highest possible standard — both inside the apartment and throughout the entire property. Having a dedicated garage parking spot was a great bonus. The staff were wonderful — attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. But perhaps the best review came from my daughters, who said they could move in permanently and didn't want to leave. That really says it all! If you're looking for the ideal place to stay in Paphos, look no further. We will absolutely be back.

Best apartment in town. I would not say nothing about the stunning view from our apartment, so apartment will stay free for the next December :) Everything is close : Avenue Mall with all shops, harbor wit all cafes and restaurants, sand beach with great coffee . Appartmant is clean , with modern equipment. Gym is included But special price are the people who make your holiday even better.

Everything was new modern and clean. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with coffee and water and a bottle of wine. Excellent hand soap and towels. The apartment was spacious and the tv had satellite

Super staff. Great location, close to centre, marina and the mall. I stayed in poolside cabana room (block1) and they get the best of the sunshine. Family stayed in block 2 - which had lot of noise from the road but otherwise no issues. Apartment was spotlessly clean, great facilities and big terrace area. Only tiny feedback is the early morning pool cleaning which includes terrace wash down (7.30am) seems unnecessary/bit early. Would flag that there is a bar right behind that has very loud live music/karaoke until approx 11pm so may not suit if young kids.

Very nice and very clean hotel. Great location, close to the beaches and city center. The stuff are very kind and helpful.
